74.HOW DOES YOUR E-KICK2 WORK?4.1 How to ride1. Turn on the scooter by press 2S and check the battery power.4. Turn off the scooter when you're not using the device.3. To stop riding, release the throttle and use the electric handbrake to gradually coast to a stop then step off the scooter one foot at a time. Be extra cautious when dismounting for the first time.2. Once the power is on, it is safer to start riding with one foot on the deck keeping the other foot on the ground for pull off, once you're at speed 5km/h, push the accelerator and place the other foot on the deck, this is safer and more controlled than pulling off with two feet on the deck as you will have less control and stability with two feet on the deck. Use the accelerate throttle valve to speed up or slow down when riding.Warning: There is risk of falling down during learning, so make sure to wear helmet and protection kits all the time. Be aware of your surroundings. If
scooter has both electric brake and rear physic brake, the electric brake is prior to rear brake, which is only used as auxiliary brake when electric brake
does not work properly. DO NOT step on rear brake for a long time. Or it will break the tire and fender.

5.E-KICK2 SAFETY PRECAUTION.1.Please wear all appropriate safety and protective gear as previously mentioned in the User Manual before operating the E-Kick2.2. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and flat closed toe shoes when operating your E-Kick2.3. Please carefully read the User Manual, which will assist in explaining the basic working principles and provide tips on how to best enjoy your E-Kick2 experience.4. Do not try to open or modify your E-Kick2, as doing so will invalid your manufacturer warranty and may cause failure to your device.5. Do not use the E-Kick2 to place yourself or anyone else and their property in danger.6. Do not operate the E-Kick2 while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.7. Do not operate the E-Kick2 when you are restless or sleepy.8. Use your best judgment to keep yourself out of dangerous situations with your E-Kick2.9. Do not ride your E-Kick2 off of curbs, ramps, or attempt to operate in a skate park, empty pool, or in any ways similar to a skateboard or scooter. 10. Do not turn sharply, especially at high speeds.11. Do not abuse your E-Kick2, doing so can damage your unit and cause failure to the operating system leading to injury.12.Do not drive in or near puddles of water, mud, sand, stones, gravel, debris or near rough and rugged terrain13.The E-Kick2 can be used on paved roads that are flat and even. If you encounter uneven pavement, please lift your E-Kick2 over and past the obstruction.14. Do not ride in inclement weather: snow, rain, hail, sleek, on icy roads or in extreme heat.15. For Bumps and Uneven pavement-Bend your knees when riding on bumpy or uneven pavement to absorb the shock and vibration and help you keep your balance. If you are unsure if you can safely ride on a specific terrain, step off and carry your E-Kick2. ALWAYS ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION.16. Do not attempt to ride over bumps or objects greater then 1.5cm even when prepared and bending your knees.17.Look at where you are riding and be cognoscente of the road conditions, people, places, property and objects around you18. Do not operate the E-Kick2 in crowded areas.19. Operate your E-Kick2 with extreme caution when indoors, especially around people, property, and narrow spaces like doorways and other narrow. spaces.20. Operate your E-Kick2 with extreme consideration for people and property at all times.21. Do not operate the E-Kick2 while talking, texting, or looking at your phone.22. Do not ride your E-Kick2 where it is not permitted.23. Do not ride your E-Kick2 near motor vehicles or on public roads.24. Do not climb or travel down steep hills with your E-Kick2.

6. WEIGHT AND SPEED LIMITSPlease Notice: Speed and weight limits are set for your own safety. Please do not
exceed the limits listed in the User Manual.

Do not carry anything while riding the E-Kick2.24. Individuals with lack of balance should not attempt to operate the E-Kick2.25.Women who are pregnant should not operate the E-Kick2.26.Young children and the elderly should not operate the E-Kick2 without proper instruction and supervision.
27. At higher speeds, always take into consideration that it can take longer to brake the E-Kick2 to standstill.distances.28. Do not step forward off of your E-Kick2.29. Do not attempt to jump on or off your E-Kick2.30. Do not attempt any stunts or tricks with your E-Kick2.31. Do not ride the E-Kick2 in dark or poorly lit areas.32. Avoid driving the E-Kick2 in unsafe places, including near areas with flammable gas, steam, liquid, dust, fiber, which could cause fire and explosion accidents.7. POSSIBLE USER NON-USE ANDENVIRONMENTAL LIMITATIONSPlease notice: the E-Kick2 can travel a distance of approx. 5 km on a fully
charged battery in ideal conditions. . The following are some of the major
factors that will affect the operating range of your E-Kick2.
Terrain: Weight: Ambienttemperature: Maintenance: Speed and Driving Style: A smooth, flat surface will increase your driving distance, while driving uphill. Rough or uneven terrain will reduce your distance significantly.The weight of the user can affect driving distance, a lighter user will have further range than a heavier user.Please ride and store the E-Kick2 under recommended temperatures, which will increase driving distance; battery life, and overall performance of your E-Kick2.Reasonable battery charging and maintenance will increase the distance.Maintaining a moderate speed will increase your distance; while travelling at high speeds for extended periods, frequent starts, stops, along with frequent acceleration and deceleration will reduce your overall distance.

