DESCRIPTION EN
Hose reels model CRS are made of moulded steel and are electrostatic
powder painted. The rewinding of the hose, reinforced polyurethane, is
achieved by a steel spring incorporated in the drum. The desired length
of hose is locked by an automatic locking device and unlocked by pulling
the hose a short distance. To assure the performance of the hose reel it
is important to use the correct type for the uid distributed at a pressure
indicated. We decline any responsibility for malfunctions or dangers which
could arise due to wrong hose assembly, installation or miss use.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS EN
• This equipment is for professional use only.
• Do not leave the hose to coil unattended.
• Ensure that the pressure does not exceed maximum working pressure
of the lowest rated system component.
• To assure the function of the hose reel, it is important to choose a
model that is compatible with the uid and pressure.
• Release the pressure inside the reel before servicing.
• The spring is always under great tension. Always contact your supplier
or service centre to change the spring.
• Fluids under pressure can cause serious injury.
INSTALLATION EN
IMPORTANT! The hose reel has to be wall or roof mounted at a minimum
height from the oor of 2,5 m and only used for uids whit the pressure
stated in the table "Technical data" in order to prevent accidents during
operation. Mount the hose reel complete with hose on a stiff and consistent
wall using 2 screws of 10 mm diameter.
WARNING! The manufacturer declines any responsibility for injuries or
damages caused by a wrong installation of the hose reel.
CONNECTION EN
Always connect the hose reel to the system by a exible hose and couplers
suitable for the intended uid and pressure. For safety and to simplify main-
tenance always use a ball valve at the end of the system.
BESKRIVNING SE
Slangrullar modell CRS är tillverkade av pressad plåt som pulverlackerats.
Slangen, som är av armerad polyuretan, dras in i rullen av en stålfjäder.
Den önskade slanglängden stoppas med en automatisk låsmekanism.
Denna låsmekanism frigörs genom att dra ut slangen ett kort stycke. För att
säkerställa slangrullens funktion är det mycket viktigt att använda rätt modell
för mediat och trycket ifråga. Vi frånsäger oss allt ansvar för felaktigheter
och olyckor som inträffar på grund av felaktig slangtyp, montering eller
användning.
SÄKERHETSFÖRESKRIFTER SE
• Släpp inte taget om slangen vid upprullning, detta kan skada slangup-
prullaren, utrustning och personer i dess närhet.
• Säkerställ att systemets arbetstryck inte överstiger den lägst klassade
systemkomponenten.
• För att säkerställa slangrullens funktion är det mycket viktigt att använ-
da rätt modell för respektive vätska, tryck och temperatur.
• Släpp på trycket i slangrullen innan service utförs.
• Slangrullens fjäder är alltid kraftigt spänd. Kontakta alltid er distributör
eller service center för byte av fjäder.
• Vätskor under högt tryck kan orsaka allvarliga skador.
INSTALLATION SE
VIKTIGT! Slangupprullaren måste monteras på en vägg eller i taket minst
2,5 m över golvet och endast användas för media inom tryckområdet
angivet i tabellen "Tekniska data" för att förhindra olyckor vid användandet.
Montera slangrullen på en stadig och hållbar vägg med hjälp av 2 st ø10mm
skruvar.
VARNING! Tillverkaren ansvarar inte för några olyckor eller skador orsakade
av felaktig montering.
ANSLUTNING SE
Anslut alltid slangrullen till systemet med en slang av en kvalitet lämplig för
den tänkta vätskan och trycket. För säkerhet och enklare underhåll sätt alltid
en kulventil i slutet av systemet innan du ansluter slangrullen.

