How to replace SATA cards on CT-8000R/RP
1. Open the metallic case:
a) Perform a normal shutdown and make sure the power LED light if turned off.
b) Unplug power cord
For CT 8000R
Turn the power switch into the “O” position and unplug the power cord.

For CT 8000RP
Make sure the power supply LED is off, then unplug the power cord.
c) With the help of a screwdriver, remove the screws on the left and the right side:

d) Remove the top cover:
Press down firmly and pull backwards to open the case.
e) Remove the SATA cables and screws from the bracket.
The SATA cables must be unplugged vertically in order to avoid damage.
Then remove the screws from the bracket.

b) New version (only one card)

cables, as it is shown in the following image:

3. Close the metallic case:
Put the top cover back to its original place and lock the screws with the help of a screwdriver.
