このたび、EM-401・EM-405・EM-501・EM-505をお買い求め頂きまして、誠にありがとうございます。
EM-401・EM-405は、40,000 min-1対応のスピンドルに接続し、EM-501・EM-505は50,000 min-1対応
のスピンドルに接続する、E400Z/500Z用ブラシレスモータです。このブラシレスモータをご使用頂
くためには、「スピンドル」「コントロールユニット」等が必要になります。ご使用前にこの説明書および
E400Z/500Zの取扱説明書をよくお読み頂き、末永くご愛用くだされば幸いです。

①ブラシレスモータ（EM-401・EM-405・EM-501・EM-505）は、ハンドツールではありません。工作機
械および専用機に固定してご使用ください。
②回転体に手を触れないでください。高速回転のため危険です。
警 告
①モータ回転中は安全のため保護覆いや防塵メガネ、防塵マスクを使用してください。
② 本体を落下させたり、ぶつけたりしないでください。回転不良や発熱、サヤの変形等故障の原因となります。

オプション
①外装はステンレス（SUS
- 416）で研磨仕上げされ、外径φ30.0 ㎜の小型モータです。
②高速ブラシレスモータの採用により、面倒なブラシの交換は不要です。
③最高水準270 Ｗのハイパワーを実現しました。
④
少量（約30r/分）のエアーで賄う空冷方式を採用。モータの発熱を防ぎ、長時間の使用が可能です。
⑤EM-405・EM-505は、モータの脱着に便利な中間コネクタ付コードを装着しました。（図ー1）
⑥オプションで電源コード長さ5 m・6 m・8 mを用意しました。

endofthespindle,andturnthespindleclockwise.Ifthedriveshaftofthemotordoesnotengage
thedrivedogonthespindle,youmayturnitabout2turns.DONOTFORCE.Turnthespindle
backafewthreads,rotatethecuttingtoolbyhandtoengagethedriveshaftandthedrivedog,and
makethefinalturnswithspannerwrench（22×27）.
