not under the inuence of any drugs or alcohol, who has been trained in the correct operation of this
machine, and is wearing authorized, proper safety clothing. Any modication to the machine voids any
warranty, and may cause harm to individuals using the machine or in the vicinity of the machine while
in operation.

machinemustbeperformedbytheoperatorwhenthemicroswitchistripped,shuttingoffthemachine.

THE CUTTING MACHINE IS MANUFACTURED INTO 110V/1/60HZ SETTINGS.
WARNING: OPEN THE COVER, ROTATE THE SIDE HANDLE AND REMOVE THE
CUTTING DISC (IF ANY) WITH THE MACHINE STOPPED, (OR WITH THE WHITE
PLASTIC EJECTOR ONLY), THROUGH THE UPPER (ROUND) OPENING. BY PRESSING
THE START GREEN BUTTON FOLLOWED BY THE RED STOP BUTTON, CHECK TO
MAKE SURE THE CENTRAL PIN DIRECTION OF ROTATION IS COUNTERCLOCKWISE.
IF THE DIRECTION OR ROTATION IS NOT CORRECT, REVERSE THE SUPPLY WIRES.

SETTING THE DISCS ON THE MACHINE
Rotatetheknobasshownbelowandopenthecover.Firstsettheplasticejectingdisc(Pic.5),thenthe
discselectedforthecutting.Closethecoverandreversetherotationofthehandle.Usethestartbuttonto
automaticallyhookthediscsinthecorrectposition.
SETTING AND CUTTING THE FOOD
Liftthehandleandsetthefoodinsidetheproductopening,thenclosethehandle.Pressthegreenstartbutton
withyourrighthandandwithyourlefthand,lightlypushthehandledownwardsuntilfoodisfullyused.Lift
thehandletoputinmorefood.Themachinestartsautomaticallywhenthehandleisclosed.Repeatthese
operationsuntilallfoodisused.Itispossibletousethetwoopeningswithasingledisc.Whentwodiscsare
usedforcuttingsticksandmatch-lifefood,theinletopeningsetoverthegridmustbeused.Thesmallerround
openingisusedtocutvegetableslikecarrots,vegetablemarrows,etc.
WARNING: NEVER USE THE HAND TO PRESS DOWN THE PRODUCT, BUT USE THE
PESTLE SUPPLIED.

REPLACEMENT OF THE DISCS
Turnoffandunplugthemachine.TurntheknobandliftthecovershowninPic.4.Turnthedisc
counterclockwiseandcoverthecuttingedgewithappropriatematerial(rubber,fabric,etc.).Thenliftitby
settingyourhandunderthedisc.Liftthediscstoremoveit(Pic.7and8).

Beforecarryingoutanycleaningormaintenanceoperations,turnthemachineoffandunplugitfromthe
socket.Cleantheunitanddiscseveryday.Thediscs,gridandplasticejectorcanberemovedforwashing
underawarmwaterjet.Cleanthemachineandallotherareaswithawetclotheorspongeandwarmwater.
Removeallwastesfromthemachineduringcleaning.Openthecoverandloosenthetwopins,asshown
before,toremovethecoverandwashitunderawaterjet.

Cleanthesurfaceswithwater,alcoholordetergentsthatarenotabrasive.Neverusedamagingtoolstoassist
inthecleaningofthemachine(suchassteelwool).Thismaycausedamagetothemachine.Useofnon-toxic
productswhichwillproducethebestresults.
PERIODS OF INACTIVITY
Shouldthemachinebeidleforalongperiodoftime,disconnectthemainwallswitchandcleanthemachine
anditsaccessoriesthoroughly.Usefoodgrademineraloil(27336)toprotectallthemachine’scomponents.
Thishelpspreventmoistureanddirtfromgettinginsidethemachine.Itisadvisedtocoverthemachinewitha
nylon(orsimilar)cloth.
Whenthepilotlightison,butthemachinedoesnotstart,checktomakesurethatthehandleandcoverare
closed.Thesearethelocationsofthemicroswitchesandthemachinewillnotstartiftheyarenotcorrectly
xed.Intheeventofotherproblems,turnthemachineoffandunplugit.Donottrytostartortamperwiththe
