are not responsible for any harm or injury caused due to any person’s improper or negligent use of

this equipment. The product shall only be operated by someone over the age of 18, of sound mind, and

not under the inuence of any drugs or alcohol, who has been trained in the correct operation of this

machine, and is wearing authorized, proper safety clothing. Any modication to the machine voids any

warranty, and may cause harm to individuals using the machine or in the vicinity of the machine while

in operation.

CHECK PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL

Upon receipt of an Omcan shipment please inspect for external damage. If no damage is evident on the

external packaging, open carton to ensure all ordered items are within the box, and there is no concealed

damaged to the machine. If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed),

please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may

initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be

lled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents. Omcan has no recourse

for damaged products that were shipped collect or third party.

• Plug unit into correct electrical socket.

• Use with WET HEAT ONLY. Add 0.6L/2.5 cups of water between the stainless steel liner and internal

aluminum container. Never overll with water and under no circumstances should the stainless steel liner

oat up, even when empty. Remove any excess water immediately.

• The temperature control should be set between 1 and 8 and always operate the kettle at the lowest setting

to maintain correct serving temperature. Hold at high temperature when setting between 8 and 12.

• A neon light will glow when the unit is turned on. Turn the dial to 0 to switch off. Unplug from the wall socket

for storage.

• Always keep the removable hinged lid attached and in the closed position when not serving.

• Never move or carry the kettle when unit is switched on, or containing hot food.

• Spilled food should be removed immediately from all exterior surfaces. The stainless steel bain marie and

lid are machine washable. The painted exterior and top collar should be wiped over with a damp soapy

cloth.

• Ensure unit is unplugged when not in use, when lling and when being cleaned.

• The kettle must not be cleaned with a high pressure jet.

• Unit should never run dry.

IMPORTANT: Maintain water level between minimum and maximum level indicator.

IMPORTANT - NEVER IMMERSE KETTLE IN WATER AS DAMAGE TO THE UNIT WILL

RESULT AND THE WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED.

WARNING - THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE CONNECTED TO A GROUNDED OUTLET.

DO NOT OPERATE KETTLE EMPTY.

EXPLOITATION ET DE MAINTENANCE

• De branchez le module de che dans la prise électrique.

• Utiliser la chaleur humide et ajoute que non plus de 0.6L/2.5 tasses d’eau entre le revêtement en acier

inoxydable et le récipient interne en aluminium. Ne jamais trop remplir avec de l’eau et sous aucun

circonstances devrait le gaine en acier inoxydable otter, même lorsqu’il est vide. Retirer l’excès d’eau

immédiatement.

• Le contrôle de la température doit être réglée entre 1 et 8 et toujours fonctionner la bouilloire à la

température minimum pour maintenir la température correcte de service. Tenir à haute température lors de

la mise entre 8 et12.

• Un néon s’allume lorsque l’appareil est allumé. Tournez la molette à 0 pour fermer. Débranchez de la prise

murale pour le stockage.

• Garde toujours le couverture à charnière xé et en position fermée lorsqu’il n’est pas de service.

• Ne déplace jamais ou transporter L’unité de bouilloire est sous tension s’il contient de la nourriture chaude.

• Les alimentaire qui sont renversées doit être immédiatement retiré de toutes les surfaces extérieures. Le

bain marie en acier inoxydable et le couverture sont lavables en machine, le collier extérieur et la peinture

supérieure doit être essuyé avec un chiffon barrage savonneuse.

• Assure que l’appareil est débranché quand ont ne l’utilise pas, lors du remplissage et surtout lorsqu’on

nettoie.

• La bouilloire doit être nettoyé avec un jet à haute pression.

IMPORTANCE - NE JAMAIS PLONGER LA BOUILLOIRE DANS L’EAU, COMME

DES DOMMAGES À L’UNITE DU PRODUIT ENTRAÎNERA ET LA GARANTIE SERA

ANNULÉE.