8.BATTERY INFORMATION AND SPECIFICATIONSWhen the battery indicator shows low battery capacity, please charge your battery 4 hours utilizing the charger that you received in your E-Kick2 package. To fully recharge your battery please follow the instructions under charging your E-Kick2.8.1 Weight Restrictions Battery SpecificationsBATTERY WARNINGFailure to follow the Safety Precautions listed in the Battery Warning could lead to serious bodily injury. Seek immediate medical attention if you are exposed to any substance that is emitted from the battery.•Do not attempt to modify, change, or replace your battery.• Do not use your E-Kick2 if the battery begins to emit odor,overheats, or begins to leak.•Do not touch any leaking materials, or breathe fumes emitted.•Do not allow children and animals to touch the battery.•The battery contains dangerous substances, do not open thebattery, or insert anything into the battery.•Please only use the charger provided by E-Kick2.•Do not attempt to charge the E-Kick2 if the battery hasdischarged or emitted any substances. 9. CHARGING YOUR E-KICK2Step 1: Ensure that the charging port is clean and dry.Step 2: Plug the charger into the power socket, then connect the cable with the power supply (100V～240V; 50,60Hz, make sure the light on the charger is lit GREEN.Step 3: Male DC connector plug into the charging port of the E-Kick2. The indicator light on the charger should change to RED, indicating that your E-Kick2 is now, being charged. When the RED indicator light on your charger turns to GREEN then your E-Kick2 is fully charged. This will usually take 4 hours. Once your E-Kick2 is fully charged, please unplug from the charger.Step 4: Please unplug the charger from your E-Kick2 and from the power outlet.IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT CHARGING: If the green light on your charger does not turn RED when you plug it into
your E-Kick2, it could mean you have to check the cables to ensure you have a proper connection; or that your scooter
is already fully chaged.
•Do not overcharge, as this will affect the battery life.
•The best charging temperatures are between 0°~40°. Extreme cold and extreme heat will prevent your battery
from charging fully.
•Make sure to unplug your charger before standing on or operating you E-Kick2, as this can be very dangerous.
•Use only the scooter charger that you received in your box.
•If the E-Kick2 is powered on when you enter the plug, the Battery Indicator will begin blinking, if the E-Kick2 is
powered off when you enter the plug, the Battery Indicator will not blink.
NOTE: Only the indicator light on the charger will tell you the status of the battery during charging.

10.INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGEYour E-Kick2 requires routine inspection and maintenance. This chapter escribes maintenance steps and important operating tips. Before you perform the following operations, ensure the power and charging cable is disconnected.Inspecting and Cleaning your E-Kick2Disconnect the charger and turn off your E-Kick2.Routinely check the body of the E-Kick2 and tires for damage or excessive wear. Avoid using water or other liquids and cleaners on the scooter for cleaning. Wet a clean cloth with clean soapy water, rinse the cloth thoroughly, and wipe the body of the scooter making sure that water does not get into the power button, charging port, the foot mats, or tires.Storing your E-Kick2Fully charge your battery before storing.If you are storing your scooter for an extended period of time, please fully charge your E-Kick2 at least once every three month.If the ambient temperature of the storage location is below 0°, please do not charge. You must bring the E-Kick2 into a warmer environment before charging. Check under Battery Information and Specifications for more details. To prevent dust from getting into your E-Kick2, try wrapping it or sealing it with its original packaging. Store your E-Kick2 indoors, in a dry and suitable temperature.NOTE: Users who disassemble the scooter will forfeit their

12.2 Warranty and repairs
Oxboard will give a two-year warranty on manufacturing errors. You can register a warranty claim within this period via [email protected]. The defective E-Kick2 will be repaired within five working days. There will be no charge if the repair is covered by the warranty conditions (as described above). We will contact you regarding the repair before commencing work if this is not covered by the warranty conditions.
