CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
Il pannello di controllo BILAC002, collegato

tensione all’impianto.
FUNZIONAMENTO
Il pannello di comando è dotato di tre posizioni
ad ognuna delle quali è abbinata una
particolare funzione.
∗ OFF: la pompa di sentina e l’interruttore
BILAC001 sono spenti.
∗ AUTO: l’attivazione della pompa di sentina
è regolata dall’interruttore automatico
BILAC001: quando il livello dell’acqua
raggiunge i sensori INOX dell’interruttore, la
pompa effettua il drenaggio della sentina,
finché l’acqua scende al di sotto del livello di
soglia, e poi si spegne dopo qualche
secondo. Il pannello di comando controlla il
perfetto svolgimento di queste operazioni.
⇒ Se il funzionamento ininterrotto della
pompa di sentina si protrae per più di 4
minuti, un allarme sonoro e visivo invita
a controllare eventuali anomalie sia
nella pompa che nei sensori
dell’interruttore BILAC001.
∗ MANUALE: la scelta di questa posizione
implica l’attivazione immediata della pompa
di sentina che opera senza sosta finché il
tasto viene riposizionato sulla posizione
OFF.
ATTENZIONE: questa posizione esclude il
funzionamento dell’interruttore automatico di
sentina e dell’allarme sonoro di anomalie.
Il led FUSE indica l’intervento dell’interruttore
magnetotermico.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
The panel control BILAC002, with automatic
switch BIlLAC001, allows the perfect drainage of
bilge thanks to automatic or manual use of pump
by Three work positions.
Ideal for the mount in the flybridge, thanks to its
alarm, point out eventually anomalies in the pump
or in the switch function. With CARLING SWITCH
Contura II, watertight IP 56, with led for night
lighting.
ITS USE IS ONLY ON DIRECT CURRENT.

USE OF APPARATE
The panel control have Three work positions and
functions.
∗ OFF: the bilge pump and the automatic switch
BILAC001 are switch off.
∗ AUTO: the work of bilge pump is set by the
automatic bilge switch BILAC001. When the
water level reach the INOX sensors of the switch,
the pump make the drainage of the bilge, until the
water come down the threshold level, and then
switch off after few seconds.
⇒ The panel control check that all works
properly. If the continue functioning of the
pump keep for more of 4 minutes, a sound
alarm request to check eventually
anomalies in the pump or in the switch
sensors.
∗ MANUAL: the choice of this position switch
on immediately the pump that works until the
button come back in OFF position.
WARNING: this position exclude the functioning
of the automatic bilge switch and the sound
alarm of anomalies.
The led FUSE shows the intervention of the
magneto-thermic breaker.

Après les opérations de connexion, redonner de
la tension à l’installation.
MISE EN MARCHE
Le panneau de commande dispose de trois
positions qui ont chacune une fonction
particulière.
∗ OFF: la pompe de sentine et l'interrupteur
automatique BILAC001 sont éteints.
∗ AUTO: l'activation de la pompe de sentine
est réglée par l’interrupteur automatique
BILAC001. Lorsque le niveau de l’eau atteint les
capteurs INOX de l’interrupteur, la pompe
continue à vidanger la sentine jusqu’à ce que
l’eau descende au-dessous du niveau du seuil,
et s’éteint automatiquement après quelques
secondes.
⇒ Le panneau de commande contrôle le bon
fonctionnement de la pompe et de
l’interrupteur qui y sont reliés. Si la pompe
fonctionne pendant plus de 4 minutes, une
alarme sonore invite à contrôler les
éventuelles anomalies aussi bien dans la
pompe que dans les capteurs de
l’interrupteur.
∗ MANUEL: le choix de cette position implique
l’activation immédiate de la pompe de sentine
qui opère sans arrêt jusqu’à ce que la touche
soit à nouveau positionnée sur OFF.
ATTENTION: cette position exclue le
fonctionnement de l’interrupteur de sentine et de
l’alarme sonore d’anomalies.
Le led FUSE indique l’intervention de
l’interrupteur magnétothermique.

CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS
El panel de control BILAC002 conectado al
interruptor automatico BILAC001, permite un buen
drenaje de la sentina gracias a la activation manual o
automatica de la bomba hidraulica atravez de sus
tres funciones de trabajo. Apropiado para ubicar en el
panel de mando, gracias a la incorporacion de una
alarma, advierte posibles anomalias durante el
funcionamiento de la bomba o del “interruptor de
sentina”. Dotado de un interruptor “CARLING
SWITCH” Contura II, impermeabilidad IP56, y de un
led para iluminacion nocturna.

Despues de concluida la instalacion restablecer la
corriente electrica.
MODO DE EMPLEO
El aparato esta dotado de tres posiciones y cada una
cumple diferente funcion.
∗ OFF: El interruptor automatico BILAC001 y la
bomba estan apagados.
∗ AUTO: La activation de la bomba de sentina es
regulada por el interruptor automatico BILAC001.
Cuando el agua alcanza la altura del sensor INOX del
interruptor, la bomba continua funcionando hasta que
el agua haya alcanzado un bajo nivel, para
apagarse automaticamente despues de algunos
segundos.
⇒ El aparato controla perfectamente el
funcionamiento de la bomba y del
interruptor. Si el funcionamiento de la bomba
es mas de 4 minutos, una senal sonora
advertirà posible anomalia, sea en la bomba o
en el sensor del interruptor.
∗ MANUAL: esta posicion ofrece la activation
immediata de la bomba hidraulica de la sentina que
funciona sin interrupcion mientras no se haya
presionado el pulsador OFF.
ATTENTION: esta posicion no ofrece la activation
de la interuptor automatico e del senal sonoro.
El led FUSE indica la intervencion del interruptor
magneto-termico.

Über die Kontrollplatte BILAC002, welche an den
automatischen Schalter BILAC001angeschlossen
ist, wird die Pumpe automatisch oder manuell in
Betrieb gesetzt, und zwar mit drei verschiedenen
Arbeitspositionen, und somit eine vollständige
Dränage der Bilge ermöglicht. Ausgerüstet mit
einem Schalter CARLING SWITCH Contura II, hat
eine Schutzklasse gegen Wasserinfiltration IP56,
und besitzt einen Anzeiger mit Nachtbeleuchtung.

BETRIEB DES GERATES
Nachdem Sie alle Anschlüsse vorgenommen
haben, setzen Sie die Anlage unter Spannung. Die
Steuerungsplatte hat drei Funktionspositionen, jede
davon ist für eine bestimmte Arbeitsfunktion
vorgesehen.
∗ OFF: Die Bilgenpumpe und der automatische
Schalter BILAC001 sind außer Betrieb.
∗ AUTO: Der Betrieb der Bilgenpumpe wird von
dem automatischen Schalter BILACO01
gesteuert. Sobald der Wasserstand die NIRO-
Stahl Sensoren des Schalters erreicht, setzt sich
die Pumpe in Bewegung und setzt den
Dränagevorgang fort, bis der Wasserstand unter
das Alarmniveau sinkt; die Pumpe stellt sich dann
nach einigen Sekunden automatisch ab.
⇒ Die Kontrollplatte überwacht über die
dementsprechenden Anschlüsse das
einwandfreie Funktionieren der Pumpe und
des Schalters. Sollte die Pumpe
ununterbrochen länger als 4 Minuten laufen,
wird dies durch ein akustisches Alarmsignal
angezeigt. Überprüfen Sie in diesem Fall
eventuelle Anomalien an der Pumpe selbst
oder an den Sensoren des Schalters.
∗ MANUELL: Wenn Sie diese Funktionsposition
wählen, wird die Bilgenpumpe sofort in Betrieb
gesetzt. Die Pumpe arbeitet in diesem Fall immer
weiter, bis nicht die Taste erneut auf OFF gestellt
wird.
ACHTUNG: Diese Funktionsposition schließt den
Betrieb des Schalters in der Bilge aus, das
akustische Alarmsignal, welches Anomalien
anzeigt, ist ebenfalls ausgeschlossen.
Der led FUSE zeigt auf die aktivierung des schalters
magnetotermic.
