Inserire l
a SIM card:la SIM card contiene i vostri numeri telefonici, il codice
PIN, i
collegamenti ai servizi
dell’operatore, i contatti e i messaggi SMS
. Per accedere al vano
contenente
lo slot della SIM card, spegnete prima il telefono e sollevate la cover posteriore
a
partire dalla fessura
collocata in basso a sinistra. Rimuovete la batteria e quindi inserite l
a
sched
a SIM nell’apposito slot indicato dal pittogramma,
con i contatti dorati rivolti verso il
basso.
Inserire una scheda di memoria:

er poter utilizzare le funzioni di
fotocamera e lettore multimediale
di NGM B3, è necessaria
una
scheda micro-SD (
non compresa
nella confezione). L

ta nella parte posteriore del
telefono, nello slot
collocato a
destra di quello della SIM card

Caricare la batteria
:
c
aricate la batteria prima
di iniziare ad utilizzare
l’apparecchio. Connettete
il caricatore ad una presa
della rete elettrica e
quindi inserite
il
connettore
del cavo di
alimentazione
nell’apposito ingresso
micro USB
, sul lato inferiore del telefono. Attendet
e che sul display esterno compaia
l’animazione di ricarica.
Quando la carica sarà completata, l’animazione si interromperà e
un
pop
-up avviserà della conclusione del ciclo di carica. Il telefono potrà a questo punto
essere
disconne
sso dal cavo.
Collocazione della cover
Inserimento batteria
Accensione, spegnimento e blocco tasti: per accendere e spegnere il telefono, tenete
premuto il tasto di fine chiamata. La tastiera si blocca e si sblocca premendo il tasto di
selezione in alto a sinistra, seguito dal tasto “*”. In Impostazioni > Sicurezza > Blocco tasti è
possibile impostare un intervallo di tempo di inattività, trascorso il quale la tastiera si blocca
automaticamente.
Inserire la batteria: il vostro apparecchio è fornito di una batteria a ioni di litio ed è progettato
per l’uso esclusivo di batterie e accessori originali NGM. La batteria va collocata nella parte
posteriore del telefono. Inserite la batteria nel vano batteria con i contatti rivolti verso il
basso, in corrispondenza di quelli del telefono. Successivamente, ripristinate la cover
posteriore del telefono, come mostrato qui di seguito. - Attenzione: per preservare la corretta
funzionalità del prodotto e l'integrità della garanzia si raccomanda l'utilizzo di un
caricabatteria originale NGM. Procedete alla ricarica esclusivamente al coperto e in luoghi
asciutti. Un leggero riscaldamento del telefono durante il processo di ricarica è del tutto
normale. La batteria raggiungerà la sua piena efficienza funzionale solo dopo alcuni cicli
completi di ricarica.

Rispondere a una chiamata: per rispondere a una chiamata premete il tasto di chiamata.
Effettuare una chiamata: per effettuare una chiamata, dalla schermata principale componete
il numero desiderato con la tastiera e poi premete il
tasto di chiamata
. Per terminare la
chiamata, premete il
tasto di fine chiamata.
Chiamare un numero dalla rubr
ica: dalla schermata principale, premete il
tasto di selezione
in alto a destra; verrà aperta la
Rubrica.
Scorrete i contatti con i tasti SU e GIÙ e premete il
tasto
di chiamata per chiamare il contatto.
Richiamare un numero dal registro chiamate:
dalla schermata principale, premete il
tasto di
chiamata
; verranno visualizzate in automatico le chiamate perse,effettuate ericevute
.
Scorretele con i tasti SU e GIÙ e premete nuovamente il
tasto di chiamata.

