MOUNTING
+OI-775 Progressive Action Pantry Pull-Out Drawer
Slide mounts in cabinet as per drawing 2, 2a and
according to the hole locaions using #7 screws.
+The Top Guide mounts as per drawings 1, 1a and
1b and the hole locations using #7 screws.

+The Adapter mounts as per drawing 3 and 2a
and the hole locations using #7 screws.
+The U-Prole of the Top Guide mounts as per
drawing 4 and 1b and the hole locations
using #7 screws.
+Easy Close of the Top Guide clips in place as
per drawing 5 and 5a.

+Before you install your pull-out as per drawing 6,
please ensure that the safety clip in the U-Prole
of the Top Guide is open (g. A).
+Insert the pull-out as per drawing 7 and 7b and push it to the
end stop. The pushing resistance will increase in the last few
millimeters because of the snap-in mounting method.
You should hear a “click” when you pushed the pull-out all the
way in.

+Open the cabinet
+Close safety clip (g. B) at the Top Guide as per drawing 8.
+Close Allen screws carefully secure the adapter (g. C).
+The default setting of the tilt adjustment as per drawing 9 is neutral. Adjustable range is ± 3mm (g. D) to adjust
the front tilt vertically (g. 9).

+Use the oblong hole in the U-prole of the Top Guide (g. E) for the
lateral adjustment of the pull-out as per drawing 10.
+Use the Allen screws in the bottom slide (g. F) for the lateral
adjustment of the pull-out as per drawing 10.
NOTE: Tighten scews rmly.
+Do not lubricate any part of the OI-775.

+Adjust the catch of the easy close with the loaded pull-
out as show in drawing 10 and
Figure F. The black catch block must be set 1mm over
the latch/ECD housing as shown using an Allen wrench.
+NOTE: Do not lubricate any part of the OI-771.
+While extended, loosen the lateral and the tilt adjustment
screws (Fig. C+D).
+Close the pull-out approximately 20mm (3/4”).
The top guide slide should be fully open. If it is not, it will be
dicult to push down the stop in the next step.
+Push the stop piece down and push the top guide slide
completely in to clear the adapter (Fig. G). Pull the pull out
forward and up to release from the black hooks as shown in
drawing 11.
