Upgrade Instructions
1. Plug the power adapter and press the Power button at the back to turn on the 3G29WN2.
2. Allow 60 –90 seconds for the 3G29WN2 to power up.
3. Connect your computer to any Ethernet port on the 3G29WN2.
4. Open the web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) on the computer, type in
http://192.168.1.1 on the address bar, and then press Enter.
5. Type in the System Password (the default one is admin for both User Name and Password)
and then press OK.
6. Navigate to Management > Device Settings > Update Firmware page
7. Press the Browse button and select the firmware file 3G29WN2-CFE-K611-402NCMN2-
C01_R11.bin

8. Click Update Software button to proceed. It will take a few minutes to proceed upgrading
until the router reboots itself.
9. Once the upgrade is done, make sure the current firmware version is C01_R11
Warning: Resetting the router to defaults is required in order for the router to function
correctly after firmware upgrade.
