1)Donot leave the massage chairunattendedwhen itis plugged in. Unplugfrom the electrical outlet when notin use, and before putting onor
taking off parts.
2) Children,invalids or disabledpersonsshould be closelysupervised if they useor will be near the massage chair.
3)The massage chair is only foruse consistent with thismanual and should notbe used forany otherpurpose. Donotuse attachments not
recommended bythe manufacturer.
4) Keep the electricalcordawayfrom any heatedsurfaces.

Grounding Instructions
This productmust be grounded. Inthe case of breakdown or malfunction,groundingprovides a path of leastresistance forthe electriccurrent to
reduce the risk of electricshock.Thisproduct is equippedwith a cordhaving an equipment-groundingconductor anda groundingplug. The plug
must be plugged into an appropriateoutlet that is properlyinstalled and grounded in accordance with all localcodes and ordinances.
We recommend that youusea surge protector with this product.
Danger
Improper connection ofthe equipment-groundingconductor can result inthe risk of electricshock. Check with a qualifiedelectrician or serviceman
ifyou have any doubt asto whether the product is properlygrounded. Donot modify the plugprovidedwith the product. Ifthe plug will not fit the
outlet, have a proper outlet installed bya qualifiedelectrician.Thisproduct hasa groundingplug.Makesure that the product is connected toan

1.Usage Environment
• Donotuse your massage chair inan excessivelyhumid or dustyenvironment, asitmay causeelectricalshock or malfunction.
• Donotput your massage chair ina roomwith a temperaturehigherthan104F(40C).
• Donot place yourmassagechairnext toany heat sources such as heaters,stoves or directsunlight.
• Donot place your massage chair ona non-leveledsurface.

CAUTION
You should use your massage chair ina cool room, where the temperature will not fluctuate abruptly. Itis recommended that ifyou change the
temperature inthe room with your massage chair, that youdoso gradually. If your massage chair is stored ina cold room and moved toa warm
room, that you should wait one hour before operating. Malfunctions can occur when a cold massage chair is suddenly used ina warm room.
2.Unsuitable Users
Ifyou have oneofthe following conditions, pleaseconsultyour doctor before using the massage chair:

3. Operating Safety Precautions
• To ensure the safe and proper useof thismassagechair, donot operatewithout first carefullyreadingthisuser'smanual.
• Donotusethe massage chairwithothertherapeuticequipment,electricblanket,etc, asitmay resultinefficacy or injury.
• Donot allowchildren or pets to play onor around the massage chair(i.e.behind the backrest,under the seat, or footrest)
as they canbe injured bythe movingpartsduring the operation ofthe massagechair.
• Donot placeheavyobjects onthe armrest,footrest or backrest as they can fall and injure someone or hinder the massage
chair operation.

Do notusethe massage chair ifyouarewetorare wearing wet clothes.
Do not operate the massagechairwith wet hands.
Do not massage one part of yourbodyexcessively orfor continuouslongperiods of time asitmay cause pain, discomfort or injury.
Do not insertyourhand, foot or otherbodypartsalong the paths ofthe massage rollersduring the operation ofthe massage chair asitmay cause
injury to the user.

Always sitinan uprightpositionduring the operation ofthe massage chair.
You may place a blanket,towel or back pad over the backrest ifyou prefer a softermassage.
Do notusethe massage chair asa bed.
Do not apply the massage rollersdirectly onthe head,joints of elbows,abdomen or other non appropriateareas.
The recommendedusage time is15 minutes per day. Wedonot recommendcontinuouslymassaging the samespot for more than 5 minutes.
Consult yourhealthcareprovideraboutwhat the propertimes arefor you.
4. DiscontinueOperation Immediately inthe Following Situations:
Ifoneofthe followingsituationsoccurs,immediatelyswitch OFFthe power and disconnect theAC powercordfrom the Electrical Outlet. Please
contact our servicedepartment ifyouare unsurewhether you shouldcontinue tousethe massagechair in thesesituations.
• Ifthe massagechairbecomes or getswet,stop the operationimmediately to avoidpotentialelectricalshock.
• Ifyou feelabnormal or severepainduring the massage,stop the operationimmediately and consultyourdoctor.
• Ifyou find any malfunction orany otherabnormalconditionduringoperation.
• If there isa powerfailure ora powersurge,stopoperation and disconnect AC powercordfrom the ElectricalOutlet until power is restored.
• If there is severeweather conditions such as lightning storms.
NOTE:Lift the backrest pad regularly to check for tears inthe upholstery ofthe centralclothportion ofthe backrest
Do not disassemble the backcoverfrom the massage chair,touching the insidemechanisms may result in electricalshock.
Never service the massage chair by yourself;this may voidyourwarranty. Please contact our servicedepartment.

