Antes deutilizarelaparatoporprimera vez
1. Lave todaslaspiezasqueentranen contactocon los alimentos con detergentelíquidonormal.
2. Elinterruptor siempresedebe encontrarenlaposición OFF (apagado)antes deconectarelaparato
alacorrienteeléctrica.
INSTALACIÓN
1. Sujeteelcabezaldelapicadora,haga
coincidirelsalientecon lapartecóncava
(ilustración 1),acontinuación aprieteel
cabezaldelapicadoraalcuerpo principal
girandoenladirección delailustración 2
hastaescucharun pequeño sonido.
2. Coloque elejeen espiralen elinterior del
cabezaldelapicadora,recuerdeutilizarel
ladohexagonalparaconectarloalcuerpo
principal.Acontinuación, gire elejepara
hacerlocoincidircon elhexágono del
cuerpo principal.(Ilustración 3)
3. Coloque lacuchillaen elejeen espiral,
asegúrese deque elbordeafiladoqueda
haciaelexteriorono se podrápicarla
carne. (Ilustración 4)
4. Seleccione uno delos tres discos decorte,
colóquelodelantedelacuchillayhaga
coincidirelsalienteconlapartecóncava.

5. Aprietelatuercaen eldisco, pero no la

6. Coloque lapicadoradecarne sobre una
superficieestableypongalabandejade
alimentos sobreelcabezaldelapicadora.
Elpaso deaire en laparteinferior ylateraldelacarcasadelmotor debe mantenerse libre yno

PARAPICARCARNE
1. Cortelacarne en trozos pequeños (Se recomiendasintendones,huesos ygrasa,tamaño
aproximado: 20mm x 20mm x 60mm),demaneraque quepanen el tubo paraalimentos.
2. Enchufeelaparatoalacorrienteeléctrica,pongaelinterruptor “ON/R”en laposición “ON”
(encendido),luegopongael interruptor “ON/0/R”en posición “ON”
3. Coloque lacarne enlabandejayutilicesóloelempujadorparaintroducirlaen eltubopara
alimentos. A continuación presione suavemente.(Ilustración 7).
4. Al finalizarel uso, desconecteel aparatodelaredeléctrica.

MANTENIMIENTO
Desmontaje
•Asegúrese deque el motor estácompletamenteparado.
•desenchufeelcabledealimentación yasegúresedecomenzaradesmontarlaunidaddespués de
que se hayadetenidocompletamente
•Hayque seguirlos mismos pasos que paramontarlaunidad pero en sentidoinverso Fig.6–1.
•Si latuercano se puedesacarfácilmenteutiliceun destornillador paraaflojarla.(Ilustración 9).
•El discodecortetambién se puedeaflojarusandoun destornillador parahacer palanca.(Fig 10).
•Pulse elbotón debloqueo, sosteniendoelcabezal,gire en ladirección mostradaen lafigura11.
Después, el cabezal puedequitarse fácilmente.
Limpieza
•Nolave elcuerpo principalbajoelaguadelgrifonisumerjaelalojamientodelmotor en agua.
Límpieloúnicamentecon un paño húmedo.
•Lave el restodepiezascon un detergenteneutro.Añadaun pocodegrasaalacuchillayalos discos
decorteparaque funcionen con suavidad.
•Esobligatoriolimpiarlapicadoradecarne después deutilizarla.
•Primero desenchufeel aparatodelatomaeléctricayacontinuación, límpielo.
•Nolimpielaspiezasconlejía,disolvente, gasolinaocualquier otro líquidocon un altogradode
acidezoalcalinidad,yaque estopuedehacer quelapiezacambiedecolorose oxide.
•Seque laplaca,elcabezaldelapicadora,latuercayotraspiezasdealuminioparaevitarelcambio
decolor.
•Frotetodaslaspiezascortantes con un paño humedecidocon aceitevegetal.

INSTRUCTION FORUSE
Before use
1. Wash the partswhichtouchthe food withnormal dishwashing liquids.
2. Must alwaysturn the switchto“OFF”position before connecting tothe power supply.

