3. Assembly steps
Step 1:Electronic watch assembly
1. Slowly pull up the electronic watch in the direction indicated by thearrow.
2. Hold the electronic watch on the column with 77#and 64# flat pads.
3. Then remove the fixed frame and the base of the packaging fixed pieces, take care not to let the frame
when openinjury.
Step 2: install column and left and right cover assembly
1. Stand the column in the direction indicated by the arrow below, and fasten the post on the base with
63# screw, 71# flat pad, 77. 79# anti-loose nut, need to lock.
2. Use 75# screw to fix the left and right cover on both sides of the base, need to lock tightly.
Step 3: assembly of other components
1. The security lock is placed in the yellow position on the electronicwatch;
2. The massage belt is suspended in the slot on both sides of the massage machine head.
3. Finally, after all fittings have been assembled, make sure that all screws have been ti ghtened before
starting use.

A. Enter
Press the“Start" key, the“speed" is counted down from 3
to 1, the buzzer gives a warning sound and the system is
started up.
B. Treadmill regulation
Press“speed+",“speed-" keys to regulate the speed.
C. The treadmill counts the exercise parameter and refresh
the display at its window.
D. Adjust the speed shortcut to regulate the speed directly.
E. Adjust the incline shortcut to regulate the incline level
