User Instructions
Intended Use
The Economy Shower Chair is intended to be used
in a shower to provide a stable, seated support,
where a user is unable to stand for long periods (i.e.
during showering).It may be used with or without
the back rest.

Assembly and Height Adjustment
Tools required: Philips Screwdriver
4. Put seat upside down on floor/flat surface
5. Align seat legs on the seat, so that the legs nest
together in line with the seat moulding.
6. In the centre of the seat, loosely install a round
head bolt through the cupped washer, top leg,
bottom leg and tighten to the seat as shown in
Fig 1.
7. Install the four chamfered bolts through the legs
into the seat moulding. Tighten all 5 bolts.

Assembly and Height Adjustment - cont.
1. Align the back support tubes with the back
moulding.
2. Install the four round head bolts through the
cupped washers, back support tubes and into
the back moulding and tighten. (Fig 2).
3. Fit the back rest to the shower chair by
depressing the snap buttons and inserting the
back rest tubes into the location tubes in the
underside of the seat until it snaps into the
appropriate adjustment hole (Fig 3). Note: Two
back rest positions are possible; choose the
one which is most comfortable. Ensure the
same snap button is used so that the back rest
is not angled to the seat.

8. Adjust to the correct height by depressing the
snap buttons and sliding the leg extensions
up/down the frame tube until it snaps into the
appropriate adjustment hole.
9. Ensure all four leg extensions are secured to
the same adjustment hole to ensure even
height. Adjustment holes are numbered to
make this easier.
Using the Shower Chair
Place in shower. Ensure all four legs are level and
in contact with the shower floor. Sit centrally on
the shower stool.
Safety Precautions
Do not exceed the maximum user weight limit.
Inspect at regular intervals for wear and damage,
particularly the rubber feet.
Do not use if rubber feet are damaged.
Do not stand on the Shower Chair
Cleaning Instructions
Clean regularly; wipe down with mild detergent
/disinfectant solution.
