IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PACKING LIST
The following instructions must be followed to ensure optimal unit condition
and extended lifespan
• Instructions must be followed carefully while installing the unit.
• Always use new, identical batteries when installing unit.
• Ensure that mounting surface is flat and clean before installing.
• Ensure that the unit is installed at least 25 cm above the nearest surface to avoid sensing errors.
• Each unit is to be installed by a qualified professional.
• Do not install unit directly above reflective surfaces.
• This unit is intended for indoor use only.
• Children using the unit must be accompanied by an adult to avoid injury or malfunction
• Please ensure proper disposal of depleted batteries
• Keep unit dry at all times to avoid electrical malfunction
• This unit contains electrical devices and valves, handle with care.
• Disassemble unit with care to avoid damaging liquid feed line
• Only clean unit with neutral detergents, and dry with a soft cloth
• Do not clean unit with water or non-neutral detergents to avoid surface damage or internal
electrical failure. Only clean sensing area on underside of unit with a soft, dry cloth to avoid
sensing errors.
• Unit must be installed at least 14" above surfaces to avoid sensor malfunction.

If any parts are missing or damaged, contact your distributor.

• The unit and main components are shipped sealed in bags. Open with care to avoid damages.

INSTALLATION
TIP: Ensure that unit is
mounted at least 14" (35
cm) above stainless steel or
other reflective countertop
surfaces.

1. Place mounting bracket
where the unit will be secured
to the wall. Mark the locations
of the 3 holes.
2. Drill holes into the marked
areas of the mounting surface.
After holes are drilled, insert
expansion screw heads into
the corresponding holes.
3. Place mounting plate on
the wall, corresponding with
the expansion screw heads.
Then fasten mounting plate
with screws in corresponding
locations.
4. Line up grooves in back
of unit with the mounting
plate, and slide dispenser
into bracket until it locks
into place.

BATTERY INSTALLING & REPLACEMENT
HOW TO USE
1. Unscrew the security screw
and remove battery housing
from the unit.
2. Insert batteries into the
housing following the
indicated + and - symbols.
3. Insert battery housing back
into the unit, and tighten
security screw to secure.
1. Insert key into the lock on the top cover of the unit, and turn to remove.
2. Remove inner container cover and fill unit with foaming soap.
3. Unscrew the battery housing unit from the bottom of the dispenser, and insert 4 AA batteries
into the housing. Then insert housing back into the unit, and tighten screw to secure.
4. Hold the setting button on the bottom of the unit for 3 seconds, then an LED light will flash
3 times to indicate that the unit is in standby mode.
5. After the LED light flashes, soap will be dispensed when hands are moved into the sensing area.
The unit may require a few senses before dispensing to prime.
6. The LED light will flash 3 times in 30 seconds to indicate low battery power.
Replace batteries when this occurs.

• The LED indicator light will flash 3 times when the batteries are low.
• This unit requires 4 AA batteries. Always use new, identical batteries when replacing.

DISPENSE QUANTITY ADJUSTMENT
TROUBLESHOOTING
• When the unit is powered on, press and hold the setting button for 3 seconds, until the LED indicator
light flashes 3 times. The LED light indicates that the unit is in standby mode.
• Adjustable foaming soap settings: This unit can be set to 5 dierent levels of foam soap supply per
dispense. The default amount of soap or sanitizer per dispense is .7 ml. After pressing the setting
button once, the amount will change to 1.0 ml. After additional consecutive presses, amount of soap or
sanitizer dispensed per sense is as follows: 1.3 ml, 1.6 ml, and 0.4 ml.
• TIP: Keep fluid container clean and free of dirt and dust to avoid blockages.
