1.1 - Introduzione
La sicurezza di funzionamento
della macchina in Vostro posses-
so è affidata in prima persona a
coloro che operano quotidiana-
mente su di essa.
E’ quindi importante che questi
operatori abbiano dettagliate
informazioni relative al cor-
retto utilizzo, funzionamento,
manutenzione e riparazione
dell’aspiratore mod. R.
Lo scopo del presente manuale
è di portare a conoscenza degli
operatori le prescrizioni ed i
criteri fondamentali per garantire
la loro sicurezza ed allungare
la durata di funzionamento
dell’aspiratore mod. R.
Questo manuale deve essere
letto dal personale autorizzato
ad operare sulla macchina prima
della sua messa in funzione.
Conservarlo con cura nei pressi
della macchina, in luogo pro-
tetto e asciutto, al riparo dai
raggi del sole e comunque in
luogo facilmente e rapidamente
raggiungibile per ogni futura
consultazione.
In casi di smarrimento o di
deterioramento del manuale
richiedere una copia al Vostro
rivenditore o direttamente al
fabbricante.
Se la macchina verrà ceduta a
terzi, segnalare al costruttore gli
estremi e il recapito del nuovo
proprietario.
Il manuale rispecchia lo stato
della tecnica al momento della
commercializzazione della mac-
china e non può essere consi-
derato inadeguato se a seguito
di nuove esperienze ha subito
successivi aggiornamenti.
A tale proposito il fabbricante si
riserva il diritto di aggiornare la
produzione e i relativi manuali
senza l’obbligo di aggiornare
produzione e manuali precedenti
se non in casi eccezionali.

in order to inform machine users

regulations able to ensure their
safety and allow the vacuum

Personnel authorized to work
with the machine must read
this manual before the machine
is started.
Keep the manual near the ma-
chine, in a protected and dry
place away from direct sunlight
and ready to hand for future
consultation when required.
Ask for another copy from your
Dealeror the manufacturer ifthis
manual is lost or deteriorates.
Inform the manufacturer about
thenameandaddress of the new
owner if the machine is sold to
third parties.
This manual reflects the state-
of-the-art at the moment the
machine was sold and cannot
be considered inadequate if
modifications are subsequently
made in compliance with further
experience.
The manufacturer therefore
reserves the right to update the
production range and relative
manualswithoutbeingobliged to
update previous machines and
manuals unless in exceptional

wie Bedienung, Arbeitsweise,
Wartung und Reparaturen des
IndustriesaugersMod.Rauf kor-
rekte Weise ablaufen sollen.
Zweck dieses Handbuches ist
es,den Benutzern der Maschine
die Vorschriften und wesent-
lichen Kriterien klarzumachen,
die ihre eigne Sicherheit ga-
rantieren und die Haltbarkeit
des Industriesaugers Mod. R
verlängern.
DiesesHandbuch muß vondem
Personal, das zur Benutzung
der Maschine befugt ist, vor der
Inbetriebnahme der Maschine
durchgelesen werden.
Heben Sie das Handbuch sorg-
fältig in der Nähe der Maschine
auf, an einem geschützten und
trockenen Ort, an dem es nicht
derSonnenstrahlungausgesetzt
ist,aberan einer Stelle, anderes
leicht und schnell zur Hand ist,
wenn man in der Zukunft etwas
darin nachschlagen will.
Wenn das Handbuch verlo-
rengeht oder unleserlich wird,
können Sie beim Händler oder
direktbeimHerstellereinzweites
Exemplar anfordern.
WenndieMaschinedenBesitzer

Das Handbuch entspricht dem
Stand der Technik bei der Ver-

1.2 - Machine opera-
tors
Machine operators must be per-
sons working in the sector who
have been specially trained for
the purpose and who have read
and understood the instructions
described in this manual.
The employer shall inform the
personnel about risks of acci-
dents,thedevices and garments
required for the safety of the
operator, risks from excessive
noise levels and about the
general provisions established
by the European Directives and
legislation of the country where
the machine is installed.
The term “operator” means
the person that carries out the
following tasks:
- accomplishmentofoperations
required in order to run the
machine.
- Operation of the machine
controls.
- Accomplishment of simple
operationsrelatingtomachine
operation (eg.: emptying out
the vacuumed material).
- Accomplishment of cleaning
operations and daily inspec-
tions.
In caso di dubbio consultare il
centro di assistenza più vicino o
direttamente al Costruttore.
Si precisa come il costruttore sia
teso alla continua ottimazione
del proprio prodotto.
Per tale motivo la ditta co-
struttrice è ben lieta di ogni
segnalazione o proposta tesa al
miglioramento della macchina o
del manuale.

