• Get the parts out of the bag on a flat surface
Your bags contain : 1- front half frame.
2- front half frame extension. 3- skin. 4- half centre crossrib.
5- cockpit rim. 6- seat (expedition model).
7- rear half frame extension. 8- faisceau AR
• Start to unfold the front half frame.

• Turn the first crossrib 90° (below) and secure its
position with the little straps.
• Do the same for the second crossrib.

• Take the front half frame extension (red marks)
and connect it to the front half frame.
• Take the keel bar and insert
it with a few degrees of angle
(besides). Once in place a metal
stopper holds the two pieces
in place (below).

• Connect the deck top stringers and turn the metal locker to block
them together.
• Put in place crossrib n°3.
Important notice : leave crossrib
n°4 free (besides) otherwise you
will not be able to bend the
stringers and gunwhales once
the frame in the skin
Proceed the same assembly
instructions for the rear frame.
• Take the keel bar and insert
it with a few degrees of angle
(besides). Once in place a metal
stopper holds the two pieces
in place (below).
• Put the pin to hold in place
the starboard deck stringer.

• Get the front half frame in the skin.
• Put a leg avor the boat, it helps
to have the frame centered in
the skin.
Do the same for the rear.
• The frame have to be centered
in the skin. A bolt will go through
the eyelet and the hole in the top
stringer.

• Be sure hoses from the stabilairs and the rudder lines are not struck
under the frame parts.
• Apply tension to the keel bar. put
the keel into the lever.
• Push the lever down to make
the tension. Turn the locker 90°
to secure the lever (below).

• Take the
gunwales in
both hands
and push them
to the center
of the boat,
plying the
gunwales
• Turn the two remaining crossribs in
place. Take car of the position of the
gunwhale on the crossrib (below left).
• Release the
gunwhales once
connected.
Do the same
for the stringers
(below).

• At the front of the cockpit push
the two deck stringers to the sides.
• You will now put in place
the central half crossrib.
• Put it under the
gunwales.
• Pull the locker and connect it
to the screw head on the keel.
• Put the pin on each side of the
crossrib to connect it with the skin.

• Get the cockpit rim
on the skin. The bolts
(in the inside pocket
of the skin bag) go
through the skin and
the top stringer. Screw
the butterfly nut.
• Get the hem
of the skin into
the cockpit rim
gauge.
• Inflate the seat before assembly.
• Put the straps around the crossrib at the rear. • Do the same at the front
• Screw the footrest on the keel bar.
• Inflate the stabilairs (low pressure)
