des Kniegelenks einzusetzen. Einsatzbereich ist das Kniegelenk.

KONFORMITÄTSERKLÄRUNG
Die ORTHOSERVICE AG erklärt als Hersteller in alleiniger Verantwortung, dass es sich
bei diesem Produkt um ein Medizinprodukt der Klasse I handelt und dass es gemäß
den grundlegenden Anforderungen der Richtlinien 93/42/EWG und 2007/47/EWG
hergestellt wurde. Diese Gebrauchsanweisung wurde nach den Vorgaben der
vorgenannten Richtlinien erstellt. Ihr Zweck ist es, die sichere und ordnungsgemäße
Anwendung des Medizinprodukts zu gewährleisten.

Die Zuggurte an der Patellaaussparung öffnen
und die Klettverschlüsse provisorisch locker schließen.
Die Kniebandage über das Knie ziehen, sodass das orangefarbene Etikett
nach oben zeigt (Abb. D), und so positionieren, dass sich die Patellaaussparung
genau über der Kniescheibe befindet und die Stabilisierung seitlich der
Patella verläuft (Abb. E). (Bei medialer Instabilität hingegen, muss
die Stabilisierung auf der medialen Seite der Patella verlaufen).
Den oberen Gurt durch die entsprechende Schnalle führen, festziehen
und mit dem Klettverschluss fixieren (Abb. F).
Den Vorgang beim unteren Gurt wiederholen (Abb. G).
HINWEIS: Ist das Hakenband zu lang, sodass es über das Flauschband
übersteht, kann es auf die passende Länge zugeschnitten werden.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN
Das Produkt sollte keinen Druck auf Körperteile ausüben, die Verletzungen, Schwellungen
oder Tumeszenzen aufweisen. Das Produkt sollte nicht zu stark festgezogen werden, damit
sich keine Druckstellen entwickeln oder darunter liegende Nerven und/oder Blutgefäße
abgedrückt werden. Es wird empfohlen, ein Kleidungsstück darunter zu tragen, sodass der
direkte Kontakt mit der Haut vermieden wird. Wenden Sie sich bei Zweifeln über die Art der
Anwendung bitte an Ihren Orthopädietechniker. Das Produkt sollte nicht in der Nähe von
offenem Feuer oder, (nur REF. G1104, REF. G1116), starken elektromagnetischen Feldern
verwendet werden.
HINWEISE
Das Produkt darf nur bei medizinischer Indikation oder auf ärztliche Anordnung
verwendet werden. Es muss von einem Orthopädietechniker angelegt werden, der sowohl
für das Anlegen wie auch für die Informationen über den sicheren Gebrauch entsprechend
Ihren persönlichen Anforderungen Ihr kompetenter Ansprechpartner ist. Die Wirksamkeit,
Verträglichkeit und die Funktionalität des Produktes sind nur dann garantiert, wenn es

Genufit 60
Pull the knee bandage over the knee so that
the orange label is facing upwards (fig. A).
Position the knee bandage in such a way that the orange profile is on the back.

Pull the knee bandage over the knee so that the orange label
is facing upwards (fig. B).
Position the knee bandage so that the patella cut-out is positioned
precisely over the knee cap (fig. C).
Genufit 16
Open the straps on the patella cut-out and provisionally secure
the Velcro®closures lightly.
Pull the knee bandage over the knee so that the orange label is facing
upwards (fig. D), and positioned in such a way that the patella cut-out is located
precisely above the knee cap and the stabilisation elements are at the sides of the
patella cut-out (fig. E). (In the event of medial instability, the stabilisation must be
on the medial side of the patella).
Feed the upper strap through the appropriate buckle, pull tight
and secure with the Velcro®closure (fig. F).
Repeat this process for the lower strap (fig. G).
NOTE: If the hook tape is too long and protrudes over the
loop tape, it may be cut to the appropriate length.

PRECAUTIONS
It is advised that the pressure exerted by the product does not act on parts of the body
suffering from wounds, swelling or lumps. The product should not be tightened too firmly so
as to avoid the development of pressure points or compression of the nerves or blood vessels
underneath. It is advisable to wear the product over a garment, avoiding direct contact with
the skin. If in doubt about how to apply, contact an orthopaedic technician. The device
should not be worn in the vicinity of open flames or, (REF. G1104, REF. G1116 only)
strong electromagnetic fields.
WARNINGS
The product may only be used in the event of medical indication or when prescribed by a
physician and must be applied by an orthopaedic technician, the competent authority figure
for the application as well as for information on the safe use, according to individual needs.
To ensure the effectiveness, tolerability, and correct operation, it is necessary that the device
is put on with the utmost care. Any changes to the structure or adjustment of the device
must be prescribed by a physician and performed by an orthopaedic technician. Under no
circumstances should the adjustment made by the physician/orthopaedic technician be
altered. Use of the product is recommended for a single patient. With hypersensitive patients,
direct contact with skin may cause redness or irritation. In the case of onset of pain, swelling,
lumps or any unusual reaction, immediately contact your physician.

Appliquer la genouillère sur le genou de manière à ce
que l’étiquette orange soit dirigée vers le haut (fig. A).
Positionner la genouillère tubulaire de manière à ce que
les profils de couleur orange se trouvent situés vers l’arrière.

