Note:

4, Please use sandpaper or knife to fix if both end of rod
doesn't smooth;
5, Before you connect power, please make confirm all
wires connected well;
6, Please don't try to change the firmware alone;

Step 1：Check all Arylic Parts and take out the paper.

Step 2：Framework Assembly
Parts：A*1，B*1，C*1，M3*18 screw*8，M3 nut*8.
Ps: A is Left and B is Right.

Step 3：Framework Fixed and Z-axis motor support Assemble
Parts：H1*1, H2*1, D*1, I1*1, I2*1, J1*1, J2*1, J3*1, J4*1, M3*18 svcrew*20, M3
nuts*10.

Step 4：Y axis Screw Arbors Assemble
Parts：E*1, M8*400MM screw arbors*2, M8 nuts*12, M8 cushion ring*12.

Step 5：Y axis Front Base Frame Assemble
Parts：F*1, U*4, M3*18 screw*4, M3 nuts*4.

Step 6：Y axis Rod Assemble
Parts：K*2, M8*380MM sliding rod*2, Bearing*3, M3*18 screws*2, M3 nuts*2.

Step 7：Y axis Belt and Z axis's Limited switch Fixed Assemble
Parts：L*1, M*1, R*2, P*2, M3*18 screws*5, M3*30 screws*2, M3 nuts*7.

Step 9：Hot Bed Assemble
Parts：Hot Bed*1，Aluminium plate*1, M3*30 screws*4, M3 nuts*4,
Compression springs*4, Thumb nuts*4.

Step 10：Z axis Rod Assemble
Parts：M8*363mm sliding rod*2, M8*325mm screw arbors*2, M8*435mm sliding
rod*2, Print Parts*2, Bearing*3.

Parts：U-Metal plate*1, S*4，Extruder Motor*1 set, 40*40*10 Fan*1, M3*18
screws*8, M4*8 screws*12, M3*20 Inner hexagon screws*3. 2 extra screw for

Step 12: X axis Motor and Belt Assemble
Parts：X axis Motor*1, Belt*90cm, M3*20Inner hexagon screws*3, M3*18 screws*2,
M3 nuts*2.

Step 13：Limited Switch Assemble
Parts：X axis Limited Switch *1, Y axis Limited Switch *1, Z axis Limited
Switch *1.

Step 14：LCD Screen Assemble
Parts：LCD Screw*1, Screen Cover*1, M3*18 screws*4, M3 nuts*4,
Plastic Pillars*4.