5.Important informationabout the PowerPlug and Cord
Check that the voltage ofthe massagechaircorresponds with the specificationsindicated forthe Chair (only for alternative current).
• Donot roughly disconnect theAC Plug from the Electrical Outlet.
• Donot connect or disconnect theAC Plugfrom the ElectricalOutletwith wet hands asitmay result in electricalshock.
• Whendisconnecting theAC Plug,pull itoutby holding the plug and never bythe cord.
• The Auto-Timer function stops the massagechair automatically; however, you shouldswitch offthe mainpower after operation.
• Donot place theAC cordunder the massagechair asitmay damage the cord and result in electricalshock or fire.
• Donotusethe massagechair ifthe powercord or plug is damaged. Please call our servicedepartment.
• Donotusethe massage chair ifthe ElectricalOutlet is loose orthe plugdoes notfit snugly into the ElectricalOutlet.
6. Caution with the RemoteController
• Donot sit,step or place heavyobjects onthe RemoteController.
• Donot drop the RemoteController. Itis recommended that you place the RemoteControllerback inits supportwhen notin use.
• Donot exertexcessiveforce onthe RemoteController.
• Donot operate the RemoteController with wet hands.
• Donot operate the RemoteControllerusingsharp or hardobjects as this may damage the RemoteController.

Installation ofthe Remote Control Cradle
• The remotecontrolcradle is installed onthe left side ofthe massagechairbase.
• Snap thecaptotheendofthe supportbracket and secure the remotecontrolsupportbracketwith the3 screwsprovided.
• Secure the remotecontrolcradle tothetopofthe remotecontrolsupportbracketwith the screwsprovided.
• Installation of RemoteCradle: Insert the remotecontrolfrom thetop until it sitsfirmly inthe holder.
• Removal of RemoteControl:Hold thetopofthe remotecontrol and slide itupand out ofthe holder.
• AdjustableRemoteCradle:Pivotremotecradle tothe angle you desire or swivel ittothe left or right inthe desiredposition.

Arm Cuff Installation(Montage Premier Only)
1.Insert theair tubes ofthearm cuffthrough the hole ofthe middle ofthe armrest for bothsides.
2.Open the armrest and secure thearm cuff with the four (4) screwsprovided.
3.Connect theair hoses totheair couplinglocatedinside the armrest.
4.Close thetopofthe armrest and lift the armrest and secure the armresttogether with the two(2)
screws behind the armrestguide.

Make sure to install theArm Unitsecurely.
Otherwise, it wouldcause air leakage orin-
jury ifthe unit fallsaccidently.

1.The seat cushion needs tobe connected tothe massage chair for both theairand vibration massages.
2. Connect theair coupling totheair hose with the samecolor or number(Connect 3 to3 or yellow to yellow).
3. Connect the electricalcouplings with its correspondingcolor or number. To separate,press the hookstogether and pull the plugout.
4. Attach the seatcushion by lining upthe Velcrostrips.

Backrest Pad Installation
The backrest padis attached tothe backrest with the zipper(View A).
A. Connect the back heating connectorsPlug 1to Plug 2.
B. One connector is located onthe inside ofthe backrest padandthe other is locatedtowards thetopofthe backrest.
Head Pillow Installation
1. Attach the headrest tothe backrest padby attaching ittothe velcrostrips.(View B)
2. Attach the headpillow tothe headrest by attaching ittothe velcrostrips.
3. Youcan adjust the height ofthe headpillow by attaching it higher or lower tothe velcrostrips onthe headrest.

