Check to make sure the pilot is large enough and in
the proper position, to properly heat the
thermocouple. (See "Testing: Pilot Flame")

Test the thermopile to ensure it is within

Run the unit on its highest setting for 8-10 hours
w ith the b low er shut off. (Note: Som e low er BTU
units may require more than 1 burn-in period.)
Remember to ventilate the area.
