Notice
1. Please install and test the housing according to the product operation manual.
2. This product is designed for filter equipment used for water filtration only, please don’t use it on other
purpose to avoid danger.
3. This product is categorized as pressure vessel, only professional or well-trained person who can install
and operate it.
4. Please read through the instruction manual before moving, installation and using of this product.
5. Please check the product and make sure that there is no any damage or components lost before
installing it. If the product was damaged, deformed or leaking, please stop using the housing
6. Please make sure that if the fluid is suitable for the filter before use.
7. Please use the product according to the instruction manual and make sure that the design pressure
and the operating pressure are in the required range.
8. The filter housing must be installed and fixed on the le l ground. Please do not fix it on the vibration
ground.
9. Please do not open the top cover randomly before piping .
10. Installing the pressure control valve is suggested to keep the water pressure in case the suddenly
increased/ decreased water pressure happens

11. Please avoid rapid switching of ball valve and continuous countercurrent which may cause damage of
filter while using the product.
12. Be sure to release the pressure inside the filter housing completely before replacing filter cartridges.
Please be cautious with the possibility of fluid ejection when it is at a high temperature
13. Please use the suitable O-ring and check it regularly. Please replace it if necessary. Deterioration or
damage of the O-ring may cause fluid leakage.
14. The internal plastics components will deteriorate by long-term use. Please check it regularly and
replace it if deterioration or damage is found

Instruction Manual
1. Fix The Filter Housing：
a. Use the ②Cartridge supporter screw hole and hanging piece to fixed the housing on the
machine.
2. Pipe：
a. Connect the water port inlet and outlet to the main pipe.
b. Install the exhaust valve and pressure gauge at the vent
3. Open the Filter Housing and Install the Internal Parts：
a. Unfasten the ①Clamp in clockwise direction and take it out.
b. Pull out ②Cartridge support plate and take it out.
c. Unfasten the ④Nut (the screw unfastened in counter-clockwise direction) and take it out.
d. Align the center of the cartridge with ⑤screw rod and insert it.
Align ⑥Nut with the center of cartridge hole and place on the top of cartridge. Fasten ⑥Nut
in clockwise direction and the installation of the internal cartridge is done.
e. Check the ③O-ring and be sure it is in the groove.
f. ②Cartridge supporter: put it down in parallel and placed on the top of the O-ring. Open the
①Clamp, align it to the connection of the flange and the top cover, and lock the ①Clamp
tightly.

4. Testing：
a. Close the ⑧Drain, open the port vent and pour water in. Close the port vent when the water
full out from the port vent. Check whether there is leakage.
5. Stop leaking：
a. If the liquid leak out, please close port inlet, unfasten vent to release the inner pressure.
b. Unfasten the ①Clamp again and lock it tightly.
c. Take out port inlet, then add pressure slowly and check whether there is leakage point.
d. The liquid is no longer leakage, please open port inlet and port outlet in order to filter.
6. Stop Running：
a. To stop the product operating, please close inlet and outlet first to stop the flow inside.
b. Open the vent to release pressure slowly.
c. Make sure inner pressure is released clearly and remove the shell.
