1. Remove “CASE COVER RUBBER”by Pinset.
Caution : Possible scratch during the operation

2. Remove four screw on the bottom side of NVS2500
Caution : Possible scratch during the operation

3. Remove bottom case.
Tip : There are hook at the middle of case(red circle).

4. Remove hard drive.

5. Remove the BATTERY CONNECTOR
Tip : Remove two connector with holding the plug NOT cable.

6. Remove three Screw on the PCB
Tip : Don’t use machine driver. Use manual driver only.

7. Remove PCB from the case
Tip : Hold on the eSATA connector and lift up slowly.

8. Add shield film

rotect from dust.

Caution : Be careful not to touch LCD screen by finger. Finger print is hard to
be wiped off

9. Remove sub PCB from LCD
Caution : Double-sided tape between LCD and PCB to stick LCD.
Use tweezers or knife to split PCB and LCD.

10. Assemble LCD and PCB

11. Remove the batter

Caution : Beware of WEEE for trashing battery

12. Add new batter

Caution : Check the appearance of battery. Swelling or leak.

13. Remove the film from LCD
Caution : Be careful not adding dust to the LCD screen

14. Insert PCB to the case.
Caution : Be careful setting the center of Jog button.

15. Add screw to the PCB
Caution : Don’t fasten too tightly. The hole can be damaged.

16. Insert batter

Caution : Check the red/black cable polarity as shown the image.

17. Insert Hard drive

18. Assemble the bottom case.
Caution : Check the position of internal Rib of case. The internal Rib should be
carefully positioned to cover the hard drive and cushion of the hard drive.

19. Fasten the four screw
Caution : Don’t fasten too tightly. The hole can be damaged.
