Installation and Operation
1
Take out the Ozone Generator from the box and remove the wrapping
protection

Hold the Generator from the hooks to prevent any damage to the internal
parts.

Connect the generator in between of your duct system keeping free both
end,do not install any element that could reduce or block the airflow through
the equipment.
4
Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
5
Switch on the Generator.
Important safety instructions
The Ozone generator for duct system must be work with a coal filter install at the inlet air end in
order to filter the big particles that could make the lamps dusty and reduce their working life.
Do not reduce or block the airflow, such installing covers, filters etc.
Do not cut or replace any electrical parts.
Do not manipulate the equipment while connected to the electrical outlet.
Do not manipulate the lamps with the power ON.
Keep the equipment OFF to do any maintenance.
To ensure the best equipment performance plan a good maintenance each three months.
Do not take out the command box from the equipment.
Avoid the equipment from blows.
Keep the equipment and all its components far away from water or other liquids.
Keep far away from children.
It is recommended the installation done by a specialized technician.
Instalación y Funcionamiento

Retire el equipo de la caja, quitando todo el envoltorio de protección.

Sujete el aparato de los ganchos, de manera que no ofrezca movimiento.
3
Conecte al sistema de conducto los dos tubos de paso del aire, uno a cada
extremo, sin interrupciones que lo bloquee.
4
Enchufe el cable de conexión a la red eléctrica.
5
Coloque el interruptor de ON-OFF en la posición ON
Normas de Seguridad
El generador de ozono de conducto tiene que funcionar con un filtro de carbón al principio del
recorrido de extracción (no hace falta cambiar nunca mas), para filtrar partículas grandes que
puedan ensuciar las lámpara antes de lo previsto.
No interrumpir ni frenar el aire que pasa por el conducto, tapas, filtros, etc.
No cortar ni remplazar el cable de alimentación eléctrica.
No manipular el equipo enchufado a la red eléctrica.
No manipular las lámparas con el aparato encendido.
Realizar el mantenimiento de las lámparas con el aparato desconectado.
Realizar el mantenimiento de las lámparas cada tres meses como mínimo.
No retirar la caja de comando del aparato.
No golpear el equipo.
No someter el aparato, y ninguno de sus componentes al agua ni otros líquidos no recomendados.
No dejar al alcance de niños.
Es recomendable que la instalación y el mantenimiento sea realizado por un técnico
especializado.

Maintenance
It is recommended to clean the ozone lamps every three months for a better performance to
enhance durability of the generator. Following we indicate the steps to clean and maintain the
equipment efficient.
1.
Unplug the equipment from the electrical outlet.
2.
Remove the equipment from the duct system.
3.
Cut the plastic brackets from the lamps (these brackets are used just to transport the equipment).
4.
Remove the lamps from the metallic staples.
5.
Separate the stainless steel mesh from each lamp.
6.
Wash the stainless steel meshes with water and neutral soap.
7.
Dry the meshes with air until neither water nor dampness stays in the splits.
8.
Clean the ozone lamp with a rag with alcohol until it eliminates any impurity.
9.
Put back the stainless steel mesh on the ozone lamp.
10.
Place the lamps in the clamps.
11.
Check the functioning of the device.
12.
Install again the equipment in the duct system.
NOTE: It is very important when putting the mesh on the lamp, to leave 25mm from the tip of the
end of the lamp to the beginning of the mesh.

Mantenimiento
Cada tres meses es recomendable limpiar las lámpara de ozono para su mejor funcionamiento y
durabilidad del generador, a continuación indicamos los pasos a seguir para realizar dicha limpieza
y mantenimiento.
1.
Desconecte el aparato de la red eléctrica.
2.
Retire el equipo del sistema de conducto.
3.
Corte las bridas de sujeción de las lámparas (estas se utilizan únicamente para el transporte)
4.
Extraiga las lámparas de las grapas de acero inoxidable.
5.
Separe las malla de acero inoxidable de la lámpara
6.
Lave con agua y jabón neutro la malla de acero inoxidable
7.
Secar la malla con aire, hasta que no quede agua ni humedad entre las hendijas
8.
Limpie la lámpara de ozono con un trapo con alcohol, hasta que desaparezca cualquier
impureza.
9.
Vuelva a colocar la malla de acero inoxidable en la lámpara de ozono.
10.
Coloque las lámparas en la grapa.
11.
Verifique el funcionamiento del aparato
12.
Instale nuevamente el equipo en el sistema de conducto.
NOTA: Es muy importante que al montar la malla en la lámpara se dejen 25mm entre el casquillo
del extremo de la lámpara y el principio de la malla.
