(EN) Safety Precautions
This equipment is for professional use only.
Do not leave the hose to coil unattended.
Ensure that the pressure does not exceed maximum
working pressure of the lowest rated system
component.
To assure the function of the hose reel, it is
important to choose a model that is compatible with
the fluid and pressure.
Release the pressure inside the reel before servicing.
The spring is always under great tension. Always
contact your supplier or service centre to change the
spring.
Fluids under pressure can cause serious injury.
(EN) Description
Open hose reel for air, water (low pressure), antifreeze,
vacuum and lubricants depending on model.
Hose can be uncoiled and latched at the desired length.
By pulling the hose, the latch is released and the hose is
automatically rewound.

Släpp inte taget om slangen vid upprullning, detta
kan skada slangrullen, utrustning och personer i dess
närhet.
Säkerställ att systemets arbetstryck inte överstiger
den lägst klassade systemkomponenten.
För att säkerställa slangrullens funktion är det
mycket viktigt att använda rätt modell för respektive
vätska, tryck och temperatur.
Släpp på trycket i slangrullen innan service utförs.
Slangrullens fjäder är alltid kraftigt spänd. Kontakta
alltid er distributör eller service center för byte av
fjäder.
Vätskor under högt tryck kan orsaka allvarliga
skador.
(SE) Beskrivning
Öppen slangrulle för luft, vatten (lågt tryck), kylarvätska,
vakuum och olja beroende på modell.
Slangen kan dras ut och spärras i önskat läge.
Genom att återigen dra i slangen lossas spärren och
slangen rullas tillbaka.

(EN) Installation
The hose reel can be installed directly on the fixing surface
in the ceiling, on the wall or on the floor.
For optimal operation, the reel outlet guide arms should be
mounted in the positions shown in figure 1.
For ceiling, wall or column mounted reel, the minimum
recommended height is 2.5 m (8 feet).
To move the outlet guide arms, follow these steps:
1. Place the reel on a flat surface for easy manipulation
of the components.
2. Loosen the screws (1) that hold the arms and rotate
them to the desired position (Fig. 2).
3. Fix the arms firmly in the new position of the hose
reel body by means of the corresponding screws.
(SE) Installation
Slangrullen kan installeras direkt på monteringsytan både i
tak, på vägg och på golv.
För att uppnå bästa funktion bör slangrullens utloppsarmar
monteras i positionerna som visas i figur 1.
För montage i tak eller på vägg/ pelare rekommenderas en
min höjd på 2.5 m.
För att ändra utloppsarmarnas position, följ dessa steg:
1. Placera slangrullen på ett plant underlag för att lätt
kunna demontera/ montera delarna.
2. Skruva loss skruvarna (1) som håller slangrullens
utloppsarmar och rotera dem till lämplig position.
(Fig. 2).
3. Montera armarna i deras nya position och skruva fast
dem ordentligt med skruvarna.
To change position of the hose stopper, pull out the hose to
the desired length and latch it. Loosen the hose stopper and
place it at the desired position and fasten it (see Fig 3).
För att byta position på slangstoppet, drag ut slangen och
hitta spärrläge på önskad längd. Lossa slangstoppet, flytta
det till önskad position och sätt fast det ordentligt (Fig 3).

(EN) Hose installation
Clamp the hose reel firmly to a work bench.
Introduce the hose end that is to be connected to the
hose reel through the outlet guide and then through the
opening in the drum of the spool. Pull the hose
through the drum towards the swivel.
Connect the hose to the swivel as indicated in (2) and
fasten the U-clamp with the nuts as shown in (1) (Fig
4).
Coil the hose onto the spool by turning the spool.
When all the hose is coiled, pretension the hose reel
power spring by rotating the spool further:
15m hose : +8 turns, 20m hose: +5 turns
25m hose: +5 turns, 30m hose: +1 turn
BE CAREFUL SO THAT THE REEL DOES NOT
BEGIN TO SPIN FREELY!
Lead back the hose through the outlet guide and fix
the hose stop to the end of the outlet hose (Fig. 3).
Fully unwind and rewind the hose completely to make
sure that the spring is correctly tensioned.
If the you need to adjust the tension of the spring, see
“Spring load adjustment”.

