•Security Requirements
These instructions are intended for safe and effective use of your phone. Please follow these
guidelines. Failure to do so might cause the product to malfunction or even a potential hazard
to your health.
Do not use your mobile phone while driving. Park the car before making a call.
Turn off your phone when refueling.
Do not use your phone near a gas station, flammable, or chemical substances.
Warning! It may explode when exposed to fire.
Do not use your phone during a flight, it is dangerous.
Do not use your phone near medical equipment like pacemaker and hearing aids without
requesting permission from the physician or medical staff.
Radio signals may affect the performance of the phone.
Do not touch any exposed part of the antenna during a call; otherwise it will affect the call
reception and will waste battery power.
Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the phone by yourself. Only authorized personnel
should perform this service.
When you connect accessories to your phone, please read the safety guidelines carefully.
Do not use unauthorized products.
Please use only the original accessories or products that are authorized by our company.
Keep the phone out of children's reach.

Inserting SIM card and Battery
WARNING!
Keep SIM Card out of children's reach.
Any abrasions or bend might easily cause damage. Please take extra care.
Make sure the phone is power off when you remove the SIM Card.
Remove the battery cover by inserting the finger nail into the slot and then pull out the battery
cover.
Insert the SIM Card into the SIM card slot with the contacts facing down.

Put the battery into place. Make sure that the charge pins are in contact with the battery
terminals.
Slide the battery cover until it locks.
Taking out the battery
Remove the battery cover. Insert your fingernail at the bottom slot of the battery compartment
and then pull out the battery.
Charging the Battery
Insert the connector of the charger into the SB slot.
(Note: Ensure that the charger connector is plugged in).

Plug the charger into the AC wall outlet.
When the power comes on, “Charging…” will be displayed on the LCD screen, and the
battery indicator will start to scroll. It will only stop after the battery comes to full charge.
If a battery is completely discharged, it may take a few minutes before the charge
indicator appears on the LCD screen.
After charging is completed, disconnect charger from phone and the socket of the
alternating current.
Notice:
When charging, please place the phone in an environment that has a normal room
temperature and good ventilation. It is recommended to charge the phone in an
environment with a temperature that ranges from 5~40. Please ensure to use only
the charger offered by the manufacturer. sing unauthorized charger may cause danger
and violate the authorization of the phone and the guarantee.
When the phone automatically turns off or sends the alarm of power shortage, please
charge the battery in time.
The duration of the standby and talk time of the phone offered by manufacturer is based
on ideal working environment. It may vary according to the network condition, working
environment, and application methods.
Warning!
Do not take the battery out when it is being charged.
To ensure best performance, please use original accessories. sing any unauthorized
accessories may affect your mobile phone’s performance.
Personal data and settings in your phone and SIM card might be lost when you take out the
battery.
Security number
PIN1
PIN1(Personal Identification Number1),usually provided to a SIM Card by the network operator.

If you enter the wrong PIN 1 three times in a row, it will be locked. You need to enter your P K
(Personal nblocking Key) number to unlock. Please contact your network operator for more
information.
PIN2
PIN2 is provided in some SIM. If you enter the wrong PIN three times in a row, it will be locked.
You need to enter your P K2 number to unlock. Please contact your network operator for more
information.
PUK
P K (Personal nblocking Key) is used to unlock the PIN. P K is provided to a SIM card. If you
lose or forget the password, contact your network operator.
Phone code
Protects your phone against unauthorized usage . You can turn on the Phone code for your
personal security use.
•General Features
Turn on the phone
1. Press and hold Power key to turn on the phone. The LCD screen will turn on.
If SIM card is not properly installed, a warning will appear on the screen. Press and hold
Power key to turn off, and re-install the SIM card properly.
2. The phone will automatically search for network after turning on.
Warning!
If the phone has found an authorized network operator, the name of the network and signal
intensity will be displayed.
If not, you can only use the emergency calls and other non-communication services.
To make Domestic calls
In standby, enter a phone number with region code and area code ( Press Right soft key to
delete wrong entry). Then press Answer/Dial key to dial the number. If the call gets connected,
the call status will be displayed.
To reject a call
When you have an incoming call, press Right soft key or End key to reject it.
To answer a call
When a call comes in, phone will ring. It will show the caller's name if your network supports it.
The caller’s name displayed depends on whether you have saved it in your phonebook. Press
Answer/Dial key to answer.

