Percez le plancher [Ø5”(12.7cm) à Ø6”(15.2cm)] pour la plomberie d’évacuation.
Le tuyau de renvoi de 2” (5.0cm) doit dépasser de 1/2”(1.27cm) du placher
existant. Les dimensions D et E du mur au centre du drain sont donner dans le
tableau. Vérifier votre base pour les dimensions finales.

Déposer la base en place. Assurez-vous que l’emplacement de la plomberie
d’évacuation soit parfaitement aligné avec le drain de la base. Ensuite, enlevez
la base.
Place the base. Make sure
the exhaust plumbing
location is perfectly aligned
with the drain of the base.
Then, remove the base.

1A. Avant l’installation, retourner la bride de carrelage an
d’appliquer une ligne de scellant en silicone le long du
canal.
Prior to installation, turn the tile ange so to apply a line of
silicone sealant along the channel.
INSTALLEZ LA BRIDE DE CARRELAGE. /INSTALL TILING FLANGE.
2PRÉPAREZ LA PLOMBERIE D’ÉVACUATION. /PREPARE DRAINING PIPE.

Vérier votre base pour les dimensions nales.

matches the actual location of the base drain.

PREPARE DRAINING PIPE
Il est impératif de lire ce manuel d’ installation au complet et de bien comprendre toutes les étapes d’installation de
votre nouvelle douche. Il est fortement recommandé de porter des lunettes de sécurité lors de l’installation. Avant
l’installation de la base, toute l’ossature et la plomberie doivent être complétées conformément aux instructions.
S’il s’agit de travaux de rénovation, les surfaces murales existantes doivent être en levées pour installer l’ossature
appropriée. Les murs extérieurs doivent être isolés adéquatement et inclure un coupe-vapeur conformément aux codes
du bâtiment.
It is imperative to read this installation manual completely and understand all the steps for installing your new shower. It
is highly recommended to wear safety glasses during installation.Prior to installation of base, all framing and plumbing
work must be completed in accordance with this instruction sheet. For renovation work, existing shower surfaces must
be removed to accommodate framing requirements. Ensure that outer wall are properly insulated, and that a vapor
barrier has been installed in accordance with established building codes.

Appliquez du scellant de silicone entre le corps
du renvoi et la base de douche avant d’installer
le drain sur la base.
Apply silicone sealant between the drain body
and the shower base before installing the drain
on the base.
Calez la base et/ou étendez du ciment égalisateur
ou du mortier uniformément sur toute la surface
d’installation.
Shim shower base and/or spread floor leveling
compound or mortar evenly over the entire area
where the base will be installed.
Déposez la base en l’alignant au centre du tuyau
de drainage et posez-Ia en place en appliquant une
pression pour s’assurer qu’ils entrent bien en contact
avec le ciment égalisateur sur toute la surface en
dessous de la base.
Vérifiez que la base est de niveau.
Lower base over center of draining pipe and set into
place. Apply pressure to ensure that the compound is in
contact with the entire bottom surface of the base.
Verify that the base is level.
Les pièces peuvent varier selon le modèle
du drain utilisé. Suivez les instructions
d’assemblage du fabricant.
Parts may vary according to the model
of drain used. Follow the manufacturer’s
assembly instructions..

If the water drainage is not done effectively and
the base is at , stop the installation. Remove the base
and the back to your dealer for an exchange.

que la base est bien au niveau, arrêter l’installation.
Retirer la base et la retourner à votre distributeur
pour un échange.

Lorsque la connexion du drain est bien
complétée, bouchez le drain et versez
une petite quantité d’eau dans la base.
Once the drain connection is completed,
block the drain and pour a small amount
of water in the base.
Assurez vous qu’il n’y ai pas de fuite
autour du drain (des bulles d’air
pourraient apparaitre) ou ailleur
(possiblement en dessous).
Make sure that there was no leakage
around the drain (air bubbles might
appear) or elsewhere (possibly under).
Débouchez le drain et vérifiez que l’eau
s’écoule correctement de la base. Il ne
doit subsister aucune accumulation d’eau
sur la base.
Unclog the drain and check that the
water drains correctly from the base. It
should remain no accumulation of water
on the base.
Fixez la base aux montants de mur avec
des les vis autoperçante #6 x 1 1/2”
Fasten base to studs using self drilling
screws #6 x 1 1/2”

6 - FINITION / FINISHING
Pour vous assurer de conserver le fini de votre nouvelle base de douche en acrylique et en assuré la longévité, n’utiliser
jamais de poudre, de tampons à récurer ou tout autre solvant puissant. N’utilisez qu’une solution d’eau et de détergent
doux ou un détergent certifié pour l’acrylique.
To ensure that you maintain the finish of your new acrylic shower base and assured longevity, never use powder,
scouring pads or other strong solvent. Only clean with a mild detergent diluted in water or a detergent formulated
specifically for acrylic.
