se debe colocarpegadaalapared.Nolocoloquecercadearmarios.
Asegúrese deque lapuertapuedaabrirsesinquedarobstruida.
FUNCIONAMIENTOYEMPLEODELHORNO
Elhorno Orbegozohasidodiseñadoparaofrecerleseguridadyahorro. Ademáslegarantizamoslalarga
duración delaparato. Elhornoviene provistodeuntermostato, untemporizador einterruptores
bidireccionales paraactivarlasresistenciasyel restodeopciones.
-Introduzcaelenchufeenlatomadecorriente. Inmediatamentese encenderáunaluzque leindica
que el horno estáconectadoalared eléctricayestálistoparafuncionar.
-Eltemporizador lepermitiráque elhorno funcione duranteun periododetiempo predeterminado
según los valores establecidos en latablaanterior yque acontinuación se apague automáticamente.
-Con eltermostatopodráestablecer latemperaturadelhorno deacuerdocon los valores
establecidos. Estemandoleaseguraque el horno comienceautomáticamenteyluegose apague al alcanzar
latemperaturadeseada.Unaluzrojadeadvertenciaaparecerácuandoeltermostatoyeltemporizador
estén encendidos. Cuandoestos estén apagados, dichaluzdesaparecerá.

ASAR ALAPARRILLACONRUSTIDOR

Nopongaaasarun trozograndedecarne. Lapiezaaasartiene que tener bastantedistanciaalasparedes

Deningunamaneratieneque entraren contactocon usted.
1. Coloque labandejaen laparteinferior del horno.
2. Untecon aceiteel pinchorotativo ylos ganchos defijación.

3. Se debe prepararlacarne antes deasarla.Paraello, atecon un hilodecocinalasalasylos muslosbien
unidos al cuerpo.
4. Encajelacarne preparadaoeltrozodecarne paraasarcon cuidadoen elpincho rotativo. Empujelos
ganchos defijación sobreelpincho rotativo yfijecon estos eltrozodecarne paraasar. Atornillelos
ganchos defijación con los tornillos.
5. Instaleelpincho rotativoen elhorno. Paraelloencajeprimero elextremoabiertosobre elhuecodel
interior delhorno. Después, cuelgue elotro extremoen eldispositivo correspondienteen laparte
opuesta.
6. Coloque elinterruptor defunción en laposición “rustidor”.Elijalatemperaturayun tiempodecocción.
El pincho rotativo empezaráarotar.
7. Despúes dehaber transcurridoeltiempo ajustado, se escucharáun tono detimbre yelaparatose
desconectaráautomáticamente. Silacarne estáasada,aparteelpincho rotativo con laayudadeuna
empuñadura.¡Cuidado, sepuedequemar!.
8. Desconecteelhorno:rebajeelrelojprogramadorylatemperatura.Coloqueelinterruptoren laposición
“0”.
MANTENIMIENTOY LIMPIEZA
-Antes deemprender cualquier procedimientodemantenimientoolimpieza,asegúrese deque el
enchufeestéfueradelatomayque el horno se hayaenfriado.
-Después desu uso, limpietodos los accesorios delhorno (bandeja,pincho rotativo…)empleando
aguacon jabón odetergentelíquido. A continuación, aclare.
-Noutilicenuncaproductos delimpiezasecos ni enpolvo.
-Nolave nuncael hornoenel fregador ni bajoun chorro deagua.
-Nolimpielaspartespintadasdelhornocon productos delimpiezaparamáquinasniconagentes
químicos.

INSTALLATION
Thisoven hasnotbeen designedtobe built-in. Placethe unit on adryandsmoothsurfaceandmakesure
thatthe oven isaminimum50cmawayfromthewall and20cmbothsides. The backshould beplaced
against the wall.Donot placeit close toacloset.
Makesure the door canbe completelyopen without resistance.
OPERATIONAND USEOFTHEOVEN
Orbegozomidi-oven isdesignedtobe more economicalandsecure soastoensure alongerusefullifeand
it isalso equipped withathermostat,atimer andtwo-wayswitches.
-Insert the oven’s plug intoasocket.A yellowwarning light shall comeon towarn you that your oven
issupplied withelectricityand isreadytobe operated.
-Bymeansofthe timer button, you are enabledtoensure thatyour ovenisoperatedduringapre-
determined period oftimeincompliancewithtable1and isthen automaticallyturned off.
-Bymeansofthe thermostatbutton,you could setyouroven’stemperature. Thisbutton serves to
ensure that your oven automaticallystartsandthenturns offatdesiredtemperatures. Aredwarning
lightshall warn you whenthe thermostatandtimer are on. The lightshall gooutwhenthe timeror
thermostat isoff.
-The thirdswitchwillallowyou toactivatethe upper andlower heatingelements, bothheating
elementsinturn, the grill will start and the rotisseriewill turn.
-The switchwill allowyou toturn on the light and /or connect the convection.

GRILLING WITH THEREVOLVING SPIT (FORMODELHOR398)
Note: alwaysgrill onlywithtop heat and withthe grease paninserted.Donot select aroast whichistoo
large. The food being grilled must be farenoughawayfrom the internal wallsand the heating elementsand
must not touchthem.
1. Insert the baking tray/grease panintothe bottom guideridgeofthe oven.
2. Rub edibleoil on tothe revolving spit and fixing clips.
3. Poultryisdressedbefore grilling.Todoso,tiethewingsandthe legscloselytothebodyusingkitchen
yarn.

4. Placethe dressedpoultryorthe pieceofroastmeatcarefullyontotherevolvingspit.Push thefixing
clips on tothe revolving spit and use them tofix the roast meat inplace.
5. Liftthe spit bythe handleandplaceit inthe oven. Firstinserttheopenendonthe drivemechanismon
the right-hand sideoftheoven. Then suspend theother end intothe corresponding deviceon the left.
6. Turn the function switchtogrillingwithrevolvingspit.Selectatemperature andcookingtime.The
revolving spit begins toturn. Please ensure that the pieceofroast meat canturn freely.
7. After the settimehasexpired,asoundisheardandthe deviceswitchesoff automatically.Whenthe
meat iscompletelycooked,remove the spit bythehandle. Caution, thisisveryhot!
8. Turn off theoven: turndownthe timer andtemperature andturn the function switchto“0”.Donot
carryout anycleaning until the devicehascooleddowncompletely.
MAINTENANCEAND CLEANING
-Beforeconductinganymaintenanceandrepairprocedures, besurethattheplugisout ofthesocket
and the oven iscooled down.
-After operation, wipe all partsbyusing warm soapsudsor liquid detergent and rinse.
-Never use dryand powder cleaners.
-Never wash your oven inthe sinkor under flowingwater.
-Donot cleanpainted partsbyusing mechaniccleaning liquidsand chemical agents.