To end a call conversation
When you have finished talking, press End key to end a call. Also, if you want to terminate a call
after you dialed, press End key.
Emergency calls
You do not have to own a SIM card to make emergency calls.
Emergency calls may differ for different network operators. To make your local emergency
calls, please contact your network operator.
To make an international call
To make an international call, press and hold “0” key until a + sign appear. Enter the
country/region code, area code (without the first zero), and the phone number.
To dial from contact list
Find the number you want to dial in your phonebook list, press Answer/Dial key to call the
selected record.
To dial from call list
All the numbers you dialed are saved in the call list. When the memory gets full, the old
numbers are automatically deleted. To view the call list:
1. In standby, press Answer/Dial key. The call records will be displayed.
2. Press Answer/Dial key to dial the latest call, or press Up or Down navigation key to select
the record and then press Answer/Dial key to dial the number.
To Hold/Unhold a call
During the call, press “2” and then Answer/Dial key to hold/ nhold the call.
Call options
While in a call, press Left soft key to enter call options or press Right soft key to hold the call. In

SIM Tool Kit
Short Message (SMS)
SMS is a network service, which enables you to send, receive, and edit all kinds of text
messages.
Inbox
You can check the messages you received in the Inbox menu. A closed and opened envelope
icon indicates the messages you haven’t and have read.
When you receive a new message, your phone will ring.
Press Left soft key to read the message. You can also go to the Inbox menu to read the
messages.
If the inbox is full, a message prompt will display to inform that the memory is full. To continue
receiving messages, please delete some message/s. If a new message is too long for the
capacity, some of the message content may not be displayed and might get lost.
Create message
In the Short message window, select ‘Create message’ menu. The text message box will display
and you can start writing your message.
After the last text input, press Ok and then select;
Only send: Sends out the message.
Only Save: Saves the message into the Draftbox.
Send and Save: Sends out and saves the message.
Press Ok and then input the recipient’s number, or press Search to select the message recipient
from the Phonebook list. Press Back to return to the previous menu or press End key to return
to standby mode.
When viewing a message in the Inbox, press Option and then select;
Delete: to delete the message.
Text reply: to reply a message to the sender.

Forward: to forward the message to others.
Edit: to edit the content of the message.
Dial back: to call the sender of the message.
Extract number: to extract the number and then save it to the Phonebook.
Outbox
The Outbox saves the messages you sent when you select the Send and Save option. When
viewing a message in the Outbox, press Option and then select;
Delete: to delete the message.
Forward: to forward the message to others.
Edit: to edit the content of the message.
Dial back: to call the message recipient.
Extract number: to extract the number and then
save it to the Phonebook.
Draftbox
The Draftbox stores the messages that you save. When viewing a message in the Draftbox,
press Option and then select;
Delete: to delete the message.
Forward: to forward the message to others.
Edit: to edit the content of the message.
oice mail
When you cannot answer a call, your phone will automatically transfer the call to your
voicemail, and allow the caller to leave a message.
Enter the voice mail menu; select "Listen to oice Mail messages” to hear the voice mail
recording or select “ oice mailbox number” to save or edit your voice mailbox number.
This service needs support of network operator. You might have to first apply for this service.
Please contact your local network operator.
Message setup
Includes options for changing the settings of message services such as; Service Center, Protocol
Type, Validity Period, Status Report, Reply Path and Storage status.
Service center:
1. In the Message setup display, select Service center.
2. Here view/change the service center number, then
press Ok to confirm.
Note: The Service Center number is usually assigned by the
SIM card provider.

Message type:
1. In the Message setup, select Message type.
2. Here select the desired message type and then press Ok key to confirm.
alidity period:
1. In the Message setup, select Validity period.
2. Here select the time for which the network should attempt to deliver your message, then
press Ok key to confirm.
Delivery report:
1. In the Message setup, select Delivery report.
2. Set to “On” to request the network to send a delivery report to the sender, otherwise select
“Off” option.
Storage status:
1. In the Message set up, select Storage status.
2. Press Ok to display the total and used memory.
Broadcast message
Request the network to send text messages on the selected topics. The availability of this
service depends on the network operator. There are two options in the SMS broadcasting
menu:
Channel: to select the topic you want to receive.
Service status: select the setting to On/Off mode. (Set to
”On” to receive broadcast message from the network operator, otherwise set to "Off").
Delete all
1. In the Messages display, select Delete all.
2. Select; Delete all messages, Delete inbox messages, Delete outbox messages, or Delete
draftbox messages.
3. Press Ok.
Phonebook
Store your contact list in the phonebook menu.
Search
Select "Search" when you enter the phonebook menu. Press up or down Navigation keys to
scroll through the contact list. Or press the first letter of a name, and the search will jump to
the first entry beginning with that letter.
Add contact
Select “Add contact” in the menu to add a new contact in the phonebook.

1. Input the name and then press Ok.
2. Input the number and then press Accept.
3. The contact will automatically be saved in the phonebook.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 2 to add more contacts.
SIM phonebook
To view the SIM phonebook list.
1. In the Phonebook display, select SIM phonebook.
2. Press Up or Down navigation key to scroll through the list.
Storage status
The Storage status displays the memory condition of the Phonebook.
1. In the Phonebook display, select Storage status to view the memory status.
Delete all entries
Select “Delete all entries” to erase all of the records in the Phonebook memory.
In the prompt, press Ok to confirm the operation or press Back to cancel and return to the
previous menu.
Call Records
Records Incoming calls, Outgoing calls, Missed calls, and Call duration.
Incoming calls
Shows the answered incoming call records.
1. In the Call Records display, select Incoming Calls.
2. The incoming call list will be displayed. Select the record you wish to view.
3. Press Option and then select;
Dial to, Send message to, Delete, Save number, Delete All, or Show number.
4. Press Ok to select the desired function.
Outgoing calls
Shows the list of phone numbers that you have most recently dialed or attempted to call.
1. In the Call Records display, select Outgoing calls.
2. Select the record.

