User’s guide is a docume t which must be read by the operati g perso el before operati g the
machi e. It covers all the required i formatio for machi e use. I formatio about how to
provide lo g-term use of the machi e a d basic mai te a ce i formatio is also co tai ed i
this docume t. This guide helps users maki g correct of use of the software a d mecha ical
compo e ts. Although some equipme t i stalled o the machi e vary i shape, operati g
pri ciples remai the same.
3. Machi e Descriptio
This is used to adjust meeti g rail co ectio s of PVC a d alumi um profiles.
• Automatic cutter operatio
• You ca rapidly replace the blade group, which is adjusted for a differe t type of profile
by mea s of a butto usi g the "serial blade replaceme t system" provided by this
machi e.
• Thus, various profile series to a y exte t ca be easily processed.

co ve ie ce ecessary for a y e d-milli g procedure. Safety glasses protect the operator from
a y risk of a material poppi g out duri g a machi i g procedure.

5.1 Safety Switch
This sectio co tai s i formatio required for safe use of the machi e a d ge eral equipme t.
5.2 Safety a d Accide t Measures
Required war i g regardi g accide ts a d measures to be take are give i the User's Guide.
Still, user is respo sible for war i g a d guidi g workplace employees for complyi g with
occupatio al safety rules. Workplace officers are respo sible for performi g required practical
follow-ups. Operator must have full comma d over safety rules of the machi e before starti g
to operate it. Safety compo e ts at the time of machi e delivery must be kept i tact.
Ma ufacturi g compa y ca ot be held legally accou table for a y accide t a d safety gap
resulti g from operatio ot complia t with use a d safety requireme ts of the machi e. Such
risks shall also affect warra ty co ditio s. Ma ufacturi g compa y shall ot be respo sible for
a y accide t a d fault that may result from machi e a d equipme t use outside i structio s.
A y critical part requiri g replaceme t due to weari g etc. of the machi e a d other equipme t
must be immediately replaced.
Operator is respo sible for use, clea i g, adjustme t, operatio , mai te a ce etc.
5.3 Machi e Usage a d Misuse
OMRM 121 machi e is desig ed for e d-milli g profile cutti g. A y machi e fault a d
occupatio al safety gap that may caused by machi i g o -PVC materials shall lie with the
user’s respo sibility.

5.4 Ge eral Safety Rules
OMRM 121 e d-milli g machi e is suitable for o ly o e si gle operator. Operator must ot
operate the machi e i case of a y lack of atte tio caused by drugs, alcohol or medicatio .
Operator must check the machi e a d compo e ts prior to operatio . It should be e sured that
the mai switch is tur ed off duri g routi e mai te a ce. Power a d p eumatics must also be
switched off. A y pressure must be discharged i case a y hydro-p eumatic equipme t is used.
Do ot replace the equipme t a d safety parts o the machi e. Do ot lift the safety device
a d barriers. Operator must wear a u iform suitable for machi e a d ma ufacturi g
requireme ts. Operator must ot wear a y ri gs, bracelets etc. which may cause a accide t.
Employees with lo g hair must use hair ets, if ecessary. The machi e must be i stalled i
accorda ce with the trai i g provided by M.S.K.
5.5 Mai te a ce Measures for Safety
All mai te a ce procedures must be performed by expert tech icia s who have comma d over
the periodical tech ique. Use predefi ed equipme t for machi e mai te a ce.
5.6 Electrical Safety Rules
Severe occupatio al accide ts a d i juries may take place i case of failure to comply with the
followi g safety rules. A y electrical i terve tio a d mai te a ce must be performed by a
e gi eer. All procedures must be performed usi g proper a d isolated equipme t. Take otice
of safety sig s a d do ot remove them. Do ot make a y additio a d subtractio o the
voltage li e. Use origi al spare parts a d equipme t. Do ot make a y cha ges i circuits. Tur
electrical hardware off prior to a y clea i g procedure. Make sure that mai cabi et a d
cabi et doors are closed. Cut the power from the mai switch i case of fire. Use proper fire
exti guisher.
Note: Hardware pa el locks must remai with authorized staff.
5.7 Lighti g Co ditio s
Operator must use the equipme t with proper lighti g co ditio s for his/her safety a d health.
Mi imum lighti g power must be 300 lux for machi e use. For more tech ical i formatio ,
please see EN 12464-1 Lighti g Norm.

All ecessary co ectio s must be prepared at the layout site i li e with the machi e. Electrical
power, p eumatics or similar dema ds must be at values meeti g requireme ts, a d
compatible equipme t must be kept available at the layout site. Take IEC 64-8 orm i to
co sideratio for the i stallatio of electrical equipme t.
Note: If the system is equipped with a power supply, the it must have a 0.3A circuit-breaker
a d start-up procedures must be performed by experts.
5.9 Earthi g Requireme ts
Earthi g system must co form to sta dard features described i IEC 64-8. It must be
compatible with IEC64 a d IEC364 orms for low-voltage equipme t. Earthi g procedures must
be performed i co sideratio of the voltage value. A sta ds for the marked poi t earthi g i let.