1.2 - Personale ad-
detto al funzio-
namento della
macchina
Il personale addetto deve es-
sere un’operatore del settore,
opportunamente addestrato che
deve aver letto e compreso le
istruzioni descritte nel presente
manuale.
Il datore di lavoro dovrà provve-
dere ad istruire il personale sui
rischi da infortuni, dei dispositivi
e indumenti predisposti per la
sicurezza dell’operatore, sui
rischi da emissioni da rumore
e sulle disposizioni generali
previste dalle Direttive Europee
e dalla legislazione del paese di
installazione della macchina.
Con il termine “operatore”, si
intende la persona che svolge
le seguenti mansioni:
- compie le funzione necessarie
al funzionamento della mac-
china.
- Opera sui comandi di funzio-
namento della macchina.
- Compie semplici interventi
legati al funzionamento (es.:
scarico del materiale aspira-
to).
- Eventuali operazioni di pulizia
e ispezione giornaliera.

1.2 - Personnel pré-
posé au fonction-
nement de la ma-
chine
Le personnel préposé doit être
un opérateur du secteur, ayant
reçu une formation appropriée
qui doit avoir lu et compris les
instructions décrites dans ce
manuel.
L’employeur doit instruire le
personnel sur les risques d’ac-
cidents, sur les dispositifs et les
vêtements prévus pour la sécu-
rité de l’opérateur, sur les risques
des émissions sonores et sur les
dispositions générales prévues
par les Directives Européennes
et par la législation du pays où
est installée la machine.
Le terme “operateur” désigne
la personne qui remplit les
fonctions suivantes:
- accomplit les fonctions néces-
saires au fonctionnement de
la machine.
- Opère sur les commandes
de fonctionnement de la
machine.
- Accomplit de simples in-
terventions ayant trait au
fonctionnement (ex.: déchar-
gement du produit aspiré).
- Les opérations éventuelles
de nettoyage et le contrôle
journalier.

1.2 - Für den Betrieb
der Maschine
verantwortliches
Personal
Ein Facharbeiter sein, der
entsprechend geschult ist und
der die in diesem Handbuch
beschriebenen Anweisungen
gelesen und verstanden hat.
Der Arbeitgeber muß dafür sor-
gen, daß das Personal über die
Unfallrisiken, die Vorrichtungen
und persönlichen Bekleidungs-
elemente unterrichtet wird, die
für die Sicherheit des Arbeiters
bereitgestellt werden, wie auch
überdie Risiken derGeräusche-
missionen und die allgemeinen
Anordnungen, die von den
europäischen Richtlinien und
der Gesetzgebung des Landes,
in dem die Maschine installiert
wird, vorgesehen sind.
Unter dem Begriff “Bediener”
verstehen wir die Person,
die die folgenden Aufgaben
abwickelt:
- Ausführung der Funktionen,
die für den Betrieb der Ma-
schine erforderlich sind.
- Betätigung der Stellteile der
Maschine.
- Ausführung einfacher Ar-
beiten, die mit dem Betrieb
verbunden sind (Bsp.: Ent-
fernen des aufgesaugten
Materials).
- Etwaige tägliche Reinigungs-
und Inspektionsarbeiten.

