detailed operation instructions and features explanations to enhance your product
enjoyment. Please read this manual carefully before using this product for the first time.
Cautions
1. This player is a high precision electronic product and is serviceable only by authorized
personnel. Please do not attempt to open the unit.
2. Do not subject the unit to severe impact.
3. Do not subject the unit to splash or spill of water or other liquid.
4. Keep the unit from extreme high / low temperatures, high humidity, strong magnetic
field, dust and exposure to direct sunlight.
5. Select proper volume when using the unit to avoid causing eternal harm to hearing.
6. Do not attempt to modify any part of this unit.
7. Use only batteries, charger and accessories approved by the manufacturer. Use of
non-manufacturer approved parts may invalidate warranty.
8. Please observe your local environmental regulations when dispose of any electronic

9. Use damp cloth to clean the unit only. Do not use any chemical solution.

I. Product Description
1. Brief introduction
This product is among the first flash-based ultra-big LCD COLOR display that
integrates digital video enjoyment, digital music enjoyment, digital picture viewing,
e-book, games and other unique features. It supports digital video in MPEG-1, digital
image viewing in JPEG, BMP, and a user’s friendly photo editing file format
developed for NEO , and digital music in MP3 / WMA formats. This unit also supports
synchronization of audio and text, auto shut off. Driver-free operation (Except Win98),
timed repeating, voice recording with the built-in microphone. Six languages, namely,
French, English, Italian, Spanish, German and simplify Chinese, are available. You
can now enjoy crisp digital music and read an e-book on the road. The simple and
elegant design of this 262K. Color LCD Display digital player from NEO will
undoubtedly reflect your personality and provides a totally new personal digital
experience!

4. Connection with computer
Connect the player to your PC using the USB cord provided. Connect the smaller
rectangular end of the USB cord to the USB port on the player, and connect the
rectangular end of the USB cord to the available USB port on your PC.

II. Description of keys and screen
1. Function introduction on keys/slots

Press this button to reset when unit is not performing properly.

This key is mainly to pop submenu (“Menu” key) or confirm and press constantly this
key to stop and exit out of the current operation
(e)/(g) Increase volume (VOL-) / Reduce volume (VOL+)
Push DOWN or UP MENU key once.
(f) Next file / Fast forward ( )
PUSH RIGHT MEMU key once to forward current File /voice to the next. Hold this key
while playing to fast forward in current track ;

Push LEFT MENU key once to forward current File / voice to the next. Hold this key
while playing to fast forward in current track ;

Repeat between two points and within set time
File will be deleted if press shortly A-B on browsing time.
Press the key for navigation and pop the file list while play movie or play music ,
view E-BOOK , view photo.
(k) USB port
Note: In the main menu, press “ ” and “ ” or / VOL+ / VOL – to select between
functions.
2. Power supply
If the icon of power is empty, it indicates low power.
Use the USB charger to charge the battery of your ZAZZ Music Digital Player.
Connect the USB charger to your ZAZZ Music to recharge the battery.
Battery can be charged with the ZAZZ Music turned ON or OFF.
Note: When recharging, the battery bar will flash and please power off for save
charging time.
III. Operation Description
Power ON: Press “ ” and hold to power the unit on.
Power OFF: Press “” and hold to power the unit off.
The TL-T29 is equipped wave power. The unit will turn itself off after three minutes of
non-operation.
1. Play Video
In the main menu (Fig. 1), Push the LEFT or RIGHT MENU key to select the “MOVIE”
icon. The ZAZZ Music Digital player will play the first file of the root directory.
Press MENU key will stop playing of the current track.

