I. Brief Brief Introduction Introduction
Thanks for using LED examination light. Because of the international advanced LED cold
illuminant, novel design and advanced structure. JM026-001 LED examination light are
widely used for various kinds of operation. To ensure correct and safe use of our products,
please read this manual carefully before installation and operation.
This manual introduces the using ways of product and the technical specification.
Operating requirement:
Equipment Safety Type: Category I. Type B
Working system: continuous working
Circumstance requirement:
Ambient relative temperature: 10℃ ~ 30℃
Ambient relative humidity: 10% ~ 80%
Normal working conditions:
Mains voltage: ~220V ± 10% Frequency: 60HZ ± 1%
Voltage of Bulb: DC 24V

II. Structure Structure and and W Working orking T Theory heory
The operation lamp is divided into three parts: Base; Balancer; Lamp head.
The balancer works by means of the elastics force that arises from the compression on the
spring.
The elastic force then becomes the balancing force to balance the lamp head at different
positions, thus the lamp head can be moved up and down with great flexibility. At the distance
of 2.2 m to 2.3m between the lamp head and the ground, the operation lamp are used for
various kinds of surgical operations as thoracic surgery, abdomen surgery and cerebral surgery
department, etc. And at the distance of 1.1m, used for gynecology department, etc. needs
assistant illumination.
The light source adopts high luminous efficiency, good color rendering, long service life and
low thermal LED light emitting diode.And the lamp head of JM026-001 series consist of
more light lamp, and each light source adopts multiple LED light emitting diode to produce
cold light beam which reflect to surgical wound from every Angle to make the operative site
to the effect of illumination

excellent, more reasonable.
Advanced lighting system of integral reflection makes the luminance of the lamp reach 35,000LUX.
Illumination can be adjusted steplessly and be memorized. The focal depth can be adjusted at will.

Please install and modulate the lamp according to Diagram.
Check items and Check ways:
1. Turn on the switch to check if the lamp is on normal condition or not.
2. Turn the light-adjusting knob on the lamp head to check if the brightness is normal.

4. Turn the focus knob on the lamp head to check if the focus is on normal condition or not.

1. Preparation and Check
Turn on the power to check whether the light source works well.
2. Procedure
Connect the electric wire plug with the electric wire socket and turn on ‘Power’
switch on the base of the operation lamp.
Adjust the positions of the base, balancing arm and lamp head to ideal using
positions.
Focus the light source to the operation field by rotating the focus knob
Turn the light-adjusting knob on the operation lamp head to desired illumination.
Switch off the power on the base of the lamp after operation.

Notes
The power should be switched off after operation, otherwise, the transformer will burnt
out due to the condition of power on for a long time.
JM026-001 integral reflection operation lamp, its tilt degree must be less than or equal
to 10°.

1. Annually periodic inspection should be conducted by specialized personnel to see
whether the connection of each component is loose. If so, please tighten them
immediately.
2. If the lamp is out of order, please contact our company as soon as possible, so that our
specialized maintenance workers can provide timely service, otherwise, users will bear
responsibility for damages arising therefore.
3. Our company guarantees the lamp for a period of one year from date of purchase

1. Periodically ( one time per year is recommended ) check the connection status of each
joint of the lamp.
2. When install, connect Input wire or Output wire according to color code strictly to
avoid confusing. ( Operator must possess the basic professional knowledge ).

B. Repair
How to replace a fuse:
Cut off the power. Remove the cover by screwing out screws by a “ + ”screwdriver. Take the
burnt fuse out of the connector at the base and replace a new one with the
same specification.
Specialist is needed to replace LED bulb and switch power.
C. Maintenance
Periodically inspect the connection status of each screw of the lamp ( including joint between
the base and the balancer; the lamp head and the balancer ) and tighten the loose screws in time.
One -every-two-month –inspection is recommended.
Keep cleaning the lamp with soft cloths to prevent dust accumulation.
The glass cover on the lamp head should be cleaned with the glass detergent.

Before installation and modulation, firstly unpack and inspect if the outward appearance of the
lamp is good; secondly check Model, Components, Quantity according to packing list. If there
is anything missing, please contact us immediately.