Sätt fast slangrullen i en bänk.
För slangen genom slangrullens slangstyrning och
sedan genom öppningen i trumman. Dra slangen
genom trumman mot sviveln.
Fäst slangen på sviveln enligt (2) i Fig 4 och montera
U-bulten med muttrarna enligt (1) i samma figur.
Rulla på hela slangen genom att vrida på trumman.
När all slang är pårullad, förspänn slangrullens fjäder
genom att vrida trumman ytterligare:
För 15m slang: +8 varv, för 20m slang: +5 varv.
För 25m slang: +5 varv, för 30m slang: +1 varv.
VAR FÖRSIKTIG SÅ ATT RULLEN INTE
BÖRJAR SNURRA FRITT!
För slangen tillbaka genom slangstyrningen och
montera slangstoppet på slangens fria ände (Fig. 3).
Dra ut slangen helt och släpp tillbaka den för att
försäkra att fjädern är tillräkligt spänd.
Behövs fjädern spännas ytterligare; se avsnitt
”Justering av fjäderns spänning”.
(EN) Hose replacement
Warning! Before removing the hose, close the nearest
shut off valve to the reel and open the fluid control gun
to release the pressure inside the hose.
Unwind the hose completely and find the ratchet
blocking position.
BE CAREFUL SO THAT THE REEL DOES
NOT BEGIN TO SPIN FREELY!
Remove the hose stopper and the U-clamp(1, fig4).
Disconnect the hose from the swivel(2, fig4) and
remove the hose from the spool.
Pass the new hose through the hose outlet and
connect it to the swivel of the hose reel. Assemble
the clamp and then the hose stopper at the required
length.
Pull the hose hard enough to release the latch, and
slowly allow the hose to retract.

Viktigt! Innan slangen monteras bort: stäng den från
rullen sett närmaste ventilen samt öppna handventilen för
att släppa på trycket i slangen.
Dra ut slangen helt och hitta spärrläget.

BÖRJAR SNURRA FRITT!
Ta bort slangstoppet och U-klammern (1, fig4).
Lossa slangen från sviveln (2, fig4) och ta bort
slangen från rullen.
För den nya slangen genom slangstyrningen och
anslut den till sviveln. Sätt tillbaka klammern samt
montera slangstoppet på önskad höjd.
Släpp spärren genom att dra i slangen och låt den
sakta rulla upp sig på trumman.

(EN) Spring load adjustment
To increase or decrease spring tension
1. Pull out the hose to the first ratchet locking position.
2. Remove the hose stop.
3. Gently pull the hose until it is unlatched and slowly
let it rewind applying counter force at all time to
avoid the spool turning freely.
4. BE CAREFUL SO THAT THE REEL DOES
NOT BEGIN TO SPIN FREELY!
5. Turn the spool in the direction shown in fig 5 to
increase or decrease spring tension.
6. Pass the hose through the hose guide and let the
ratchet lock the spool, replace the hose stop in
desired position.
7. Repeat if more spring tension is required.

För att öka eller minska fjäderns spänning
1. Dra ut slangen till den första låsta positionen.
2. Ta bort slangstoppet.
3. Dra försiktigt ut slangen tills spärren släpper och låt
slangen rullas tillbaka på rullen, håll hela tiden ett
stadigt tag i slangen.
4. VAR FÖRSIKTIG SÅ ATT RULLEN INTE
BÖRJAR SNURRA FRITT!
5. Rotera rullen i riktning enligt fig.5 för att spänna
eller lossa fjädern.
6. För tillbaka slangen genom slangstyrning och
montera tillbaka slangstoppet i önskat läge.
7. Upprepa om mer spänning önskas.

(EN) Swivel replacement
Warning! Before removing the damaged swivel, close
the nearest shut off valve to the reel and open the fluid
control gun to release the pressure inside the hose.
Disconnect the inlet hose (1).
Unscrew the hose from the swivel using two
spanners (2).
Loosen the set screw in the locking nut (3), and
remove the nut.).
Remove the screws (4) and the arm (5).
Replace the swivel with a new one or change the
seals in the existing swivel. Make sure the seals are
placed correctly, (fig 7).
Grease the interior of the swivel and place it
carefully back on to the shaft until it touches the
bearing of the spool.
Replace the rest of the parts in reverse order.

Viktigt! Innan sviveln byts, stäng den från rullen sett
närmaste ventilen samt öppna handventilen för att släppa
på trycket i slangen.
Lossa inloppsslangen (1).
Lossa slangen från rullen med hjälp av två fasta
nycklar (2).
Lossa låsskruven i kontramuttern och ta bort
kontramuttern(3).
Ta bort skruvarna(4) och armen(5).
Byt ut sviveln eller byt packningar i befintlig svivel.
Se till att packningarna hamnar på i rätt position,
(Fig. 7).
Smörj insidan av sviveln och för försiktigt tillbaka
den över axeln.
Montera ihop resterande delar.

(EN) Ratchet replacement
•Make sure the hose is completely wound on the spool and the hose stop is resting against the hose guide rollers.
•Remove the screws (1).
•Unscrew the ratchet shaft (2) and remove the ratchet assembly.
•Clean the parts or if necessary replace the parts.
•Re-assemble the pieces in reverse order.

•Se till att slangen är helt inrullad och slangstoppet vilar mot slangstyrningsrullarna.
•Lossa skruvarna (1).
•Lossa spärraxeln (2) och ta loss spärren.
•Gör ren delarna eller om nödvändigt ersätt dem, och montera tillbaka.