Movie
1.1. How to get the video file that can well-play on player?
Get the video file that can well-play on ZAZZ Music Digital player by tool of
CD-ROM, about detail information of tool, please refer to the help file of tool in
the CD-ROM.
Convert video file
This player can convert the WMV, RM, AVI, VOB or DAT into AVI video format via
the attached video convert software on the CD ROM.
1．click and run the program of “AV converter.exe” select your desired
video/audio file and AVI video file (AVIch3.0) routine to be generated.
2．Select and set your desired parameters, click [start to convert] button, then
begin to convert into AVI file.
3．The successfully converted AVI video file can be played on mp4 player
during the operation, enter video play menu, select the corresponding file,
short press [mode]key to play video. Long press to exit (the video play
interface refers to the screen description)
2. Play Music
In the main menu, push the LEFT or RIGHT MENU key to select the music icon.
The player will play the first file of the root directory.

In this interface, press constantly AB/REC key to pop the file list, press constantly
“AB/KEY” key for timing repeat (please set the time of timing repeat in System Function).
2.1. How to operate online menu
When playing a track, press “ Menu” key to enter Play Setup menu, push up or down
“Menu” key to select item. Push right menu key (or press menu key) to pop current
sub menu, push left or right key to adjust the setting. Press Menu key to confirm
setting, or press constantly Menu key to cancel current setting.

Note: Connect earphone when perform channel search. The earphone cable is your
radio antenna.
In the main menu, push left or right Menu key to select the “RADIO” and press “ ”
to confirm, and will play default channel(no saved channel) or the lastest channel

3.1. Searching and save channels
Two working mode: Listening and Searching mode in FM
In the main menu, push left or right Menu key to select the “RADIO” and press
“” to confirm, and will play default channel (no saved channel) or the latest
channel. In this interface, push left or right Menu key to change the channel that
already saved In the interface , press “ ”to enter searching mode.

DOWN to select “save channel” , push right Menu key to enter select channel number,

In auto searching mode, the channels will be auto saved.
3.2. How to record FM broadcast
Press the ”A - B” key during FM broadcasting
to begin recording. Press the “ / “ key to pause.
Press constantly the Menu key to end recording.
Recording will be automatically saved
3.3. Searching Menu
Press Menu key enter online menu during playing station, push DOWN or UP
Menu key for selecting in this interface, push LEFT or right Menu key to confirm
selecting. Push left or right MENU key to adjust parameters , and press MENU key for
confirm the parameters.

Auto searching: Select Auto searching, the player will search all stations
from beginning to end of in frequency range, and the channels that will be auto saved.

4. Play E-BOOK
In the main menu, push left or right Menu key to select the “EBOOK” and press
“” to confirm, The player will open the first file of the root directory.

The player will load the first file of current directory or press A-B/Key to review
other files while review e-book.
In review e-book interface, press menu key to pop online menu:

Press “ ” key to start recording during waiting start record interface (NOT PAUSE
INTERFACE), press MENU key pop the online menu

In the main menu, Push left and right key to adjust the year.
Push up and down key to adjust the month.
The Calendar will show the detailed Year/Month/date/Hours
6.4. Game
In the main menu, select game and two games available to play: Russia Diamonds
and Wuzi Lian Zhu. Select any games and be ready to play. When start to play games,
press the menu button and then push up/down key to select game level and choose
the color of foreground you want and press restart game key to begin playing again.

IV. Portable hard disk
Your ZAZZ Music can be used as a removable disk without the need of driver
installation when used in the following operating systems: WIN ME / 2000 / XP. Driver
installation is needed for operating systems in Win98. Note: Please avoid disconnecting

your USB connection during file transfer.
V. Unplug your ZAZZ Music from the PC safely.
To avoid data lost caused by unsafe removal of your ZAZZ Music, please click on the
USB device icon in the task bar of your Desktop and follow the instructions to stop the
USB devices before unplugging your ZAZZ Music from the PC.
VI. Update Firmware and Font
Connect your ZAZZ Music to your PC via the USB cord, drag the firmware and font
that you want to update into the U disk, than disconnect USB connection, the player
will restart and update the firmware and font automatically.

Note regarding earphones :
Use only the earphone supplied with the ZAZZ Music or a earphone with same
characteristics. In full power the prolonged listening of the player can damage the
ears of the user.