Menu principale
Per accedere al Menu Principale del telefono,
premete il tasto di selezione in alto a sinistra.
Nella schermata vengono mostrate le seguenti
icone (da sinistra a destra, dall’alto in basso):
-Rubrica: elenco contatti
-Registro chiamate: registro chiamate
-Impostazioni: impostazioni varie, sicurezza, display,
ecc.
-Multimedia: fotocamera, radio, galleria, ecc.
-Strumenti: Calendario, Sveglia Bluetooth,
Calcolatrice, ecc.
-Messaggi: per scrivere e leggere SMS
-File Manager: elenco file e cartelle
-Profili Audio: per gestire e attivare i Profili audio
-FM Radio: per attivare la radio

Aggiungere contatti in rubrica: selezionate Menu > Rubrica > Opzioni > Nuovo, scegliendo se
memorizzare il numero sulla SIM o sul telefono. Inserite il nome ed il nuovo numero con il
tasto centrale ed alla fine confermate con il tasto di selezione sinistro.
Composizione rapida: in Menu > Rubrica > Opzioni > Altro > Chiamata rapida si possono
assegnare ai tasti 2-9 dei numeri telefonici che verranno chiamati automaticamente tenendo
premuto il tasto corrispondente.
Stato memoria: questa funzione della Rubrica (Opzioni > Altro) permette di verificare quante
posizioni libere di archiviazione si trovano nel telefono e nella SIM.
Impostare le suonerie: selezionate Menu > Profili > Generale > Opzioni > Impostazioni >
Impostazioni Suonerie > Suoneria (chiamante omessaggi)> Suonerie impostate e
selezionate il tono desiderato tra quelli disponibili.
Attivare/disattivare la vibrazione:
per disattivare velocemente la suoneria ed attivare la
vibrazione per chiamate e messaggi dalla schermata principale, tenete premuto il tasto #.
Premendo nuovamente #, si riattiverà la modalità precedente.
Inviare e leggere SMS:
Inviare SMS: dalla schermata principale, scegliete Menu > Messaggi > Scrivi nuovo
e scrivete
il messaggio.
Inserite il numero del destinatario nella parte alta dello schermo, o aggiungete
un contatto con il
tasto centrale.
Una volta aggiunto il/i destinatario/i confermate l’invio con
Opzioni > Invia
.
Leggere SMS: quando ricevete un nuovo SMS, viene visualizzata un’
icona a forma di busta
nella barra in alto (fino a quando il messaggio non v
errà letto) e un pop-
up di notifica. Premete
il
tasto di selezione in alto a sinistra per accedere alla cartella Ricevuti.
Fotocamera:
per attivare la fotocamera, a partire dalla schermata principale
premete il tasto
di navigazione
SU. Scattate la fotografia premendo il tasto di navigazione centrale.
Tramite
Opzioni
(tasto di selezione sinistro) accedete alle varie impostazioni della fotocamera
e
passat
e alla videocamera.

Radio FM: per ascoltare la radio FM è necessario utilizzare l’auricolare come antenna. Per
accendere
e spegnere la radio, dal menu principale selezionate Multimedia > Radio FM
.

Cerca e salva i canali: per ricercare in automatico stazioni radio

Apri altoparlante: per attivare/disattivare l’altoparlante

Riproduci in background: per attivare la riproduzione in background

Registra: per attivare la registrazione del canale in corso

Timer registrazione: per attivare una registrazione programmata

Elenco file registrati: per visualizzare l’elenco dei file registrati

Memoria: per scegliere la memoria predefinita per i file di registrazione
Utilizzat
e i tasti di navigazione SU eGIÙ per regolare il volume, i tasti di navigazione destro
e
sinistro
per scorrere le varie stazioni e il tasto centrale per accendere e spegnere la Radio.
Collegamenti rapidi: i tasti di navigazione permettono di aprire dei collegamenti rapidi; in
particolare con il tasto di navigazione SU potete accedere alla Fotocamera, con il tasto di
navigazione GIÙ passate alla Sveglia, con il tasto destro aprite la schermata Nuovo Messaggio,
mentre con quello sinistro accedete al Player Audio. Tutti questi collegamenti sono
comunque personalizzabili da Impostazioni > Telefono > Tasti dedicati.
Nota: se non conoscete il codice PIN, siete pregati di contattare l’operatore di rete. La password
predefinita del telefono è “1122”.

