Safety instrucons
Symbols are used in this manual to aract your aenon to possible risks. The safety symbols and the explicaons which accompany them must be perfectly
understood. The warning themselves do not prevent the risks and can not be a substute for proper methods of avoiding accidents.
This symbol, before a safety comment, indicates a precauon, a warning or a danger. Ignoring this warning can lead to an accident for yourself or for
others. To limit the risk of injury, re or electrocuon always apply the recommendaons indicated.
Before any use, refer to the corresponding paragraph in the present manual. Read the
instrucon handbook and follow all warnings and safety instrucons.

1) Training
- Read the instrucons carefully. Be familiar with the controls and the proper use of the appliance.
- This product has been designed for use in cung grass, and it should never be used for any other purpose.
- Never allow children or people unfamiliar with these instrucons to use the appliance. Local regulaons may restrict the age of the operator.
- Never mow while people, especially children, or pets are nearby.
- The operator or user is responsible for accidents of hazards occurring to other people or their property.
- Avoid running the engine indoors. The exhaust gases contain harmful carbon monoxide.
2) Preparaon
- While cung, always wear substanal footwear and long trousers.
- Do not operate the appliance when barefoot or wearing open sandals.
- Thoroughly inspect the area where the appliance is to be used and remove all stones, scks, wires, bones, and other foreign objects.
- Before using, always visually inspect to see that the blades, blade bolts and cuer assembly are not worn or damaged. Replace worn or damaged blades and
bolts in sets to preserve balance.
- On mul-bladed appliances, take care as rotang one blade can cause other blades to rotate.
3) Operaon
- Operate only in daylight or in good arcial light.
