such as OSHA, ANSI or IEC etc., for personnel pro-

2CAUTIONS
 This product has been developed / produced for in-
dustrial use only.
 This sensor is suitable for indoor use only.
 Extension up to total 10m (emitter and receiver each
for thru-beam type), or less, is possible with 0.34mm
2
conductor area, or more, cable.
3MOUNTING
 The tightening torque should be 3N·m or less.
 Use a cable with connector  (optional) for
M12 connector type.
Tightening torque for connector part is 2N·m or less.
