Q2: How do I know whether the product is well charged?
A: Check the battery level by pressing the capacity button on the LCD.
Q3: Can it charge and discharge simultaneously?
A: Yes, but it is not recommended to charge and discharge at the same time in
order to protect the battery life. It is OK to use the product even when it’s not fully

Q4: Can l take the product onto a plane?
A: No. Since the product contains a large volume of lithium-ion batteries with a

Q5: How long will the product run my device?
300Wh*0.8/operating power of your device = the actual working time.
The calculation formula is:
the maximum power capacity of the product*the conversion efficiency of the
product/operating power of your device. For example, by the output of the product
with a maximum power capacity of 300Wh. your electronic device with a rated
power of 100W can continuously run for 2.4 hours (300/100*0.8=2.4).
