Yourtractorisdesignedandmadetopull,tocarryandto
poweravarietyofmountedortowedequipment,although
withinsomephysicallimits.Theworkingspeedandper-
formancemaydependonanumberofvariousparame-
ters,suchasweatherandterrainconditions.Thoughthe
tractorisdesignedtoperformincombinationwithavari-
etyofequipment,theremaybeanumberofcombinations
ofaboveparameters,forwhichthereisseveredegrada-
tionofperformanceofthetractorand/oritsmountedor
trailedequipment.Ifyounoticedegradationofperfor-
mance,contactyourdealerforassistance,hemayhave

•Donotusethetractoronunstablebridgeheadsand
poorbridgeoors.Theseconstructionsmaycollapse
andcauseroll-overofthetractor.Alwayscheckthe
conditionsandloadcapacityofbridges,crossingsand
rampsbeforedrivingoverthem.
•Donotuseequipmentmountedonthetractorwhichis
notcorrectlymatchingandrmlyxed.Theuseofim-
plementsoraccessoriesthathavenotbeenapproved
orarenotcorrectlyconnectedmayincreasetheriskof
roll-overofthetractoriftheycomeloose.Ensurethat
thedimensionsofthethree-pointlinkageinterfaceof
boththetractorandtheequipmentarematchingac-
cordingtothecategoriesdenedinISO730.Ensure
thatthedimensionsandspeedofthePTOshaftonthe
tractorsarematchingthoseoftheequipment.
•Donotusethetractorincombinationwithequipment,
withouthavingconsultedthespecicOperator’sMan-
ualprovidedwiththeequipment.Thetractorisauni-
versaltooltocarry,towanddriveavarietyofequip-
ment.Thismanualalonecannotprovideyouwithall
theinformationrequiredforthesafeoperationofthe
combination.
•Donotusethetractorforpullingwork,incaseswhere
youdonotknowwhethertheloadwillyield,forinstance
whenpullingstumps;thetractormayipoverwhenthe
stumpisnotyielding.
•Becautiousthatthecentreofgravityofthetractormay
increasewhenloadsonthefront–endloaderorthe
threepointlinkageareraised.Intheseconditions,the
tractormayroll–overearlierthanexpected.
•Donotstepdownfromthetractorwithoutshuttingdown
thePTO,shiftingthetransmissiontoparkorneutraland
applyingtheparkbrake,unlesscontinuedPTOopera-
tionisrequiredforsomeequipment,suchaspumps
orwoodchippers.Thelatterequipmentmayhavean
emergencystopdeviceontheequipmentitself,ashu-
maninterventionisneededduringoperation.Butother
equipment,engagedanddrivenbythetractorwillhave
nomeanstostopthepowertransmission,otherthan
thePTOclutchofthetractor.
•Youshalltakethenecessaryprecautions(e.g.assis-
tance)toalwaysbeawareofthepossiblepresenceof
bystanders,certainlywhenmanoeuvringinconnedar-
eas,suchasthefarmyardandsheds.Keeppeople
awayfromthetractorduringwork.Askbystandersto
leavetheeld.Thereisnotonlytherisktobeoverrun
bythetractor,butobjectsejectedbysomeequipment
mountedonthetractor,suchasarotarymower,may
causeharm.Stonesmaybethrownfurtherthanthe
mowedcrop.Paythenecessaryattentionwhileoper-
atingnexttopublicroadsorfootpaths.Thrownobjects
cangetprojectedoutsidetheeldandhitunprotected
peoplelikebikersorpedestrians.Waittocuttheedge
oftheeldtillitisclearofbystanders.
•Donotallowridersonthetractor;donotallowpeople
tostandontheaccesssteptothecabwhenthetractor
ismoving.Yourviewtotheleftwillbeobstructedanda
riderrisksfallingfromthetractorduringunexpectedor
abruptmovements.
•Alwaysstayclearfromtheimplementsoperatingarea
andespeciallydonotstandbetweenthetractorand
theimplementorthetrailedvehiclewhenoperatinglift
controls;ensurenobystandersareneartheseoperat-
ingareas.
•Certainfunctionsofyourtractorarecontrolledbysoft-
wareandsomeofthemaresafety-related.Donotat-
tempttomodifyordownloadsoftwarenotcertiedand
distributedbythemanufacturer.Electronicsettingsand
logicsmaybedestroyedandseriouslyaffectthefunc-
tionofthetractor.Thismayresultinunpredictableand
unsafebehaviourofthetractor.Alwaysrefertoyour
dealer;hehastheappropriatetoolsanddatasetsand
ownstheofciallyreleasedsoftwareversionsandup-
datesforyourtractor.

•Yourtractormaybeequippedwithanumberofsensors
tocontrolsafetyfunctions.Trippingthesesensorswill
resultinasafeoperationmode.Donotattempttoby
passanyfunctiononthetractor.Youwillbeexposed
toserioushazards,andmoreover,thebehaviourofthe
tractormaybecomeunpredictable.
•Thetractorhasonlyoneoperatorstationandthisisa
onemanoperatedvehicle.Thereisnoneedforother
peopleonoraroundthetractorduringnormalopera-
tion.Donotallowpeoplestandingontheaccessway
tothecabwhenthetractorismoving.Yourviewtothe
leftwillbeobstructedandariderriskstofallfromthe
tractorduringunforeseenorabruptmovements.
