Particulate Respirator N95
User Instructions
Important
Wearer must read fitting instructions and use limitations before use. Misuse of
this respirator may result in sickness or death.
Use For
Respirator with proper use protects against certain liquid or non-oil based
particles from substances that do not emit oil vapors or aerosols. Respirator
provides at least 95% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols that
do not contain oil (see insert for approval label).
Do Not Use For
Gases and vapors, oil aerosols, sandblasting, asbestos, lead, arsenic. The
respirator does not supply oxygen.
Service Time Limitation
All respirators should be replaced whenever they are damaged, soiled, or
cause noticeably increased breathing resistance. Use and reuse of respirator
subject only to considerations of hygiene, damage, and increased breathing
resistance. Do not use the same respirator for more than 8 hours, continuous
or intermittent, in dirty workplaces that could result in high filter loading. Leave
contaminated area and remove and dispose of respirator if breathing
becomes difficult or proper fit cannot be obtained.
Warnings
This respirator does not protect against the risk of contracting disease or
infection. Individuals who are highly sensitive to natural rubber latex may have
an allergic reaction. Individuals with a compromised respiratory system should
consult a physician and must complete a medical evaluation prior to use. The
wearer should be trained in the proper use, including fit testing, in accordance
with applicable safety and health standards per OSHA guideline 29 CFR
1910.134. If you cannot achieve a proper seal, DO NOT enter the
contaminated area.
WARNING
User must follow all instructions and warnings on the proper use of this
respirator. Misuse of this respirator may result in sickness and/or death. It is
the user’s responsibility to obtain a proper fit (see Fitting Instructions).

The following Cautions and Limitations spelled out in the UI apply:

CAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
A. Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5 percent oxygen.
B. Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C. Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards.
J. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M. All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA, and
other applicable regulations.
L. Follow the manufacturer’s User Instructions for changing cartridges, canister and/or filters
N. Never substitute, modify, add, or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by
the manufacturer.
O. Refer to User Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and maintenance of these
respirators.
P. NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical mask.
PH. The limited FFR approval will be effective until the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the
authorization of the emergency use of personal respiratory protective devices during the COVID-19 outbreak is
terminated under Section 564(b)(2) of the Act, or the EUA is revoked under Section 564(g) of the Act, or until such
time that the approved configuration can no longer be maintained.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
USER MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EACH TIME RESPIRATOR IS WORN.
1. Hold the bottom strap of the respirator using both hands, with the label facing away from you and the nosepiece
facing up.
2. Place the respirator under your chin, stretch the bottom strap over your head, and place the strap below your
ears.
3. Stretch and position the top band on the upper back of your head.
4. Using both hands, press the sides of the nosepiece to mold the wire to your nose.
5. Test the fit. To test the seal of your respirator 1) cup both hands over the respirator being careful not to disturb
the position 2) Take several large exhales. If air leaks around the edges, reposition the straps or adjust strap
tension for a better fit. If you cannot achieve a proper seal, do not enter the contaminated area. See your
supervisor.

INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE
EL USUARIO DEBE SEGUIR ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES CADA VEZ QUE SE UTILICE EL RESPIRADOR.
1. Sostenga la correa inferior del respirador con ambas manos, con la etiqueta hacia el lado opuesto de usted y la
boquilla hacia arriba.
2. Coloque el respirador debajo de la barbilla, estire la correa inferior sobre su cabeza y coloque la correa debajo de