1.4 - Collaudoegaran-
zia
1.4.1 - Collaudo
Per garantire il buon funziona-
mento dell’aspiratore in ogni
sua parte, la macchina è stata
collaudata presso i nostri sta-
bilimenti.
Durante tale collaudo vengono
effettuate prove sui valori di
aspirazione e prove di sicurezza
sulle parti elettriche.
Questo per garantire l’ottimiz-
zazione dell’aspiratore rispetto
all’impiego che sarà chiamato
ad assolvere.
1.4.2 - Garanzia
Le clausole della garanzia
sono specificate nel contratto di
vendita. Con l’aspiratore viene
consegnato anche il certificato
di garanzia. Compilare la car-
tolina di garanzia e spedire il
tagliando al costruttore entro i
tempi previsti.
In caso contrario decade la
garanzia della macchina.
1.5 - Istruzioni per le
richieste d’inter-
vento
In caso di anomalie di funziona-
mento, di guasti per i quali è ne-
cessario l’intervento del “Tecnico
del Costruttore” rivolgersi diret-
tamente al servizio Assistenza
tecnica del Costruttore.
1.6 - Esclusione di
responsabilità
La macchina è stata consegnata
all’utente alle condizioni valide al
momento dell’acquisto.
Per nessun motivo l’utente è
autorizzato alla manomissione
della macchina. Ad ogni ano-
malia riscontrata rivolgersi al più
vicino centro di assistenza.
1.4 - Testing and guar-
antee
1.4.1 - Testing
Themachinewill have beentest-
ed in our plant in order to ensure
that it operates correctly.
Tests on the suction values are
carried out during this phase,
while the electrical parts are
subjected to safety tests.
This ensures that the vacuum
has been optimized accord-
ing to the job for which it was
designed.
1.4.2 - Guarantee
The guarantee clauses are
specified in the sales contract.
The certificate of guarantee is
consigned together with the
vacuum. Fill out the guarantee
card and send the coupon to
the manufacturer within the
established time.
Failure to do this will void the
guarantee.
1.5 - How to request
assistance
Contact the Manufacturer’s
technical Assistance Service in
the case of operational faults
and breakdowns where the in-
terventionofthe “Manufacturer’s
Technician” is required.
1.6 - Exclusion of li-

1.4.2 - Garantie
Les clauses de la garantie sont
spécifiées dans le contrat de
vente. Le certificat de garantie
est remis avec l’aspirateur.
Après avoir rempli le certificat de
garantie, expédiez l’attestation
au constructeur dans les délais
prévus.
En cas de non-expédition de
l’attestation la garantie de la
machine est exclue.

En cas d’anomalies de fonction-
nement, de pannes qui requiè-
rent l’intervention du “Technicien
du Constructeur”, contactez
directement le Service Après
Vente du constructeur.

lisateur aux conditions valables
au moment de l’achat.
L’utilisateur ne peut pas modifier
la machine pour aucune raison.

ser au S.A.V. le plus proche.

die Maschine im Herstellerwerk
geprüft worden.

Tests zu den Saugwerten und
Sicherheitstests bei den elek-
trischen Teile ausgeführt.
Das geschieht, um die Opti-
mierung des Industriesaugers
hinsichtlich der Verwendung,
für die er bestimmt ist, zu ga-
rantieren.
1.4.2 - Garantie
Die Garantieklauseln stehen im
Kaufvertrag.
Mit dem Industriesauger wird
auch die Garantiebescheini-
gung ausgeliefert. Füllen Sie
den Coupon aus und senden
ihn innerhalb der vorgeschrie-
benen Fristen an den Hersteller
zurück.
Andernfalls verfällt der Garan-
tieanspruck.
1.5 - Anweisungen für
die Anforderung
des Kunden-
dienstes
Bei Betriebsstörungen, für de-
ren Beseitigung das Eingreifen
des “Kundendienst-Technikers”
erforderlich ist, wenden Sie sich
direkt an den technischen Kun-
dendienst des Herstellers.
1.6 - Haftungsaus-
schluß
Die Maschine wird dem Anwen-
derzudenGarantiebedingungen
ausgeliefert, die zum Zeitpunkt
des Verkaufs gelten.
Der Anwender hat kein Recht,
die Maschine zu ändern. Bei
jeder Störung muß er sich an die
nächste Servicestelle wenden.

di proprietà del Costruttore e
devono essere considerate di
natura riservata.
E’ pertanto vietata la divulga-
zione e la riproduzione anche
parziale senza l’autorizzazione
scritta del costruttore.

diversi dalla installazione, dal-
l’uso e dalla manutenzione della

Ogni violazione sarà perseguita

Manufacturer and shall be con-
sidered of a confidential nature.
It is therefore forbidden to even
partially duplicate or disclose
such information without having

tion from the manufacturer.
It is also forbidden to use this
manual for purposes other than
machine installation, use and
maintenance.
All violations shall be pros-
ecuted.

sind oder die nicht speziell für
das Modell bestimmt sind;
- bei völliger oder teilweiser
Nichtbeachtung der Anwei-
sungen;
- wenn die Garantiebescheinigung
nicht eingeschickt wird;

1.7 - Einschränkung
der Reproduktion
und Verbreitung