3. Press Option and then select;
Dial to, Send message to, Delete, Save number, Delete All, or Show number.
4. Press Ok to select the desired function.
Missed calls
Shows the latest records of unanswered incoming calls, if available from the network.
1. In the Call Records display, select Missed calls.
2. Select the record.
3. Press Option and then select;
Dial to, Send message to, Delete, Save number, Delete All, or Show number.
4. Press Ok to select the desired function.
Call Duration
Shows the total duration of Outgoing, Incoming, and the most recent call.
1. In the Call Records display, select Call Duration.
2. The LCD screen will display the call duration time for
Outgoing calls, Incoming calls, and the Last call.
3. Press Reset to reset the time duration back to zero.
Settings
In Settings, you can setup the phone to your preference.
Phone settings
Display settings
Sets the behavior of the LCD screen display.
•LCD contrast: adjust the LCD screen contrast.
•Back light: set to Always on, Always off, 15 seconds, or 30 seconds.
•Language: select English or Hindi.
•Date Time display: Enable or Disable.
Security settings
Sets the security information to protect the phone and SIM card against unauthorized use. PIN
can be used to protect your SIM against unauthorized use.
•Power on PIN1: select ON, OFF, or Change PIN1.
•Change PIN2
•Phone Code: select ON, OFF, or Change Phone Code.

Clock settings
Sets the date and time.
•Time & date settings: sets the clock and date on your phone.
•Date display format: sets the format of the date.
•Time display format: sets format of the time .
Own number
•Stores your own SIM card number.
Keypad Locking settings
•Select Disable, 30 seconds, or 60 seconds.
Factory Default
Enter the code and the phone will return to the factory preset condition.
Network settings
Call waiting
Activates or deactivates the Call waiting function. While in a call and with Call waiting activated,
and another call comes in, short tones will be heard and the second caller's number will be
displayed.
•Set to Activate, Deactivate, or to Check the status.
Call forwarding
You can transfer the incoming calls to your voice mail or another number. When turned on, you
will be asked to enter the phone number you want to transfer your call to.
•nconditional: transfer all calls to the designated number.
When Busy: when the phone is busy, the calls will be transferred to the designated number.
No Answer: when the call is not being answered, the calls will be transferred to the
designated number.
nreachable: when the phone is not reachable, the calls will be transferred to the designated
number.
Call barring
Restrict outgoing and incoming calls; a password from your service operator is required.
The following calls can be restricted:
•All outgoing calls
•All Int’l calls
•Int’l calls except to home country
•All incoming calls
•Incoming roaming calls
Network Select mode
•Automatic selection.
•Manual selection.

Left key
•Assign the key function as: Inbox, Phonebook, Call records, or Alarm.
Right key

Down key
•Assign the key function as: Inbox, Phonebook, Call records, or Alarm.
Profiles
Lets you choose how your phone behaves in different environment by selecting and
customizing a combination of phone settings. Select Standard, Indoor, Outdoor, or Silent.
Personal Setting options:
Ringing tone
Selects Ring Tone. Press p or Down navigation keys to select the desired Ring tone. Press Ok
key to save the setting.
SMS alert tone
Select SMS Alert Tone. Press Up or Down navigation keys to select the desired SMS tone. Press
Ok key to save the setting.
Call alert
Select Call Alert. Press Up or Down navigation keys to select the desired Alert tone. Press Ok
key to save the setting.
Ringing volume
Select Ringing volume. Press Right or Left arrow keys to increase/decrease the ringing volume.
Press Back key to save the setting.
Key volume
Select Key volume. Press Right or Left arrow keys to increase/decrease the ringing volume.
Press Back key to save the setting.

Alarm tone
Select Alarm Tone. Press Up or Down navigation keys to select the desired alarm tone. Press Ok
key to save the setting.
Alarm
You can set three alarm times in your phone.
Setting the Alarm clock:
1. Select Alarm menu.
2. Select Alarm 1, 2, or 3.
3. Select On.
4. Input the time and then press Ok.
5. Select AM or PM(if the time format is 12 hours) and then press Ok.
6. Select One shot alarm or Weekly alarm time setting.
7. Press Ok.
In the Weekly alarm setting,
1. se Up or Down navigation keys to highlight the day and then press # key to mark or unmark
the day.
2. Press Ok to save the setting.

Maintenance
Battery instructions
When the phone automatically turns off or indicates the battery low information, please charge
the battery in time.
1.For the first few times, please charge the full battery.
2.When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the charger from the phone. Overcharging will
shorten the life of the battery.