Appliquer la genouillère tubulaire sur le genou de manière
à ce que l’étiquette orange soit dirigée vers le haut (fig. B).
Positionner la genouillère tubulaire de manière à ce que
le trou rotulien se trouve exactement sur la rotule (fig. C).
Genufit 16
Ouvrir la sangle du trou rotulien et refermer provisoirement
les bandes Velcro®sur elles-mêmes, sans serrer.
Appliquer l’attelle sur le genou de manière à ce que l’étiquette orange soit
dirigée vers le haut (fig. D), et la positionner de manière à ce que le trou rotulien
se trouve exactement sur la rotule et que le stabilisateur soit parallèle au trou
rotulien (fig. E). (En revanche, en cas d’instabilité médiale, le stabilisateur doit
être appliqué sur le côté médial de la rotule).
Insérer la sangle du dessus dans la boucle correspondante, la tendre
et fixer avec la bande Velcro®(fig. F).
Répéter la même procédure avec la sangle du dessous (fig. G).
NOTE : Si la bande à crochets est plus longue que la bande velours, elle
peut être raccourcie à la bonne longueur.

PRÉCAUTIONS
Veiller à ce que le produit n’appuie pas sur des parties du corps enflées ou présentant
des lésions. Le produit ne doit pas être serrée trop fort afin que n’apparaisse aucune
meurtrissure et que les nerfs et/ou vaisseaux sanguins situés en-dessous ne soient pas
comprimés. Il est conseillé de porter l’orthèse sur un vêtement afin d’éviter le contact direct
avec la peau. Si vous avez des questions concernant l’utilisation, veuillez vous adresser à un
technicien orthopédiste. Ne pas exposer le produit à une flamme ouverte
ou, (seulement REF. G1104, REF. G1116), à des champs magnétiques importants.
AVERTISSEMENTS
L’utilisation de ce produit est réservée aux indications médicales ou ne doit que se faire sur
ordonnance médicale. Le réglage individuel doit être effectué par un technicien orthopédiste;
ce dernier est un interlocuteur compétent aussi bien en ce qui concerne l’usage que pour
donner des informations concernant la sécurité d’utilisation. Le réglage doit être effectué
minutieusement afin de garantir l’efficacité, la tolérance et le bon fonctionnement de ce
dispositif. D’éventuelles modifications de la structure ou des réglages ne doivent être
effectués que sur prescription médicale et doivent être exécutés par un technicien
orthopédiste. Les réglages effectués par le médecin ou le technicien orthopédique ne
doivent surtout pas être modifiés. Le produit est prévue pour être utilisée par un seul patient.
Chez les patients particulièrement sensibles, le contact direct avec la peau peut entraîner
des rougeurs et des irritations. En cas de douleurs, d’enflures ou d’autres problèmes veuillez
consulter immédiatement votre médecin traitant.

Infilare il tubolare sul ginocchio con l’etichetta arancione verso l’alto (fig. A).
Posizionare la ginocchiera con i profili arancio posti posteriormente.

Infilare il tubolare sul ginocchio con l’etichetta arancione verso l’alto (fig. B).
Posizionare la ginocchiera in modo che la rotula si collochi
perfettamente nel foro (fig. C).
Genufit 16
Aprire i tiranti di rotula richiudendo provvisoriamente i velcri su loro stessi.
Infilare il tubolare sul ginocchio con l’etichetta arancione verso l’alto (fig. D)
e posizionarlo in modo che la rotula si collochi perfettamente nel foro
e lo stabilizzatore sia laterale ad essa (fig. E). (In caso di instabilità
mediale, invece, lo stabilizzatore dovrà essere appunto sul lato mediale
della rotula).
Far passare la cinghia superiore nella fibbia corrispondente, tendere
e fissare col Velcro®(fig. F).
Ripetere l’operazione con la cinghia inferiore (fig. G).
NOTA: se il Velcro®uncino dovesse risultare troppo lungo
e sbordare rispetto all’asola, è possibile rifilarlo.

PRECAUZIONI D’USO
Si raccomanda che le pressioni esercitate dal dispositivo non agiscano su parti del corpo
che presentano ferite, gonfiori o tumefazioni. È consigliabile non stringere eccessivamente
il prodotto per non generare zone di pressione locale eccessiva o la compressione di nervi
e/o vasi sanguigni sottostanti. È consigliabile indossare un indumento, evitando il contatto
diretto con la pelle. In caso di dubbio sulle modalità di applicazione, rivolgersi ad un tecnico
ortopedico. È consigliabile non indossare il dispositivo in vicinanza di fiamme libere
o, (solo REF. G1104, REF. G1116), forti campi elettromagnetici.
AVVERTENZE
Il prodotto deve essere utilizzato su indicazione medica o su prescrizione e applicato da un
tecnico ortopedico, che è la figura competente di riferimento sia per l’applicazione sia per
informazioni inerenti ad un uso sicuro, in conformità alle esigenze individuali. Per garantirne
l’efficacia, la tollerabilità e il corretto funzionamento è necessario che l’applicazione venga
effettuata con la massima cura. Qualsiasi eventuale modifica di struttura o di regolazione del
dispositivo deve essere prescritta da un medico ed eseguita da un tecnico ortopedico.
Non alterare assolutamente la regolazione effettuata dal medico/tecnico ortopedico. Se ne
raccomanda l’utilizzo da parte di un solo paziente. In soggetti ipersensibili il contatto diretto
con la pelle potrebbe causare rossori o irritazioni. In caso di comparsa di dolori, gonfiori,
tumefazioni o qualsiasi altra reazione anomala, rivolgersi immediatamente al proprio medico.
