Tighten all bolts
to screws with
⁄" wrench or
socket.

⁄" Allen-wrench

Press casters rmly into base until they
are securely snapped into place.
Insert cylinder into base.
Lift seat/mechanism assembly and t
onto cylinder. Ensure mechanism is secure
on cylinder by sitting on the seat.
Lift by the seat, not the armrests.
Place back post into
mechanism stub.
Place back post into
mechanism stub.
Back Assembly – Forward Pivot Synchro (2) Mech Back Assembly – Multi-tilt (6) Mech
Slip on the cylinder cover if available.
Install back.

Slide arms into the
bracket under the seat.
Arm Assembly – 3 & 9 Arms
Arm Assembly – 6 & 7 Arms
Arm Assembly – 0, 1, 2 & 4 Arms
Place bolt in the last hole on the arm and tighten
with Phillips screwdriver.
Tighten all bolts with
⁄" Allen-wrench.
Lock the lever to lock
the arm in place.

Slide arms into the
bracket under the seat.
Place washer on handwheel
and place handwheel
in the center hole on
the arm and tighten.
