GETTING STARTED
Batteries serve as a back-up po w er supply. For
cont i nuous use of projector and back l ight , install
adapte
r.

I ·Plug ACIDC adaptor into socket. Make sure the
adapter is
not obstructed and is easily accessible
tothe unit.
To completely disconnect from power, the adapter
should be disconnected from the main unit.
NOT 1 The main unit and adapter should not be
exposedtow
et conditions. No objectsfilled with liquid,
such as vases, should be placed on the ma in unit and
adapte

1. Remove the batterycompartment cove r.
2. Insertthe batteries, matching the polarities.

REMOTE SENSOR INSTALLATION
1. Slide open the battery door.
2. Slide channel switchto channel 1.

Place the sensor within 30 m ( 100 ft) of the main
unit.
Place the sensor out of di r ect sunlight and
moisture .
Pos iti on the sensor so that it faces the main un i t,
minimizing obstruct i ons such as doo rs, walls and
furniture.
Place the senso r in a l ocat i on with a cl ear view to
the sky,aw ay from metallic I electronic objects.

may affect battery perfo r mance and signal

MANUALLY SET CLOCK
To set the cl ock manually, di sab le the cl ock signal
recepti on first.

ess CLOCK to confirm.
The settings order is : time zone , 12124 hr format ,
hour , minute ,year, calendar mode ( month - day I day
- month ), month, day and language.
BAR339DP: Time zone offset sets the cl ock +I- 23
hoursfrom the received clock signal time.
NOTE If you enter+ 1 in theti me offsetsetting, thiswill
giveyou y our local ti me pl us one hou r. Ifyou are in the
US (BAR339DPAonly) setthe cl ock to:
0 for Pac ific ti me
+2 for Central time
+1 for Mountain time
+3 for Eastern ti me
NOTEThelanguageoptionsareEnglish (E),Spanish(S),
Italian(I),French (F),German (D),and Russian (R).
To select clock display mode:
Press CLOCK to toggle be tw een clock with seconds,
cl oc kwithweek day .
ALARM
To set the alarm:

To silence the alarm:
• Pr ess SNOOZE to silence it for 8 minutes
OR
• Pr ess any key to turn the alarm off and activate it
again after24 hours.
WEATHER FORECAST
Th is product forecasts the next 12 to 24 hours of
weather within a 30 -5 0 km (19-31 mile) radius with a
75% accuracy.

To focus image:
 Turn FOCUS wheel.
NOTE If projection is illuminated, do not look directly
into the projector.