Adjusting the Intensity ofthe BackMassage
• Youcan adjust the intensity ofthe back massage by adding or removingpads. Ifthe massage istoo strong youcanadd additionalpads, a towel or
blanket. One sponge padis provided foryouto place it into the backrest padto helpabsorbsome ofthe rollerstimulation. Ifthe massage isnot
strongenough,thenremove the pad. Youcan flip the backrest pad behind the massagechair(View C)foran intensemassage.
• Pleasekeep in mind, you should use your massage chair on a daily basis.However,pleasegauge your sensitivity to massages prior to using your
massage chair without the backrestpad.

(Note the ReclineDown button alsoinclines the footrestsimultaneously.)

The length ofthe footrest canbe adjusted forthe comfort of eachuser by lifting the footrestadjustmentlever.
•To Extend the Footrest:Lift the lever and push the footrest out withyourfeet. Once itisatthe correctlength,lock the lever in position.
• To Shorten the Footrest:Lift the lever and allow the footrest to slide back tothe length you desire,thenlock the lever.

The angle ofthe front footrest canbe adjusted for yourcomfort by rotating the footrestadjustmentknob as shownbelow.
• To change the Angle: Rotate the footrestadjustmentknob counterclockwise and adjust the anglewithyourfeet and then release the footrest
adjustment knob to lock the angle in place.
• Reset Upright: Rotate the footrest adjustmentknobcounterclockwise andthe front footrest will reset upright.

Moving the MassageChair
Please followtheseguidelineswhenmovingyourmassagechair:
• Adjust the backrest toits fully upright position.
• Carry: Ifyou carry the massage chair, a minimum oftwo people are required to lift the chair.
• Move: Youcan alsomove the massage chairusing the wheels. Usea minimum two people to move the chair. One personneeds to lift the footrest
up while the otherpersonpulls the backrestback until the weight ofthe massage chair isonthe wheels. Push the chair to where you want to move it.

> Donot move the chair when someone is sitting onit.

Turning On YourMassageChair
1. Connect theAC Plug tothe Electrical Outlet.
2. Turn onthe MainPowerSwitchlocatedunderneath and behind the backrest.
3. Press the (««) button, to activate the massagechair.When you activate the massage chair, it will first scan the curvature ofthe upperbody and
detectsyour the exactacupoints to give youa trulycustomizedmassage.

• Make sure that the AC cord in not under the chair base.
• Always make sure that the main power switch isOff before
connecting the AC plug tothe Electrical Outlet.
Turning On YourMassageChair
• Press the Reset M<) button to reset the backrest and footrest to their initial starting position.
• Press the (M/K) button to OFF, turn offthe Main Power Switch and unplug theAC plugfrom the ElectricalOutlet.

Massage Programs
Your MontageElite/Premiercomes with three (3) types of massageprograms for yourenjoyment:
1) Automatic Massage Programs: Five (5) Pre-programmedwholebodymassages.
2) Synchronized Massage with Music: Massage functionwillsynchronize with the rhythm ofthe musicbeingplayed.
3) Manual Massage Programs: Mixand matchfrom a choice of massagefunctions in eachpart ofthe massagechair.
1. Using the AutomaticMassagePrograms
You can choosefrom five (5) pre-programmedwholebodymassages.Eachprogram is specially designed to provide specificwellnessgoals with a
singletouch ofthe RemoteControl.

2. Using the SynchronizedMassage with Music
You can synchronize the massage function with the rhythm ofthe music youare playing inthe Mp3 player.

1.Download your favorite music onto yourmusicUniversalSerial Bus (USB)music stick. You need to downloadmusic inthe MP3 format only. Insert
your USB musicstick into theUSB data port locatedunderneath and behind the backrest.
2. Connect the headphones tothe audio output. Press the «»)> button to start the synchronizedmassage with music.
3. Press the Volume(+lf^)buttons to adjust the volumehigher or lower (4 levels).
