Measure your stoma and cut the baseplate
to the appropriate size/shape. Remove the
protective backing from the baseplate,
exposing the adhesive part.
Use your thumbs to lift the purple ring
up away from baseplate, “pop it up”.
Centre the baseplate opening over the
stoma and press into place. To secure
well, press the baseplate outwards
from the stoma to the outer edge.
Connect the pouch to the baseplate,
squeezing the rings together. You will hear
an audible “click” as they connect. Walk your
ngers around the ring to make sure your
pouch is securely attached to the baseplate.

Push the ring back down so it sits
at against the baseplate again.
For a more discreet look the outlet can
be tucked up under the pouch fabric
and held in place by Velcro dot.

Peel back Velcro
and unfold outlet.
Lift easy grip tab and
gently squeeze the
sides to help empty
and clean the outlet.
Fold up outlet towards
you 3 times and seal
Velcro. For a more discreet
look follow step 6.

To separate the pouch from the baseplate, support
baseplate to the skin with one hand, locate plastic tab
at top of the pouch with the other hand. Gently “peel”
the pouch away from the baseplate in a downward
motion, it will not just pull off.
