•Do not use any harsh abrasives, detergents or anything containing ammonia to clean your
multi-mount angle shade sign light.
•Bulb is not included with the multi-mount angle shade sign light; use a standard E26 bulb only.

LIGHT USE AND CARE
•
Do not modify the light in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or
safety and could affect the life of the product. There are specific applications for which the
multi-mount angle shade sign light was designed.
•
Check damaged or worn out parts before using the multi-mount angle shade sign light. Broken
parts will affect the multi-mount angle shade sign light operation. Replace or repair damaged or
worn parts immediately.
•
When the light is mounted in one certain way, store the other rods in case you decide to change
how it is mounted in the future.
ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect power at main electrical box before installing fixture.
2. Run black, white and green wires from lamp holder (2) through shade (1), washer (3), O-ring (4),
hex connector (5), knuckle (6), gooseneck (7), back plate (8) and gasket (9). Note: Before cross
the wire, foist the Cotton varnished sleeve (16) into the knuckle to protect the wire.
3. Place the lamp holder fixture onto the hex connector (5), then the hex connector fixture onto the
end of the gooseneck (7). Seat other end of gooseneck into the back plate (8). The rotating set
screws in back plate will fix the gooseneck in place. Note: wrap each of the threads with PTFE
Thread seal tape (17).
4. Attach the ballast black wire to the supply black wire and the ballast white wire to supply white
wire, using the wire nuts (18) provided.
5. Connect green fixture wire to grounding screw in the junction box.
6. Attach the back plate

and gasket (9) to junction box.
7. Tightening the tapping screws (14) to affix the back plate (8).
Following the reference below, as you choose different parts for assembly, you can get four different
lights.