IMPORTANT! Always use a wrench (27) to hold back the swivel joint when
locking the coupler.
USE AND MAINTENACE EN
The automatic hose latch is operating on one half turn of the drum and is
released by pulling the hose a short distance. It is important to always hold
the hose back when rewinding it, in order to avoid malfunction or injuries to
peoples and other things. Lubricate, with oil, the swivel and the shaft in the
reel through the hexagon hole in the body. Check the hose reel, hose and
couplings regularly for wear, leakage and correct operation. Immediately
replace any parts that show wear or any other damage. Be sure to use
original spare parts with the correct characteristics for media, temperature
and pressure.
IMPORTANT! Any maintenance shall be carried out by a suitably trained
staff in accordance with the information given in this manual. Ensure that
the media supply is shut off, the hose is depressurized and that there is no
tension in the spring before carrying out any maintenance.
HOSE REPLACEMENT EN
ONLY FOR 46715, 46724
WARNING: BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OPERATION, POSITION THE
STOPPER AT THE END OF THE HOSE, REEL THE HOSE COMPLETELY
AND MAKE SURE THAT THE SPRING IS COMPLETELY SLACKENED.
For safety reasons, operations of hose replacement must be carried out at
the bench. Use a hose with dimension and pressure characteristics suited to
the use (see table of characteristics).
1. Loosen the swivel joint working on the nut, by 28 wrench (picture A).
2. Insert a 5 mm hexagonal wrench into the axle of the spring linkage
shaft. Unfasten the nut with a 19 mm wrench, holding in place with
the hexagonal wrench (gure B). Release the spring by turning the
hexagonal wrench slowly clockwise.
3. Remove the nut and the 4 attachment screws from the two half-
casings.
4. Remove the half-casing and take out the drum (gure C).
WARNING: DO NOT OPEN THE SPRING CASING. SPRING REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT OPERATIONS MUST ONLY BE PERFORMED
BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS.
5. Unscrew the internal tting and mount the new hose (gure D).
6. Wind the new hose onto the drum, insert it through the roller support
and mount the hose rubber stop.
7. Grease if required. Reassemble the hose reel, by following the above
steps in reverse order.
8. Spring tensioning: Insert the hex wrench into the axle after the side
bodies have been attached. Turn the wrench anti-clockwise and bring
the hose rubber stop into contact with the roller support. Pre-load the

ANVÄNDNING OCH UNDERHÅLL SE
Den automatiska slangspärren aktiveras under ett halvt varvs vridning av
trumman och lossas genom att dra ut slangen en kort bit. Det är myc-
ket viktigt att alltid hålla tillbaka slangen då den rullas in för att undvika
funktionsstörningar och skador på personer eller omgivning. Smörj rullens
svivel och axel med olja genom det sexkantiga hålet i kåpan. Kontrollera
regelbundet slangrullen, slangen och kopplingar för slitage, läckage och
funktion. Byt omedelbart ut delar som uppvisar slitage eller någon annan
form av skada. Använd endast originalreservdelar med likvärdiga prestanda
vad gäller media, temperatur och tryck.
VIKTIGT! Allt underhåll skall utföras av rätt utbildad personal i enlighet med
vad som anges i denna manual. Säkerställ att försörjningsledningen är
avstängd, att slangen inte är trycksatt och att inte fjädern är spänd innan
någon service utförs.

ATT FJÄDERN ÄR HELT OSPÄND.
Av säkerhetsskäl så måste slangbyte utföras vid en arbetsbänk. ANVÄND
ALLTID en slang med rätt dimension lämplig för tillämpningens media,
temperatur och tryck!
1. Lossa sviveln, använd fast nyckel 28 mm. (g A)
2. Med hjälp av en 5mm insexnyckel i mutterns hål, skruva loss muttern
med en 19mm fast nyckel (g B). Släpp sedan fjäderspänningen
genom att sakta vrida insexnyckeln medurs.
3. Ta bort muttern och de fyra skruvarna för att separera locken.
4. Lyft bort det övre locket och ta ut trumman (g C).
VARNING! ÖPPNA EJ FJÄDERKASSETTEN. FJÄDERBYTE SKALL
BARA UTFÖRAS AV UTBILDADE TEKNIKER.
5. Skruva loss slangen inne i trumman och sätt dit den nya slangen (g
D).
6. Rulla upp slangen på trumman och återmontera slangstoppet.
7. Smörj om nödvändigt. Återmontera slangupprullaren genom att följa
stegen i omvänd ordning.
8. Spänning av fjädern: Använd en insexnyckel i navets hål, vrid inse-
xnyckeln moturs för att spänna fjädern tills slangstoppet stannar vid
utloppsrullarna. Förspänn fjädern ytterligare genom att vrida insexnyc-
keln moturs fyra (4) varv.
9. Släpp ej taget om insexnyckeln då detta släpper fjäderspänningen.
Återmontera den stora muttern. Utför en funktionskontroll att slangup-

