ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT - RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE - READ CAREFULLY
Regrettably self assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to be faulty.
Should you need to return the unassembled product, please repack in the original packaging.
IMPORTANT
• Keep fittings out of children's reach and keep children well away from the construction area.
SANTON CABINET
• Wall fixings are not included.
• Made in China.
• Ensure the product is protected with mats and coasters when items are placed on the surfaces, to prevent scratching or damage.
• Never drag pieces of furniture across the floor as this will cause damage to the joints.
• All assembly fixings should always be tightened properly and periodically check all fixings and tighten if necessary.
• Keep fittings out of children's reach and keep children well away from the construction area.
• Avoid keeping furniture in direct sunlight or close to any heat sources as this can cause cracking, discolouration or warping.
• Do not put hot dishes directly on the surfaces of the item.
• We recommend the use of the wall attachment bracket/strap provided for safety reasons.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
• Made from partical board & MDF with a wood effect finish.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• For general cleaning, periodically dust with a soft cloth.
• Do not rub or scrub the surface when cleaning.
• Do not use furniture polish.
• We recommend that the packaging is used to protect the surfaces during assembly.
• A minimum of two persons is required to assemble this product.

FITTINGS
PARTS
1.Attach panels 12 & 13 to panel 14 with 4 × screws (I) by
using a screwdriver until tight.

1.Slide panel 15 into the grooves of the drawer frame.
1.Insert 2 × cambolts (E) into panel 11 using a screwdriver
until tight.
2.Glue and insert 4× wooden dowels (B) into panels 12 &
13.
3.Attache panel 11 on the assembled unit
4.Insert 2 × camlocks (D) into panels 12 & 13 and tighten
with a screwdriver.
Ensuring the arrow indicator is pointing towards the
panel edge before tightening with a screwdriver.
STEP THREE
STEP TWO
5.Attach 1 X handle (M) to the panel 11 with bolt until tight.
6.Repeat step one , two & three to assemble the other
two drawers .
1.Insert 9 × cambolts (E) into panels 3,4,& 7 using a
screwdriver until tight.
2.Attache stop(N) on panel 6 with 2× screws by using a
screwdriver until tight.

1.Glue and insert 2× wooden dowels (A) into panel 7
2.Attach panel 7 to panel 2
3.Insert 3 × camlocks (D) into panel 2 and tighten with a
screwdriver.
Ensuring the arrow indicator is pointing towards the
panel edge before tightening with a screwdriver.
1.Attach panel 5 to panel 2 with 2 x screws(K) by an Allen
key (L) to tighten.

1.Glue and insert 6× wooden dowels (A) into panel 2.
2.Attach panels 3 & 4 to panel 2
3.Insert 6 × camlocks (D) into panels 2 & 7 and tighten
with a screwdriver.
Ensuring the arrow indicator is pointing towards the
panel edge before tightening with a screwdriver.

1.Slide panels 9(x2) with plastic H bar (16) into the
assembled unit as shown in diagram.
1.Insert 6 × cambolts (E) into panel 1 using a screwdriver
until tight.
2.Attach panel 6 to panel 1 with 3× screws (I) by using a
screwdriver until tight.

1.Glue and insert 7× wooden dowels (A) into panels 3,5 &
4.
2.Attach panel 1 to the assembled unit as shown in
diagram.
3.Insert 6 × camlocks (D) into panels 3,5 & 4 and tighten
with a screwdriver.
Ensuring the arrow indicator is pointing towards the
panel edge before tightening with a screwdriver.

1.Insert 4 x fittings (F) into the required position .
2.Insert panel 10 onto the fittings (F) .
3. Insert the drawers 11(X3) into the assembled unit as
shown in diagram.
Note: If you want to disassembled the unit,
please follow the steps as the right brief to push
the drawer out.
1.Attach 2 × hinges (G) to panel 8 with 4 × screws (H) by

1.Attach 2 × hinges (G) to panel 8 with 4 × screws (H) by
using a screwdriver until tight.
2.Attach handle (M) to the panel 8 with screw provided
3.Attach panel 8 to panel 3 with 4 ×screws (H) through 2 x
hinges (G) by a screwdriver.
To align doors use the adjustment
diagram below.

1.Secure 10×plastic fasteners (J) with 10×screws into the
backboard grooves to secure the unit.
1.Using screw and washer secure the 2 x nylon
straps (P) to the back of top panel.
2.Secure the other end of the strap to the wall with an
appropriate screw and wall plug for your wall type
(not provided).
To hide the strap behind the unit ,drill the hole lower

than the top of unit.
Warning:
Always ensure intended wall area to be
drilled is free from hidden electrical wires,
water and gas pipes.

suitable fixing for your wall type. If in doubt
please consult a qualified trades person.
