ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.
Regrettably self assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to
be faulty. Should you need to return the unassembled product, please repack in the original packaging.
IMPORTANT
• We suggest you spend a short time reading through this leaflet and then follow the simple step-

• All assembly fixings should always be tightened properly and periodically check all fixings and tighten if necessary.
• Avoid keeping furniture in direct sunlight or close to any heat sources as this can cause cracking, discolouration or
warping.
• Ensure the product is protected with mats and coasters when items are placed on the surfaces, to prevent scratching or
damage.
• Do not put hot dishes directly on the surfaces of the item.
• One person is required to assemble this product.

• Keep fittings out of children's reach and keep children well away from the construction area.
• We recommend that the packaging is used to protect the surfaces during assembly.

• For general cleaning, periodically dust with a soft cloth.
• Do not use furniture polish.
• Do not rub or scrub the surface when cleaning.
• Any spills should be removed immediately with a soft clean damp cloth and dried immediately.
• The maximum weight this shelf can hold safely is 15 kg.

1.Attach panels 1 & 2 to panel 3 with 4 x screws (B)
through and tighten with an Allen key( C).

1.Use 4x stickers (D) to cover the visible screw holes on
panels 1 & 2
2.Please repeat STEP ONE to TWO to assemble
the other product.
NB: Place the template over the back of
the Z shelf to ensure that the holes match
the position of the hooks before drilling
into your wall.
1.Use template (A) provided to mark on the wall
the position of wall-mounted fixings.
2.Use a spirit level to check that the fixings are level
and straight.

Warning:
Always ensure intended wall area to be
drilled is free from hidden electrical wires,
water and gas pipes.
NB: Wall fixings are not included - please
source suitable fixings for your wall type.
If in doubt please consult a qualified
trades person.
4.Drill eight holes and insert the wall plugs and the
screws into the wall. Tighten the screws,
leaving the screw head exposed by about
1/4 inch (6mm).
5.Carefully lift the shelf into position ensuring that
the fixings attached to the shelf are firmly hooked
over the exposed screws.
6.Check shelves periodically to see that no fittings
has loosened and needs attention.
