Portable Tyre
Changer/Remover

Make sure all fastenings are tightly in place and that everything is in order before
using the product. This should be checked periodically by an adult.
Do not discard any of the packaging until you have checked that you have all of
the parts and fittings required.
This product is not a toy, and is only to be used for its designated purpose.
Do not carry out alterations or modifications to this product.
Clean only with a damp cloth. Do not use strong industrial cleaning substances or
abrasive materials as these will damage the product.
Only use this product on stable, level and dry ground.
Ensure the tyre has no air in it before attempting to remove it.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
Keep fingers, loose clothing and hair away whilst assembling, disassembling, or
operating the product.

Assembly Instructions

Please be aware that you will be referring to this parts list throughout the assembly process.

1) Firstly, assemble the base –To
start, line up part Cand Eas seen in
the photos to the right and place
part Aon top as seen ensuring that
all four holes align with each other.
Next, tightly secure this in place
using the four bolts, nuts and
washers (G, H, I). Please see photos
for assistance.
2) For step 2, slide part Jthrough the
top hole of part Fand secure in place
using the securing pin (part K). Lastly
attach part Dthrough one of the
remaining holes using the same part F
and Kto secure in place.
Please note part B does not require
assembly - it can either be connected
to part F to help remove a tyre, or
connected to the top of part A once
assembled, to help tighten the tyre
changer's grip on a tyre.
