2. CAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
A- Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
B- Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C- Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards.
J- Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M- All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with MSHA,
OSHA and other applicable regulations.
N- Never substitute, modify add, or omit parts. Use only exact replacements parts in the
configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
O- Refer to User Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and
maintenance of these respirators.
P- NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks.
S- Special or critical User Instructions and/or specific use limitations apply.

1. Protection
FILTERING FACEPIECE APPROVAL LABEL
THIS RESPIRATOR IS APPROVED ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CONFIGURATION:
N95-Particulate Filter (95% filter efficiency level) effective against particulate
aerosols free of oil; time use restrictions may apply.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS :
The respirator user must be fit tested according to OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.134.
1. Hold the respirator in one hand with the nosepiece at your fingertips, allowing the headbands to hang below your hand.
2. Press the respirator against your face with the nosepiece on the bridge of your nose.
3. Place the top band high on the back of your head. Move the bottom band over your head and position it below your ears.
4. Using both hands, mold the nosepiece to the shape of your nose.
5. Test the fit. Cup both hands over the respirator and exhale vigorously. If any leakage is detected, readjust the position of
the respirator according to steps #2 to #5 till get a better fit.
IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS:
1. All instructions and warnings have to be followed. Failure to do so will reduce the efficiency of the respirator and cause sickness or death.
2. Training on the proper use of the respirator must be provided by the employer in accordance with the safety and health standard.
3. Do not alter or modify the respirator.
4. Not suitable for persons with beard or other facial hair which may reduce the efficiency of the respirator.
5. The use and reuse of this respirator is subject to consideration of hygiene damage and increased breathing resistance.
Service time should not be extended beyond 8 total hours of use.
6. Store the respirator in a cool place. Avoid direct exposure of sunlight during storage as the filter media in this respirator
can be degraded by extended exposure to direct sunlight.
7. Before occupational use of this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local government requirements
in the United States, employers must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 which includes medical evaluation, training and fit testing.
S - Special or critical User Instructions:
The model SRS1010HDX filtering facepiece respirator has been manufactured by Jinfuyu Industrial Co., Ltd. for Home Depot under TC-84A-3888.

1. These respirators do not supply oxygen. Use only in well ventilated areas
3. This respirator has been tested. Small punctures around the staples are normal and do not interfere with the respirator compliance
to Part 84 approval requirements. However, it should be subject to inspection prior to each use to ensure there
are no holes in the breathing zone other than the punctures around staples and no other damage has occurred. Enlarged

1.Vapors, paint spray, oil-based aerosols, asbestos and sand blasting.
2.Any contaminant whose concentration is unknown, or immediately dangerous to life.
3.Concentrations of Dust and Mists which exceed the maximum use concentration
or 10 times contaminant’s permissible exposure limit established by OSHA.
