A number of precautions are described in this chapter. To
ensure that your experiences with the E-Scooter PRO 2
are always positive and enjoyable, it is important that you
take these recommendations to heart. Failure to comply
with these measures may result in injuries and (serious)
injuries, possibly resulting in death. Oxboard BV is under no
circumstances responsible for damage caused to oneself or
to others. The advice:
• minimum age of the E-Scooter PRO 2 is 14 years;
• if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure or
regularly pass out, it is advised not to drive the
E-Scooter PRO 2;
• pregnant women and people with disabilities cannot
ride the E-Scooter PRO 2;
• you may not use the E-Scooter if you have drunk
alcohol or used drugs;
• never ride the E-Scooter PRO 2 with more than one
person;
• Make sure you always wear shoes when riding your
E-Scooter PRO 2;
• make sure that any luggage and the weight of the per-
son riding the E-Scooter PRO 2 does not exceed 100
kilograms;

and others at risk;
• make sure you do not get distracted while using the
E-Scooter PRO 2 to prevent accidents. Consider the use
of your mobile phone and listening to music;
• avoid slippery surfaces such as ice, snow and wet
surfaces. The E-Scooter can slip.
• avoid roads with branches, loose stones and other
objects. Be careful on an uneven surface.
• Abrupt braking can cause the wheel to lock. This may
cause you to fall out of balance and fall.

public road. Also you are not insured against possible injury and damage you
cause to others. Oxboard BV accepts no liability for this.

4. WEIGHT AND SPEED LIMITS
4.1 Maximum weight

*The maximum speed depends on the surface, the total weight and the ambient temperature.
INSTRUCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS
14
5. POSSIBLE USER NON-USE AND
ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITATIONS
There are a number of factors that reduce a range of
22-25 km. These are the following factors:
• Terrain
When you ride on a flat and smooth surface, this ensures
that you can drive long distances. When you drive up or on
a rough and uneven surface, this causes the step harder to
work to transport you.
This will drain your battery faster.
• Weight
The weight of the driver also affects the distance. With a
light person, your scooter does not have to work as hard
to move, so the distance becomes longer and the battery
runs out less quickly.
• Temperature
Make sure that when you use the E-Scooter PRO 2 it is not
colder than -15 degrees Celsius or warmer than 50 degrees
Celsius. The range will decrease, especially at temperatures
below 10 degrees.
• Charging the battery
Make sure you do not leave the E-Scooter PRO 2 in the
charger for too long. If you do this, the battery may
deteriorate. This means, among other things, that you can
no longer travel long distances and that you can enjoy the
E-Scooter PRO 2 for shorter periods.
• Speed and drinving style
By constantly maintaining an average speed and not
stopping abruptly too often in succession, you ensure that
you can cover longer distances.

notices that a strange air is coming from the battery;
notice that the battery becomes very hot while you are
driving on E-Scooter PRO 2;
