INSTRUCTION MANUAL
1. Make sure the safety lock in the SANIFYER / SANIFYER PLUS gun’s handle is locked to avoid the
accidental actioning of the trigger during assembly.
2. Connect the compressed air hose to your air compressor. (This air hose may be not included).
3. Connect the other end of the hose - female quick connect to the air inlet connector of the
SANIFYER / SANIFYER PLUS gun.
4. Fill the bottle with the uid and screw it carefully onto the SANIFYER / SANIFYER PLUS gun so that
the absorption tube and the lter are inside the container and in its bottom.
ASSEMBLY
1. Start the compressor.
2. Hold the SANIFYER/SANIFYER PLUS pistol rmly with one hand on the handle and with the
other hand unlock the safety lock .
3. Pull the trigger to spray the uid by pointing the nozzles towards the surface you want
to disinfect from a distance of approximately 1-2m with the SANIFYER, and 3-4m with the
SANIFYER PLUS.
4. If you need to rell the uid bottle make sure to set the safety lock to avoid accidental trigger.
OPERATION
In case you are not using the disinfecting uid supplied by SANIFYER SOLUTIONS, we recommend
to rinse the gun after each use. When you have nished using the SANIFYER / SANIFYER PLUS
gun, ll the uid bottle with water and operate the SANIFYER/SANIFYER PLUS gun for at least
10 seconds to clean the inside of the gun. Then, empty the excess water from the bottle before
storing the SANIFYER gun.
For disassembly, the air hose must be empty of air pressure. Turn o the compressor and pull
the trigger on the SANIFYER gun until air stops coming out before disconnecting the hose.
CLEANING AND DISMANTLING
• Use non-aggressive liquids (i.e hydroalcohols) with a pH between 5 and 9. Very acidic or alkaline
substances (quaternary ammonium, bleach,…) could damage the aluminium inside of the
SANIFYER/SANIFYER PLUS gun and its nozzles.
• For an optimal result, use a compressor that oers a minimum air ow rate of 100L of air per minute
at 3 Bar for SANIFYER GUN, and 200l per minute at 3 Bar for SANIFYER PLUS.
• If you pulverise on a surface from less than 1 meter or repeatedly treat the same surface, it is
possible that the liquid moisture accumulates on the treated surface and requires manual drying.
• If you need the droplets sprayed by the SANIFYER / SANIFYER PLUS gun to be larger and more
moist, you can lower the compressor pressure below the optimum operating pressure. If, on the
contrary, you prefer the particles to be smaller, you will achieve this by increasing the pressure
of the compressor.
• The surfaces in which the disinfectant is applied must be clean and dry so that the disinfectant
does not lose eectiveness.
