USER INSTRUCTIONS
BSN95MC0 N95 Reusable Particulate Respirator
User's Instructions
The BSN95MC0 N95 is a NIOSH approved N95 respirator with a iltration e iciency o at least 95% against a solid or
liquid particles that do not contain oil.
DO NOT USE FOR:
The BSN95MC0 N95 respirator should not be used or gases, vapors, oil aerosols or where concentrations o
contaminants exceed OSHA or applicable sa ety and health standard's maximum use concentrations, are unknown or
immediately dangerous to li e and health.
USE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Be ore using this respirator, a written respiratory protection program meeting all o the requirements o OSHA
29 CFR 1910.134 including medical evaluation, training and it testing must be implemented.
2. Prior to each use, care ully inspect the entire respirator or correct assembly, parts and or tears or damage
including the straps, ilter rame and exhalation valve. Discard the entire respirator if any part does not
function properly and get a new respirator.
3. I the respirator becomes damaged, distorted, soiled, i breathing becomes di icult or a proper respirator to
ace seal cannot be maintained, leave the contaminated area immediately and get a new respirator or ilter.
4. I dizziness, irritation, nausea or other distress occurs, leave the contaminated area immediately and
contact your supervisor or medical pro essional.
5. Do not alter abuse or misuse this respirator.
6. Properly dispose o used respirators in accordance with applicable regulations.
ARNING TO USER
Be ore use, the user must read, understand and ollow all User's Instructions, warnings and use limitations o this respirator.
Be ore occupational use o this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local
government requirements. In the United States, employers must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 which includes medical evaluation,
training, and it testing. The respirator's ace seal must be checked each time be ore entering a contaminated area and the respirator
must be worn during all times o exposure to contaminants.
Failure to follow all of these instructions, warnings and limitations, contained on this package may reduce the effectiveness of
this respirator and result in serous sickness or DEATH!!
S - This respirator offers nuisance level relief from organic vapors that are below the permissible exposure limit (PEL).
Nuisance level refers to concentrations not exceeding the OSHA PEL or other government occupational exposure limits,
whichever is lower.

USE LIMITATIONS:
1. This respirator does not supply oxygen and must not be used in atmospheres containing less than 19.5%
oxygen.
2. This respirator is not be used when the user has beards, acial hair, scars or other conditions that prevent a
good seal between the ace and the respirator.
3. This respirator is designed or occupational or pro essional use by adults who are properly trained in their use
and limitations. Respirators must not be used by children.
4. Particulates and other contaminants which can be dangerous to your health include those that you cannot
see, taste or smell. Respirators can help to protect your lungs against certain airborne contaminants, but
cannot prevent entry through other routes such as the skin. Additional types o personal protective equipment
may be required.
CLEANING AND STORAGE:
1. Store unused respirators and ilters in their sealed, original packaging in a clean, dry, non-contaminated area
that is protected rom extreme temperatures, moisture, sunlight, dust and chemicals.
2. The Reusable Filter Frame (P/N:RFF) can be wiped clean with a so t cloth or disin ected by rinsing with a
dilute disin ecting solutions, then with clean water and allowed to air dry. The RFF can then be stored or
reuse in a clean, sealed bag or container.
3. Used ilters should be properly disposed o prior to storage.
4. Thoroughly inspect the RFF during cleaning and i any part is damaged or does not unction properly, discard
the entire Reusable Filter Frame.
5. A properly unctioning Reusable Filter Frame (P/N:RFF) can be reused many times until daily inspection
deems any part o the RFF non- unctional, and then it should be properly discarded.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Be ore itting the respirator, ensure that the filter is correctly assembled into the filter frame and the Replacement
Filter Lock is present and screwed on ti htly. See “FILTER REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS”.
1. Hold the respirator in your hand with the molded nosepiece at your ingertips and allowing the straps to
all below the hand.
2. Place respirator under the chin with the nosepiece (narrow end) up. Raise the continuous top strap and
place it high to the back o the head.
3. Pull the bottom straps with the hook and loop around the back o neck, below ears and connect them.
Pull the ends o the straps to tighten. Adjust the straps or a secure and com ortable it.
4. A seal check MUST be per ormed each time the user enters a contaminated area. Lightly cup both
hands over the ront o the respirator and INHALE SHARPLY. A negative pressure should be elt inside

o the respirator. I any air low is detected around the edges o the respirator, readjust the traps. Repeat
seal check until a proper seal is achieved; otherwise, see your supervisor.
NEVER enter a contaminated area without a proper seal.
FILTER REMOVAL AND REPLACMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Hold respirator by outside exhalation valve with straps hanging down.
2. Grasp the Reusable Filter Lock (P/N:RFL) on the inside o the respirator and remove it by unthreading it
counterclockwise.
3. Remove the used BSN95RC0 ilter and dispose o properly. Thoroughly inspect the reusable ilter
ram (P/N:RFF) including the exhalation valve and straps or proper unction.
Discard the entire RFF if any part does not function properly.
4. Reinstall a new BSN95RC0 ilter by aligning it in the RFF and secure it in place by rethreading the
RFL clockwise ti htly back in place. Inspect to assure that the ilter is aligned correctly and the ilter is
not torn or olded under the RFL.
