1. Locate long and short cleats.
Position cleat on top of gable framing
tight against rafter. Clamp and screw
to gable frame with 3 - 1 1/4” screws
in short cleat and 3 - 1 1/4” and a
longer 2 1/2” screw in extendor
framing.

2. Lift up one of the Ridge Cap Sleeves
and position over ridge board. Leave 1”
gap from gable wall. Screw from underside
of sleeve using 3 - 1 1/4” screws.
3. Push second sleeve tight together
with attached sleeve and attach as
per Step 2.

4. Locate long ceiling plywood (43”
wide) and position up against rafter
and ceiling gable cleat. Position
squarly and attach with 1 1/4” screws.
5. Lift long center plywood up and position on
rafters.

6. When center ceiling plywood is
positioned correctly on rafters, attach
with 12 - 1 1/4” screws. Make sure to
screw into mid rafter as well as
perimeter rafters.

(43” wide) and position and attach like

plywood (45” wide) and secure as per
Step 5. Use only 8 screws to secure.

10. Attach final ceiling plywood panel
to rafters as per previous steps.
11. Locate long ceiling trim and posi-
tion over ceiling seam evenly to cover
gap. Attach with 6 finishing nails per
piece.

13. Locate both rafter gussets. On a
ladder, position 1st gusset evenly against
ceiling trim as shown above. Drill pilot holes
with appropriate angles first. Secure with
2 - 4” Torq screws per side. Complete both
gussets. Torx Drive Bit required!

B. Wall Section
15. Position cleat against rear wall in corner
approximately halfway up wall. Attach with 2 - 2
1/2” screws. Cleat provides an edge to screw inte-
rior wall to in Step 16. Complete opposite corner.

14. Interior Soffits sit tight up against polygal roof
and support cleats. Soffits may need to cut short to
fit correctly. Attach each with 4 - 1 1/2” nails. Nail
into edge of short ceiling plywood. Complete all six.

16. Locate solid left wall panel (42 3/4” wide).
The left panel will have wall siding recessed on
the left side as illustrated above. Position on wall
studs and secure with 6 - 1 1/4” screws.

18. Locate solid center wall panel (45 1/4”
wide). Center panel wall siding is flush with
plywood backing. Position between previously
installed panels on wall studs and secure with
6 - 1 1/4” screws.

wall panels (42 3/4” wide). The panels will be
recessed on the outside edge as per Steps
16-17. Position on wall studs and secure as

20. Locate double window center wall
panel (45 1/4” wide). Panel wall siding will

All single window wall panels (4) are built exactly
the same and are interchangeable. Position in rear
corner. Slide edge tight in corner against side wall
plywood backing. Adjust panel so window openings

22. Locate a second single window wall panel
(45” wide). Position in opposite rear corner. Slide
edge tight in corner against side wall plywood
backing. Adjust panel so window openings match.
Secure with 6 - 1 1/4” screws.

wall framing, secure with 6 - 1 1/4” screws.

25. Locate the third single window wall panel
(45” wide). Position in front left corner as per
Step 21. Slide edge tight in corner against
side wall plywood backing. Adjust panel so
window openings match. Secure with 6 - 1
1/4” screws.
24. Locate solid center wall panel (45 1/4”
wide). Center panel wall siding is flush with
plywood backing on edges. Position between
previously installed panels on wall studs and
secure with 6 - 1 1/4” screws.

26. Locate the final single window wall panel
(45” wide). Position in right front corner. Slide
edge tight in corner against side wall plywood
backing. Adjust panel so window openings
match. Secure with 6 - 1 1/4” screws.

28. Lift up front center gable panel
and slide notch up against roof ridge
board.
29. Once gable panel is aligned correctly, attach in 4
locations as illustrated above with 1 1/4: screws.
Locate front gable left panel side and position if front
corner against gable framing.

30. When positioned correctly, gable siding will
overhang window wall siding with plywood back-
ing pushed tight together. Attach with 4 - 1 1/4”
screws.

33. To accomodate interior door plywood,
the existing top plate on bottom door must be
removed first. Using a hammer, carefully pry
off the top plate and remove any hardware

35. Position top door plywood over
door framing. Confirm it is evenly

wood on door. Position tight under new
top cap and attach with 12 - 1 1/2” nails.