Inserting the SIM card
:the SIM card contains
your phone numbers, PIN codes, links to
operator services, contacts and SMS.
To access the compartment containing the SIM slot,
turn
off the phone and lift up the
back cover starting from the eject slit on the lower left corner
.
Remove the battery
and insert the SIM card into its slot with the gold contact area
facing
down
.

card into the slot on the rear
of the device, to the right of
the SIM slot. Inser

Turn ON, Turn OFF and keypad lock: turn on and off the phone by pressing and holding the
E
nd Call Key. Lock or unlock the keypad by pressing the Left Soft Key
on the phone, followed
by
the “*”key. From Settings > Security > Keypad lock you can configure an
inactivity time to
automatically lock
the keypad.
Inserting the Battery
: your device comes with a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery and
is
designed to use only NGM original batteries and accessories
. The battery
must be inserted in
the back of the device
. Insert the battery into the battery compartment of
your phone with
the contacts facing down
. When done, put the cover back in position. - Warning:i
n order to
preserve the integrity of the product and the validity of the warranty,
it is
recommended that
you use only
NGM original chargers. Please charge the
battery indoors, in a dry and favorable
environment
. Chargers and/or batteries may become warm during charging: this is normal.
A
new battery will reach its full capacity after several
complete charging cycles.
Charging the battery

Insert the charger plug
into a power outlet, then
connect the micro USB
cable to the
micro USB
port at the bottom
of the
phone
. A loading animation will start on the external display. When
the battery is fully
charged
, the animation will stop and a pop up will appear signaling the charge is done.
Now
you can remove the
USB cable from the phone.

Press Left soft key to access main.
The Start Menu will display the following icons
(from left to right, from top to bottom):

Answering incoming calls: press the Call key.
Making a call
: dial the desired number using the keypad and then press the Call key. P
ress
the
End call key to end a call.
Call a number from
phonebook:press Right soft key to open phonebook.
Browse the
contacts with
Up/Down navigation keys and press the Call key to call the contact.
Call a number from the call log
:from the Start Menu, press the Call key: missed,
incoming
and
outgoing calls will be automatically displayed. Browse the calls with
Up/Down navigation
keys
and press the Call key to call the contact.

Add contacts to the Phonebook: select Menu > Contacts > Options > New, choosing to save
contacts
to the SIM card or to the Phone.
Insert name and number with the central key and
confirm with left s
oft key when done.
Speed Di
al: from Menu > Contacts > Options > Others > Speed Dial
tap and hold the number
you want to add
(2-9 keys) and then select the contact person for speed dial.
Memory Status
:this feature from Contacts (Options > Others)
allows you to see how much
free storage
space remains on your phone or SIM card.
Set Ringtones
: select Menu > Profiles > General > Options > Settings > Ring settings >
Ringtone
(Caller or Message)and select a ringtone from the list.
Enable
/disable the meeting profile:tap and hold “#”
to quickly turn off incoming calls
ringtone and messages tone, and
enable vibrate. Tapping again “#”will restore the
previous
mode.
Sending and reading SMS:
Sending SMS: from the Start Menu, select Menu > Messaging > Write message
and write
your message
.Enter the receiver's number or insert a contact with Central key. Then, conf
irm
with
Options > Send.
Reading SMS: when you receive a new message, there is an envelope icon displayed
on the
top bar
(as long as the message is unread), and a popup notification. Press the
Left soft key
to
open the Incoming folder.

amera: to enable the camera from the Start Menu, press the Up navigation key.
Take a
picture by pressing
Central key. Select Options(Left soft key) to access camera settings
or
switch to
Camcorder.
FM
Radio: it is required to plug in earphones (acting as an antenna)
for listening to the FM
R
adio. Turn on and off the radio from the Start Menu, selecting Multimedia > FM Radio
.
Select
ing Options you can choose from the following functions:

-Auto search and save: automatic search for radio stations

Channel list: manual browsing of saved channels

Save: save the found stations

Manual search: performing a station search manually

Open speaker: enable or disable the speaker

Background play: play in the background of your phone

Record: record from a radio channel

Timing record: schedule when a radio recording begins/ends

Record file list: view a list of recorded files

Storage: default location of your recording files
Use
Up/Down navigation keys to adjust the volume, Left/Right navigation keys
to browse
th
e radio stations and Central key to turn on and off the FM Radio.
Dedicated
keys: the navigation keys allow to dedicate keys to specific functions; the
Up
navigation key enables the camera, Down navigation key opens the Alarm menu, Right
navigation key opens a New Message, the Left one opens the Audio Player application. All
these shortcuts are nonetheless customizable from Settings > Phone > Dedicated keys.
Note: If you do not know PIN code, please contact the network service provider.
The default phone password is “1122”.
