Produktbeschreibung
Installationskanal mit intumeszierendem Brandschutzgewebe
zur Überwindung von Hindernissen bis zu einer Breite von 450
mm im Außenbereich. Verhindert die Brandweiterleitung über
die Elektroinstallation, Feuerwiderstand bis 90 Minuten. Als
Sonderlösung einsetzbar bei der Verlegung von Leitungen
über Brandwände gemäß Gutachterlicher Stellungnahme GA-
2021/047b. Zur Montage auf FangFix-Betonsteinen geeignet.

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
– Am Installationskanal können scharfkantige Stellen vorhan-
den sein. Geeignete Schutzhandschuhe verwenden, um
Schnittverletzungen zu vermeiden.
– Das Gewicht des FangFix-Steins kann zu Quetschungen
führen. Geeignete Sicherheitsschuhe tragen, um Quet-
schungen zu vermeiden.
– Bei Schneidarbeiten können Metallspäne oder scharfe
Schnittkanten zu Verletzungen an Augen und Händen füh-
ren! Bei Schneidarbeiten Schutzbrille und Schutzhandschu-
he tragen.
Allgemeine Hinweise zur Montage
Die erforderliche Kanallänge (a) ist abhängig von der Höhe
des Hindernisses (h). Bis zu einer Höhe von 71 cm ist ein Ins-
tallationskanal (2 m) ausreichend. Dieser kann mit einem
Trennschleifer auf die benötigte Länge zugeschnitten werden.
Hierbei folgendes beachten:
1. Beim Zuschneiden des Kanals Schraubenposition beach-
ten. Pro Kanalzuschnitt müssen mindestens 2 Deckel-
schrauben vorhanden sein.
2. Kanaldeckel so kürzen, dass er auf beiden Seiten 40 mm
kürzer ist als der Kanal. Schraubenpositionen beachten.
Hinweis! Beim Schneiden des Brandschutzkanals entsteht
ein markanter Geruch. Dieser ist unbedenklich. Ablängen ggf.
an einem gut belüfteten Ort durchführen.
– Die FangFix-Betonsteine müssen in Abhängigkeit von der
Höhe (h) im Abstand L positioniert werden.
ACHTUNG
Beschädigungsgefahr! Gefrorenes Wasser in
der Griffmulde kann dazu führen, dass der FangFix-Stein
bricht. FangFix-Stein mit der Griffmulde nach unten auf
der FangFix-Basis platzieren.

Product description
Installation duct with intumescent fire protection mesh to over-
come obstacles up to a width of 450 mm in outdoor areas.
Prevents the spread of fire via the electrical installation, fire
resistance of up to 90 minutes. Can be used as a special solu-
tion in the routing of cables over fire walls according to survey-
or‘s report GA-2021/047b. Suitable for mounting on FangFix
concrete blocks.

General safety information
– There may be sharp-edged areas on the installation duct.
Wear suitable protective gloves to avoid cutting injuries.
– The weight of the FangFix concrete base can lead to contu-
sions. Wear suitable safety shoes, in order to avoid contu-
sions or crushing injuries.
– During cutting work, metal chips or sharp cut edges can
cause injuries to eyes and hands! During cutting work, wear
protective gloves and protective glasses.
General information on mounting
The required duct length (a) is dependent on the height of the
obstacle (h). Up to a height of 71 cm, one piece of installation
duct (2 m) is sufficient. This can be cut to the required length
with an angle grinder. Here, observe the following:
1. When cutting the duct, observe the screw position. There
must be at least 2 cover screws per duct section.
2. Shorten the duct cover in such a way that it is 40 mm short-
er on both sides than the duct. Observe the screw posi-
tions.
Note! A noticeable odour will be discernable when cutting the
fire protection duct. This is not harmful. If necessary, carry out
the cutting operation in a well-ventilated location.
– The FangFix concrete blocks must be positioned at distance
L according to the height (h).
ATTENTION Risk of damage! Frozen water in the grip
recess can lead to the FangFix concrete base breaking.
Place the FangFix concrete base on the FangFix base
with the handle recess pointing downwards.

Descripción del producto
Canal de instalación con tejido intumescente de protección
contra incendios para superar obstáculos hasta una anchura
de 450 mm en el exterior. Impide la propagación del fuego a
través de la conducción de la instalación eléctrica, resistencia
al fuego de hasta 90 minutos. Aplicable como solución espe-
cial en el tendido de cables sobre el muro cortafuegos según
el dictamen pericial GA-2021/047b. Adecuado para el montaje
sobre bloques de hormigón FangFix.

Indicaciones generales de seguridad
– En el canal de instalación puede haber zonas con bordes
afilados. Utilice guantes de seguridad adecuados para im-
pedir cortes.
– El peso del bloque FangFix puede provocar aplastamientos.
Utilice calzado de seguridad adecuados para impedir aplas-
tamientos.
– Durante los trabajos de corte las virutas metálicas o los bordes
afilados pueden provocar lesiones en ojos y manos. Durante
los trabajos de corte, lleve guantes y gafas de protección.
Indicaciones generales sobre el montaje
La longitud de canal necesaria (a) depende de la altura del
obstáculo (h). Hasta una altura de 71 cm es suficiente un canal
de instalación (2 m). Este puede cortarse a la longitud necesa-
ria con una máquina de corte. Tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
1. Durante el corte del canal, tenga en cuenta la posición de
los tornillos. Por cada corte del canal debe haber como
mínimo 2 tornillos de cierre.
2. Corte la tapa del canal de modo que a ambos lados sea 40
mm más corta que el canal. Tenga en cuenta las posicio-
nes de los tornillos.
Nota: Al cortar el canal de protección contra el fuego se
desprende un olor fuerte. Es inocuo. Realice el corte en un
lugar bien ventilado.
– Los bloques de hormigón FangFix deben posicionarse de-
pendiendo de la altura (h) en la distancia L.
ATENCIÓN ¡Peligro, riesgo de dañar componentes! Si
se hiela por acción del agua, la empuñadura empotrada,
puede romperse el bloque FangFix. Coloque el bloque
FangFix con la empuñadura empotrada hacia abajo
sobre la base FangFix.
