The KX-MB2061 is a new-concept multifunction printer. This next generation MFP offers Print, Copy, Scan and Fax
capability as well as many new state of the art features, such as a built-in telephone answering system and standard
cordless telephone system with DECT technology (supports up to 6 handsets).

Saving Office Space
Almost all the equipment needed by a small office
is combined into this single machine. It gives you
24 ppm high-speed printing and 24 cpm copying,
network colour scanning, Super G3 faxing,
networking, a digital cordless telephone, an
intercom, a telephone, and a digital answering
machine. Naturally, this saves office space to
make your business more efficient.

Cutting Office Costs
Panasonic's DECT comes as standard equipment, so there's no more need to purchase a
separate cordless phone. Up to six phones can be added, so everyone in the office can install
a cordless phone at their own desk and use it as an extension line. In addition to reducing
costs, the high quality of Panasonic's DECT phone gives you business conversations with
great, clear sound.

Easy Print Utility
Data Merge and Print
The Easy Print Utility lets you merge
and print files created with different applications.
You can check the file on a PC before printing, or
edit it by rearranging pages or changing them to a
2-in-1 or even a 16-in-1 format. You can also add a
header, footer or watermark before printing. After
editing, you can save the image as a PDF file. This
greatly reduces the number of trial prints and
misprints.

Reducing Unnecessary Printouts
You can read the faxes you receive on a PC first, and
then decide whether you want to print them, save
them to the PC, or delete them. This previewing ability
minimises wasteful printouts.
Convenient Copy Functions
Diverse Copy Layout Editing
Copy both sides of one or more ID or business cards
consecutively, and then print onto a single page in the
2-in-1, 4-in-1 or 8-in-1 format. This reduces paper
consumption and simplifies information management.

Easy Scanning
Documents can be easily scanned into a PC in colour.
Scanned data can also be sent in the appropriate data
format directly to the bundled OCR software on a PC,
to easily convert it to editable text without requiring
any PC operation. Scanned data can also be saved to a
Windows share folder or an FTP server, without using
a PC, and then sent by Email.
Quick ID Copy
Copy one original and print it repeatedly on a single
page in the 2-in-1, 4-in-1 or 8-in-1 format. This makes
it easy to produce
items like tickets.