spring while continuing to turn anti-clockwise the wrench (see table of
technical data).
9. Hold the hex wrench rm and fasten the nut (picture B). Mount the
swivel joint after lubricating it. Check to make sure that the reel works
correctly. If the hose does not rewind or does not withdraw completely,
adjust the spring tension as in step 8.
10. When complete, place the hose rubber stop at the desired distance
from the end of the hose.
SPRING REPLACEMENT EN
WARNING! Disassembly of the spring is only permitted to service staff
trained by the manufacturer.
HOSE REPLACEMENT EN

1. Take the inlet hose off by removing the plastic cap and the seeger
(gure A).
2. Insert a 5 mm hexagonal wrench into the 6 ats of the spring hub.
Unfasten the nut with a 19 mm wrench, holding in place with the hexa-
gonal wrench (gure B). Release the spring by turning the hexagonal
wrench slowly clockwise.
3. Remove the nut and the 4 attachment screws from the two half-
casings.
4. Remove the half-casing and take out the drum (gure C).
WARNING: DO NOT OPEN THE SPRING CASING. SPRING REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT OPERATIONS MUST ONLY BE PERFORMED
BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS.
5. Take the spring hub out of the drum (gure D).
6. Unfasten the central screw and remove the bushing (gure E).
7. Separate the hub from the drum and take the hose coupling out of the
hub (gure F). Remove the o-ring.
8. Cut the collar in order to retrieve the coupling and replace the hose.
9. Position the o-ring on the coupling and insert the coupling into the hub
hole.
10. Reposition the hub in the drum by fastening the central screw and
insert the spring hub.
11. Fit the stop approximately 1 m from the opposite end of the hose and
reel the new hose on the drum.
12. Grease if required. Reassemble the reel, following the operations in
reverse order.
13. Insert a hexagonal wrench in the hub hole. Turn the wrench anti-cloc-
kwise so that the Iimit stop is in contact with the hose guide end tting.
Prestress the spring by continuing to turn the wrench anti-clockwise (4
turns).
14. Hold the wrench in position and fasten the nut. Perform a functional
check. If the hose does not go in completely or does not come out
completely, readjust the tension of the spring (point 13).
15. Reposition the inlet hose and the plastic cap.

1. Demontera inloppslangen genom att skruva bort skyddet och låsringen
(g A)
2. Med hjälp av en 5mm insexnyckel i mutterns hål, skruva loss muttern
med en 19mm fast nyckel (g B). Släpp sedan fjäderspänningen
genom att sakta vrida insexnyckeln medurs.
3. Ta bort muttern och de fyra skruvarna för att separera locken.
4. Lyft bort det övre locket och ta ut trumman (g C).
VARNING! ÖPPNA EJ FJÄDERKASSETTEN. FJÄDERBYTE SKALL
BARA UTFÖRAS AV UTBILDADE TEKNIKER.
5. Ta bort fjäderaxeln ur trumman (g D).
6. Skruva loss skruven och ta bort bussningen (g E).
7. Separera navet från trumman ta bort slangfästet från navet (g F). Ta
bort O-ringen.
8. Kapa bort slangklämman och byt slangen.
9. Placera O-ringen på slangfästet och anslut till navet.
10. Återmontera navet i trumman med skruven och placera tillbaka
fjäderaxeln.
11. Montera slangstoppet ca 1 m från slangänden och rulla upp den nya
slangen på trumman.
12. Smörj om nödvändigt. Återmontera slangupprullaren genom att följa
stegen i omvänd ordning.
13. Använd en insexnyckel i navets hål, vrid insexnyckeln moturs för att
spänna fjädern tills slangstoppet stannar vid utloppsrullarna. Förspänn
fjädern ytterligare genom att vrida insexnyckeln moturs fyra (4) varv.
14. Släpp ej taget om insexnyckeln då detta släpper fjäderspänningen.
Återmontera den stora muttern. Utför en funktionskontroll att slangup-
prullaren kan rulla ut samt rulla upp hela slangen. Om så inte är fallet,
justera fjäderspänning enligt punkt 13.
15. Återmontera inloppsslangen och dess skydd.