ASSEMBLING
1. Holdingthe head,insertit inthe inlet
(fig.1).Rotatetheheadinthesame
direction asfig.2until asmall soundcan
be heard.The headhasbeen placedinthe
inlet.Trytorocktheheadslightlyto
ensure it isplaced well.
2. Placethe feedscrewintothe head,long
endfirst,byturningthefeedscrewslightly
until it isset intothe motor housing (fig.3).
3. Placethe cuttingbladeontothe feed
screwshaftwiththe bladefacingthe front
asillustrated(fig.4).Ifit isnotfitted
properly,meat will not be ground.
4. Placethe desiredcuttingplatenext tothe
cuttingblade, fittingprotrusions inthe
slots(fig.5).
5. Supportor pressthe centre ofthe cutting
platewithone finger then screwthe fixing
ringuntil tightwithanother hand(fig.6).
Donot over tighten.
6. Placethe hopper plateonthe headandfix
intoposition. Locatetheunit on afirm
place. The airpassageatthe bottomandthe sideofthe motor housingshould be keptfree andnot
blocked.
MINCING MEAT
1. Cutall foodsintopieces(Sinewless, bonelessandfatless meatisrecommended,approximatesize:
20 mm x 20mm x 60mm)so that theyfit easilyintothe hopper opening.
2. Pluginandturn the “ON/R”switchto"ON"position, then turn the “ON/0/R”switchto"ON"
position.
3. Feed foodsintothe hopper plate. Use onlythe food pusher (fig.7).
4. After use switchthe unit off and unplug it from thepower supply.
REVERSEFUNCTION
1. Incase ofjammingswitchthe applianceoff byturningthe “ON/R”switchto"R"position and
“ON/0/R”switchto"R"position.
2. Feed screwwill be rotating inthe oppositedirection, and the head will get empty.
3. Ifit doesn't work,switchthe unit off and cleanit.
HOW TOMAKENOODLES
1. Assembleall partsexcept the bladeasthe above steps.

2. Start the grinder, put thepaste(cut intosmall pieces)intothe food tube (use the pusher topress
them when necessary)and the noodles will comeout from the cutting disc.

Stuffing:

Grind the meat onceor twice.
Sautethe onion whileit becomes golden colour. Then put all materialsintoacontainer.

-Mincethe meat three times and mix all ingredientsinabowl.More meat and less flour toexit cover
creates abetter consistencyand flavour.
-Grind the mixture three times.
-Remove as5-3steps toremove the cutting boardand cutting blade.
-Placethe Kibbe accessoryon axisfeed screwtogether, mounting bosses inthe grooves (fig.12).

-Put the screwring inplaceuntil tight.Donot over tighten (fig.13).
-Makethe cover withthe cylindrical nozzle(fig.14)
-Shape the Kibbe asillustrated belowand frythem.
CLEANING ANDMAINTENANCE
Disassembling
•Makesure thatthe motor hasstopped completely.
•Disconnectthe plugfromthe power outlet.
•Disassemblebyreversingthe steps from 6-1pictures.
•Ifthe fixingringisnoteasilyremovedbyhands, please use
tools fig 9）.
•Toremove the cuttingplateeasily,placeascrewdriver
between the cuttingplateandthe headasillustratedandliftit
up (fig.10).
•Press theunlockbuttonbeforeremovingthe head.Holdingthe
head,rotateit inthesamedirection asfig.11.Then the head
canbe removed easily.
Cleaning
•Donotwashthe mainbodyinrunningwater or immerse the motor housingintowater, justcleanit
withawet cloth.
•Cleanother attachmentswithnormalneutralliquid.Putlittleesculentgrease on the bladeand
butting discstokeep them smooth.
•Cleaning the meat grinder after everyuse iscompulsory.
•Alwaysunplug from the socket before cleaning.
•Donotwashwithbleacher, thinner,petrolorother acidityoralkaline liquid.Thismaymakethe
attachment changecolour or rust.
•Drythe plate, grinder head,nut and other aluminium partsinorder toavoid anycolour change.
•Wipe all the cutting partswithaclothdipped inveg-oil.
