6. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.Do not reach
over or across this chair. Do not stand on this chair.
7. Maintain chair with care. Inspect chair periodically and, if damaged, have it
repairedby anauthorizedtechnician.
8. Checkfordamagedparts. Beforeusingthechair,anypartthatappearsdamaged
shouldbecarefully checkedtodeterminethatitwilloperateproperly andperform
its intended function. Check for alignment and binding of moving parts; any
brokenpartsor mountingfixtures;andanyotherconditionthatmayaffectproper
operation.Anypartthatis damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by
aqualified technician.

10. When folding or unfolding the chair: takecare thatyourfingersor otherparts
of your body or clothing do not become entangled in the chair.

12. Don’t allow children to play on or around this chair. Exercise control over

13. Maintenance. When not in use, store the chair in a dry place, out of direct
sunlight.Occasionallycleanthe fabric with a vacuumorbrush.Ifnecessary, the
fabric cover can be washed. Allow to air dry to prevent shrinkage. If the paint is
scratched; sand to remove any accumulated rust and smooth the surface and
thenapplya rust-inhibiting paint.
